Normally I receive good service here. Today though i'm waiting in line. Customer in front of me had his order taken. Then cashier leaves and for a good few minutes I hear laughing in the back. No one said I will be with you shortly or anything. So I am standing here for a good 2 minutes while cashier and food line workers laughing in the back area while I wait. I ended up leaving without being served. Very. Disrespectful and unprofessional! An hour ago: 7:05 p.m. and following, tonight, Sunday, 3 June. (It's 8:05 p.m., as I start this complaint.) I have been a very good consistent customer of Hardee's for over a decade (since 2005, in fact), mostly at this same outlet. I have never in that time had a serious problem with anyone in Hardee's employ. That's why on this occasion I went three miles out of my way to give them my business. (1) I paid $12.10 for an $11.10 bill. asking for $1.00 bill in return, and explaining that I wanted to get rid of my small change. I watched the attendant's hands (all I could see of her) count four times the $2.10 in change that I gave her, and then she got the manager because she couldn't figure out what to do. (2) That settled, I next had to pull aside and wait over eight minutes for my order. On finally receiving the order, I immediately drove home where (3) I found I did not get the combination meal I ordered. (4) Instead of fries there was a cookie in the bag. (5) Instead of a soda with no ice, I had a soda loaded with ice. I drove back to the drive-thru and said I wanted the correct meal that I had ordered, and (6) the same attendant at the drive-thru couldn't understand what the order problem was, though the matter was pretty straightforward. (7) The manager on duty came on the line and was rude to me from the outset, which in turn angered me and made me rude and inappropriate back to him. (I acknowledge that and apologized for it.) (8) He refused to replace the meal or refund my money. (9) I then entered the store and asked in no uncertain terms for my money back. He refused to do so, told me to come back tomorrow. (10) When I informed him that I was leaving the state later in the evening, he said sarcastically, "Sounds like you have a personal problem." (11) He wouldn't give me his name, the name of his superior, or the appropriate way to complain to the corporate office. (12) When I asked him again for his name, he said something like Idiotnight. Since I didn't hear him clearly, I asked him to spell it, he said, "I can't spell it; I'm an Idiot." (13) I subsequently called the telephone number on the receipt; he unfortunately answered the phone, recognized my voice, and again refused to give me the name of his manager and just hung up. (14) I did call the police because Hardee's was stealing my money and defrauding me by not delivering my order and not giving me a refund of my money, but the police said it was not a police matter. I still have had no satisfaction on or resolution of the problem of the botched meal--and Hardee's has in fact stolen my money. (15) I will postpone my own out-of-state business meeting. (You can see that your manager is significantly disrupting my schedule, as he intended to do.) (16) As far as I'm concerned, the only satisfactory resolution would be (a) the return of my money (you can have the botched order back) and (b) a personal apology from the on-duty manager who has aggravated the whole situation and terminated my longstanding business relationship with Hardee's.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo and the bacon frisco burger combo my fries were cold and the cheese was not melted on either sandwich. I called shortly after to complain about my order in hopes of just getting some hot fresh food. The manager I spoke with on the phone stated there was nothing she could do if I didn't bring back the food and my receipt. I asked her was there another option because I was on the highway headed to Charlotte and then assured me there was nothing she could do. So now I feel like I've wasted $20 on cold not fresh food and no one cares that I just sprinted my hard earned money! I will not be back ever!

Hello I use to wrk for hardees for years. You guys open at 5am correct? Well I gtta b to wrk at 530am and i stop by Hardee's every morning before wrk an you guys disappoint me every morning this is only one location they put a sign on the drive through an says open at 545 I am highly upset because that's only Hardee's close to me and they can't open on time the cooks and shift leaders are never there employees waiting outside at 515 wat happen to prep at 4 430am? Myself and my family were at your location on, wilde lake (may 27, 2018). When we ordered four biscuits on sale, cashier rang it up wrong. We asked her to correct it and promptly was told by cashier, and manager, that it was our job to tell then about, their sales.
Both were extremely rude, and had an unacceptable attitude.
At first neither would return our change and correct the problem.
After several min. Of arguing back and forth, the manager finally fixed our receipt. She did not just hand our change back, she threw our money on the counter!
I would be pleased if you would call a meeting, soon, and talk to your employees about manners and respect! May also need to go over sales with them.

