worker being rude
I am a daily customer at the Hardee's in Tazewell and there is a worker there that is jus so rude.she is always talking bad about her other work mates and also customers and the mangers there won't do nothing to her and Everytime I go in there u can hear her loud remarks bout employees talking bad about them and also customers.i don't understand why this girl Melissa should still be here at this Hardee's .I do know because of her they are about to lose alot of good customers we should not go into a nice restaurant to sit and eat and have to listen to her talk bad her fellow work mates, mangers and especially customers.i have asked what her name was and it is Melissa Sexton .

My granddaughter was working there every thing was fine then they just cut her hrs to o but everyone else had hrs except her this was her 1 st job u no how devesting that can be to a 16 yr old she said her mgr chris at east moline on kennedy dr was mean to her maybe she should have never hired no one on the spot my daughter called her 2 times no returned i hope hardee dont treat all there employee like that my family willnever return to that restraunt

I went into Hardees at around 3 o clock and I order a large monster burger combo and when I drove around to the window to pay and get my food and when they handed me my drink the lid was not on completely and the drink spilled on me and I asked for more napkins and was given attitude. If I wasn't rushing to get to a doctors appointment I would have turned around and complained.

I ordered food for me and my family, which consisted of 5 burgers and 1 fry. It took a total of 10 minutes of me sitting in the drive through to get our food. Then when I got home I found that my burger patty was not fresh. It was so dry and cold it looked like leather. The cheese on the 2 hot ham and cheeses were not melted at all and finally the chicken sandwich that my Fiance order was completely wrong from what she ordered.

I eat at hardees 2 to 3 times a week and last week my burger missing cheese and 1 of the patties and last night and tonight the fries was awful cold last night wasn't all way done and cold bad cold they were chewy and can't say anything they rude as hell and say there not dropping no hifries tonight I could not believe that I'm sorry but the food is way to expensive not to get what I want I spend 30 to 50 every night I go at least 70 a week

Drove 25 miles round trip to have dinner at the new Hardee's in Grand Island, Ne. At the drive through specials were still advertised, but upon ordering the employee informed me that they no longer were offering the specials. Looks like Hardee's is just another fast food rip off. So sorry you could not be that special hamburger drive through. Mr. Levinson.

I am so sorry to inform you that your branch in Egypt is doing the [censor] job in the world and is 100% ruining this restaurant's reputation as well as misrepresenting the original american fast food chain in Egypt. Last night I ordered one of your burgers for my 4 year old son to fulfill one of his cravings and unfortunately recieved a burger that contained extremely poisoness and contaminated meat. A couple of hours later my 4 year old starts throwing up and has extreme diarrhea, I started panicking just like any mother would, especially when I found pieces of blood both in his vomit and in the diarrhea meaning that the meat he consumed was extremely poisoness. I rushed him to the hospital at the middle of the night not knowing whether my son was gonna survive or not, this was by far the scariest event I've ever experienced throughout my entire life. After throwing up and having diarrhea the child was extremely dehydrated and the doctors started putting him on glucose solutions and prevented him from eating any foods or drinking any water for the next 24 hours. The throwing up did not stop, while the doctors were giving him different injections in order to get rid of the poison running in his system, they let us know that we're not allowed to leave the hospital untill the child is cured. I was shocked cause I thought it was gonna be over within an hour or two but no, I had to spend a night at an expensive hospital and pay for the mistake your restaurant has made. Pay for ordering a burger from Hardee's, for actually trusting this [censor] franchise in Egypt. Later on my child fell asleep, energyless he wasn't able to do anything other than [censor] himself diarrhea that had an incredibly unbearable odor. Doctors kept him on the glucose solutions and for 2 nights I had no sleep. I intend to sue this company for the horrifying experience me and my child went through. We contacted the branch that did this and they sent me a couple of delivery boys at the hospital to check if it was a scam or not and denied their food was bad, they said it was not possible for food to be contaminated since it was frozen, a couple of uneducated liars tryna cover up their mess instead of fixing the situation. I very much recommend that you shut down your branch in Egypt this is a [censor] joke! Putting other people's lives in danger is not a joke.

