I ordered on the hardees app went in told them I had an online order for 3pm gave them my name they said NOPE sorry no order and NO FUTURE order either. Told me to go home and see what happen 40 minutes away. Called back an hour later no one answered the phone several times. Finally got through they said the order came in AFTER THEY TOLD ME TO GO HOME. I asked why didnt you say wait a few minutes when I was there? they didnt care and said file a complaint with corporate and also get your money back from them. Hardess does not even have a working customer phone number.