On 05/24/18 at approximately 6:43p.m, I was in the drive thru of the Hardee's located at 863 N. Green St. in Morganton NC. I was the only customer in the drive thru and I say this because of the incident that took place. I ordered 2 Monster Combos, both medium, the total $22.16. I pulled to the window and paid with my card. I only received the receipt that showed the amount that I paid and was never given the receipt that had my actual order on it. I waited for at least 10 minutes before my order was ever handed to me. I checked that I had 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, like most people do. I live 20 minutes away and just happened to be near this restaurant. When I got home and sat down to eat, I did not have 2 Monster Burgers but instead I had 2 burgers with lettuce, tomato, cheese, ketchup, and mayonnaise. How do you mess up the only order that you have between drive thru and the dinning room. I called to speak to the manager and she told me to drive 20 minutes out of my way so they could fix the order. I said no, I don't live in Morganton and it should have been right to begin with considering I was the only order you had. Considering this is the second restaurant in the same chain that has messed up my order in 2 different cities, the least you could do is refund my money instead of sending me some worthless coupons that I will never use because I will not be eating at any of your locations ever again. You have the worst management team working for you to not be able to supervise their staff working for them enough to ensure that they are properly preparing orders. Especially, when the store isn't busy at all. If it had been busy, I could have seen the mistake and it would have been excusable. There is no excuse for what took place. Send me my money back!
please explain how a 5 piece chicken tenders combo cost me $9.74!
I stopped by hardees in campbellsville kentucky this evening as I was traveling. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders combo that i'm sure read on the board as being $6.39, if i'm not mistaken. I handed the cashier at the drive thru my debit card without being told what the total was. As she gave me my card, receipt, and food I thought I heard her say nine dollars and some change. I thought I misheard her and proceeded to my destination. After I ate, which the food was good, no complaints there, I looked at my receipt and honestly thought, how does a 5 piece chicken tenders combo total $9.74?! I am from north carolina and frequent your restaurants often. If I overlooked something, my apologies. But almost 10 dollars for a combo is beyond ridiculous.

Previously argued with manager about ordering a "plain" chicken sandwich with cheese. Had everything on it. Hadn't been back in years. Tried again. Ordered to go. Given a to go tag. Order came on a tray. Asked for it to go. Guy was going to rering the order. Wife asked "why don't you put it in a bag?" Guy called manager. Finally put it in a bag. Went to truck and half the order was wrong. My order. (Chicken sandwich and cheeseburger $5. Box, should have been a big roast beef) wife goes back in so I can stay with the dog. Guy wrang up order wrong. Charged us another $4. About 20 minutes later she comes out with my food. Hers is now cold. My roast beef is cold. Fries are blazing hot. Wife is pissed. I'm pissed. I made a joke about the time I ordered the "plain" chicken sandwich. She realized that she ordered the cheeseburger for the dog "plain". Yep, had everything on it...

I visited a hardee's (#914) on broad street, murfreesboro, tn. On 5-17-18, to order some breakfast. There was a long line in front of me. As I got in line I saw and heard a manager/supervisory person screaming at an employee "stop doing the same thing over and over again". She was obviously very angry and seemed to care nothing about how her behavior was been perceived by the waiting customers. This person then went to a register and (still very angry) swiped a card in a register. Some of the people in line mentioned to each other how inappropriate this behavior was in full view of waiting customers. There was expressed sympathy for the employee who was been treatment by her boss — especially I front of customers and co-workers. I left in disgust without ordering. I normally go to my favorite hardee's located in another part of town; do not plan to go back to this one. Managment at this facility needs some serious training on how /when/where to deal with their employees.