It was 9:22 pm on april 18th 2018... I was the only customer in the store and I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come out of the back to notice me (I assume they were all busy cleaning up getting ready to close?) I tried to order a big roast beef meal and they said that they were out of roast beef, then I tried to order some sliders and they were out of those as well... The girl did apologize for not noticing that I was there and for being out of what I wanted... I'm not sure if they were really out or were just to busy closing to fix what I wanted? The combination of not having what I wanted and having to wait so long just to find out that they didn't have what I wanted was a little more then I could take and to add to the disappointment it was for my son who loves the roast beef... Thank you for letting me vent

location #[protected] Daniel and a female employee are yelling, chasing one another, spraying liquid products at each other where the food is cooked. A female employee threw trash bags across the store to the counter. The first female was going to throw the bags back but a customer was in the way. I'm in management and would most definitely write them up.

April 8th 2018 didn't get the ladies name she a older lady well there was 2 of them I go in there every Sunday for breakfast i left my coupon home [i've left it at home before ] they always give my gravy for the sales price that morning she told me she couldn't let me have it because they have camera watching them ... she was very rude about it and very loud there was a lot of people in the store and it was very embrassing i'm 82 years old there is a young man that works there i think he's a manger and he's always so kind and nice to everybody tat comes in he's let me have my gravy every time i forgot my coupons i always make a effort to bring them but some times forget like i said i'm 82 years old my daughter is sending this for me because i know nothing about how to do this i just wanted to let you know what kind of people you have working for your store i've eat there sense you open up there its like 2 miles from my house i usually don't complain but this has really upset me like i said i always make a effort to bring my coupons and look for them in the papers to get them i 'll have to find me another place to eat because i want be treated like that again so happen a nice person up there gave me a coupon to use that day thank you for listen Barney Absher 2013 daina road kingsport tn 37660

The store that you just opened up on broadway, north little rock, arkansas, is the worst restaurant. The store should close down. The employee's that works for this company, is making this the worst place to eat at. When i go eat there, they don't have prep done for our burgers. The employee said i couldn't order my way. She said i only can order my burger plain w/cheese. I said why is that? she said they don't have let, tom, onions, etc and was very rude about it at that. A person came in like they were off the street, changed clothes, didn't go to the bathroom to wash her hands and went straight to work and started prepping some food. When we went back to see if we could order our way(which we really wasn't going to order anything because of what we experienced earlier) and the rude cashier told us they didn't have any fries burger my way or nothing and didn't come back to the intercom. She left me hanging for 10 minutes, til i pulled around to see what the problem was. She did not come to the window to see if i wanted something else. This is just the beginning. Two other people were waiting and the same thing to them as well. But i'm only speaking for my experience at this nasty, disgusting, bad, rude employee's. Needs new mgt. And employee's before this store goes down in history for the worst hardee's in arkansas. Be advised to hear from the health dept. And my lawyers for this one

Today, 4-9-18, I was off work. There were not many customers at the time of the start of the incident. I pulled up to the window and the employee working front line --Brady-- immediately said that I had to move my car closer but I could not because my window does not roll down. Then he told me to pull up where I waited 35 minutes. I walked into the restaurant twice after being pulled up and the first time was about 10-15 minutes front line employee who was then taking an order to a customer and was trying not to laugh as he walked past me and once he got back to the cash register. I asked him where my food was and was told they messed up and gave it to another customer even though I saw my food and so I went back to my car to wait because it was a drive-thou order. Even the shift manager --Kennedy-- who was off too said "They still haven't gave you your food?" I waited another 10 minutes which at that point I was beyond mad. I walked back inside the restaurant and both the back line --Steve-- and Brady--who was working the front line-- laughed, smirked, and when I tried to talk to them they immediately said " We got some stuff to do and you work here so It's different." As they were walking to the storage-room I told them I wanted to speak to a manager who at the time was in the storage-room. They came back acting as if they were the manager in charge where I told them they could either give me my food or I'm going to cooperate. The assistant manager --Jeff Vanderbilt-- then came up to the front smirking. I then told him what was going on and he said "You're a employee what do you want me to do about it." At which I replied "I am off right now and a customer then referred to the policy "The customer comes first" you are the assistant manager do your job." He asked if I had a receipt I told him it was in my car. Went outside and got the receipt and came back in to see Jeff and Brady smirking. Jeff then said so you are meaning to tell me that you've been waiting nearly 35 minutes for you food and I said yes so where is my food. He told Brady to give me my food then Brady said " Well pull back around to the window and I'll give it to you."
This is too far and deserves a far more severe punishment then a write-up.
If this does not get dealt with the right way then I'll take legal measures and have a lawyer get in contact.