Here's what the "desirable resolution" to my complaint is. Fire diedra! She's been harassing my sisters, my dad (when he worked there), and other workers and customers there! She's called my sister fat and retarded, she's been telling lies on my other sister who is a manager over there and it's ridiculous! My mom has been up there two times to let diedra know that she shouldn't talk to my sister that way, and she still does! Higher management nor the customer service line has done nothing to help with this situation. My sister loves her job and diedra is the one making everyone hate it. She's firing my sister for no reason when really she's the one that needs to be fired! There's camera footage of her talking to my sister's crazy and to customers! This has been happening since my sister has been working there and that was in may of 2016. Us, as a family, have had enough. We don't want any other families (like my sister's boyfriend because diedra harasses him too) to have to go through this at all. Fire diedra!
watered down catsup and 'false advertising'
We went to Hardee's in Morristown, TN Tonight at about 5 or so... No other customer was on the store. I got hot ham and cheese combo which was good. But, my husband's mouth was watering when he saw that picture of the Memphis BBQ Big burger. When they brought it to our table, I told him that they made a mistake. After looking closer, there was little bit of sauce and I had to lift the bun and burger to see the tablespoon of BBQ that was under it...I call that false advertising! Very disappointing. We're used to high quality food there... So we were very surprised to see 'tomato juice' consistancy come out of the catsup dispenser.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered the combo, was told to drive to edge of curb to wait. No problem so far. Once we received the meal, we inspected it for accuracy and noticed there was no onion straws and maybe a teaspoon of bbq meat on the bun. I took it in and showed the staff. They agreed that the burger looked nothing like the advertisement poster. They made another while the guy in the kitchen admitted that he couldn't find the onion straws, therefore he didn't include them. They completed the reorder and gave it to me. Rather than inspect it a second time, we took it and decided to chaulk the experience up as an isolated incident, even though the portion of bbq only increased from a teaspoon to maybe a tablespoon. I took a photo with my phone. The kitchen person has a poor approach to work and the satisfaction of doing things right. Everyone else was pleasant.

I go to headers often that has red burrito incorporated. This is the 4th time I've received an uncooked completely unmelted quesadilla. Not only is that not the only issue, the bigger boy on the sandwich line was completely disrespectful to all of his fellow employees, and loud enough the entire restaurant could hear his lazy comments. I've never been more embarrased to even be ordering from a restaurant let alone so tired of the service and lack of respect to customers (and employees apparently) that I refuse to go back. I was a life time customer visiting 2 times a month at the minimum. - way to ruin good food.

My wife and I went to your Hardies. At that time there were only 2 customers in the store and us.
We ordered 2 - $5.00 meals. The girl said she would bring them out.
We got our drinks, napkins, straws, ketchup, etc sat down and got comfortable.
After about 5 minutes another couple came in, ordered, and sat down.
We sat about 10 to 15 minutes and I was about get up and find what was taking so long.
At that time, she brought our order out.
The employee walked back up and brought the other couple's order out right after ours.
I got the double cheese burger and hot dog. My wife got the spicy chicken and double cheese burger.
My burger was dry and over cooked. I don't know if they offer condiments on the hot dog, none was offered.
My wife's spicy chicken was so spicy she almost couldn't eat it. I tasted it and agreed. I use hot sauce a lot.
She said her double cheese burger was dry and over cooked and there was mustard on the inside of the paper it was wrapped in and on the bun, which I saw. Not a whole lot, just enough to be annoying. Also, the buns were smashed flat and wrinkled up, and the fries were not fully cooked.
Mind you I'm sure I saw about 6 employees in the store, and at the time our food was being made and we were the only customers in the store, the first 2 customers that were already there left. With this kind of service I can see why.

My wife will be 69 in June. She was an administrator for an insurance company and worked there for 39 years.
I will be 68 in July and was an assistant manager for a couple of fast food restaurants and spent 25 years in computer operations. The last location was Wells Fargo.
Have you read the disclaimer on your receipt? Each of the items cost YOU about 15 cents. You act like your really giving something away here. It's annoying. Judging by the amount of customers in the store when we go, you probably can't afford anything more. You can keep your secret password. It wouldn't be used anyway.
It is not that we will not be back, it is not worth the effort to carry it till I do go back.