I placed an order check #20026. First it took 20 mins to get my order and then once i got it the chicken biscuit was uneatable. I then called and asked for a manager and she said her name was Pam and I was telling her about the biscuit and she said it wasn't anything wrong with it and said she wasn't arguing with me and hung up the phone in my face and I don't appreciate it.

They are always getting orders wrong and leaving out part of order. They probably owe me around $25-30 where I've paid and not received my food. When I called they hung up on me. I called back and talked to Tonya she was very short and rude with. I will never go back there again and that is sad I live within walking distance. I would not have anyone like her working for me.

I would like to know why a person that is not an employee was allowed to service customers that were waiting in the drive thru. The individual was allowed to bring food out to the cars that were waiting. She was not wearing a uniform because she is not an employee and I know this because I know the individual personally. The manager on duty should be held accountable for allowing this to happen regardless of whatever was going on at the time.
The individual that was not an employee that was allowed to service the customers at Hardees in Lowell NC on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at approximately 9pm was trying to help for whatever reason but the manager on duty should not have allowed her to do so because of safety and health concerns.

Shialia was our cashier the first time that I've ever visited a Hardee's location. I cannot believe that she is permitted to speak to customers the way she was right in front of her manager. I watched her roll her eyes at, speak very condescendingly to multiple customers as well as slam items down onto the counter tops. I can't think of a time that I've ever been spoken to in that way by an employee of any company. A horrible first experience. I will not be returning.
wrong food for multiple times
If I ask for a Frisco melt then I want a frisco melt, not a bacon hamburger or a frisco completely plain or without my bacon. This is AtLeast the 3rd or 4th time they have messed my order up and it's finally starting to piss me off because if I'm paying $9 for my meal and don't get what I wanted or not the full order then wtf is the point of going and spending my money there.

Purchased 2 of the $5 Double Slider Meals thru drive . Was asked to park over in the parking area, there was all ready a SUV who had pulled forward and was waiting, don't know how for how long It was 12 to 15 mins aprox wait for our order. When we got home hamburgers were old and cold and fried hard the cheese wasn't even mealted you could see where they just slapped a piece of cheese on them, No ketchup no onions but we got fresh Fries. Was very disappointed we don't have a large selection around here. Have never had any problems. We moved here from Florida in April of 2017 I love Hardee's breakfasts, burgers, chicken always good. Usually eat there at least 2 times week between breakfast and dinner. Was just disappointed. Angela was very nice and polite.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 chicken soft tacos and a chicken quesadilla. I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru expecting to have a fresh and hot meal. To my disappointment, I had 3 poorly made tacos with what looks like mystery meat due to the chicken being so old and dried out. A chicken quesadilla that had barely any chicken in it, that too included the extremely old and dried chicken. I frequently visit hardees for the chicken soft tacos, however, the past couple trips have been awful. The trip before this last one the chicken tacos had soggy taco shells and liquid draining from the taco. Obviously, I have had to throw out the past two orders. I will not visit the location again. I live in Grafton, IL which is 20 minutes from the location so I can not easily just go back for a refund or fresh food. I would like a refund of my purchase. Please contact me via email at:

Myself and a friend went to Hardee's and the temp in the store was cold and uncomfortable I ordered 2 sliders and they were cold and I thought I was going to throw up. How can a burger be cold when I'm eating In store, somethings wrong. The burgers are normally good but the buns fall apart, not sliders buns.