My name is Jen schmidt and this is my first time completing a survey but I feel it needed to be done. We live on the sw side of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the Hardee's located at 1519 6th St SW Cedar Rapids, IA is 3 minutes from our house, so it's much more convenient to go there. We are not huge fast food people but enjoy Hardee's once a month or so. The Hardee's on 6th street sw we've had several problems with and the staff are rude.. mind you we've only been there 4 times In the last year or so.. this past Saturday the 5th around 9:45pm I went to the 6th street location, there were 2 cars in front of me, 2 cars parked in the restaurant parking lot because I had to wait in the drive thru for 12mintues for someone to even take my order so I had time to count the cars. There were also 3 cars behind me and they yelled out the window what was taking so long. The lady on the drive thru said "I'm sorry but we have people ordering inside and through the drive thru so it's going to be awhile before we get to take your order... eventually she took my order and I ordered 2 Frisco meals, one without tomato and both add onion, large with a cherry coke and dr.pepper. I also ordered a 10 piece chicken strip basket. The lady replied "I only have a 5 piece and a 3 piece and I'm not sure when I'll have Time to put more down or how long they will take to be done." So I just said I'll just take the 5 piece... the order was 25.20$ I believe. I had time in the drive thru before I got to the window so I was like, I'm going to call the first Ave location and see if they have time to complete my whole order." The lady I talked to at 3214 1st ave ne in Cedar Rapids Iowa was amazing and even took my order over the phone and said she'd have it ready if I wanted to drive there. There location is roughly 15 minutes from our house but for amazing service I agreed to drive there. When I pulled up they were so kind and had everything ready. A nice guy brought out all my food and was very kind! I think he might have been the cook. I wanted to say how thankful I am for great service! I've been in the service industry for over 10 years so I know how it is.
Anyway, When I pulled up to the window at the 6th street location a lady with brown curly hair, middle aged was working, she look irritated and unfriendly. I told her we always have a problem when we come here and she said she understood. I told her I called the 1st ave location and they will have my order ready. She was kind of lost for words. I asked her if I could cancel my order. She replied "that would be great if you did, we are so busy and I'm not sure when I'll have your order ready anyways." I was shocked and a little mad and told her she needed better customer service skills.. she said there were only 2 people working in that store and it's not her fault...she cancelled my order and I left...

At the hardees in waycross ga, went in to order lunch, there was only 4 people working, the manager dragged in and instantly started complaining about not enough people being there, yelling from the office while customers are standing waiting to have their order taken, asking who is going to come in and when they leave, she was the one who made the schedule, obviously not knowing what she was doing. Then the man at the register was told to clock out, remind you there was 4 customers waiting and nobody else on the clock to take his spot...he walked out, complaining and talking bad about fellow employees AND customers!, 20 minutes later the manager walked out, looked at the customers and rolled her eyes, I wish I had an opportunity to be a manager ...to be in her shoes and she was absolutely terrible. And rude. She does not deserve that position. And shes not very nice at all. Terrible customer service, note that i waited 30 minutes for 2 ham sandwiches and a mushroom swiss.

Today broke the camels bach. I ordered the two hot ham $5.00 meal. Got a cheese burger and hotdog. There was only two people working and it took over twenty minutes to get my food. I also ordered chicken strips. They were tough to chew. And we got 10 frys each, I counted them. I could understand if there was a lot of people there but, they was just standing around. Also, they was out of stuff to make milk shakes. Common, on a Saturday when it was warm outside.

my smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit and customer service.
I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a smoked sausage egg and cheese buiscit and they gave me a smoke and cheese buiscit. I went to get it fixed and the cashier said I didn't order that I showed the receipt and still didn't get it fixed. The cashier gave me my cup and it was bent all to peices where she grabbed it. I wanted to get a steak breakfast platter which I normally get and she wouldn't let me get it. They normally just substitute the sausage or bacon for a piece of country steak. It is too slow and no matter the number of help they have and are always yelling at each other over stupid things.
