Today at the Hardees in Ocoee Tn, on highway 411, I came inside to order my lunch, right after breakfast. As I waited for my food, a young lady, that was an employee and a manager was talking loudly amongst other employees about another co worker and talking very mean and saying awful things while both laughing! It was disgusting watching a manager let an employee talk about another employee like that and laugh and talk to! I will not be going back there every again. And will also be letting people know
drive thru service/food I bought
Yesterday my husband and myself and our children went thru the Mt Vernon IL hardees down on broadway. We ordered 2 of the $5 lunch boxes, 5 hard shell tacos, and 2 chicken soft she'll tacos. Got to the window and paid, she immediately asked us to pull forward. We did. As the line behind us starts getting long, she's pulling other vehicles off to the side to wait (mind you we've been waiting for our food for about 7 minutes at this point) after one car obviously gets angry and drives off, she has 3 cars pulled and waiting for food. Finally our food comes out, we look, missing 2 chicken tacos. My daughter goes in and the tacos were being made as they seemed to know we were missing them. As long as it took to get our food I had some crazy idea that it may actually be fresh. Boy was I wrong. Fries were old, cold and just plain nasty, the bun of my burger was hard and it looked as tho someone had put a finger or 2 thru the top of it, the patty was dried out and all around the outer part, it was hard, discolored and not fit to be served. The tacos had the smallest amount of meat I've ever seen, that too was not fit to be served, loaded down with lettuce and barely any cheese. Needless to say the over $20 we spent there yesterday went straight to the trash, by appearance alone. I'm very angry that in one single visit there were so many disappointments. I mean I can understand places get busy and there may be a small mistake somewhere along the line. I myself work in food, so I underdtand. But, when I get everything in my order messed up, that's not a mistake. That's laziness, ignorance, and not caring about what you serve to people is saying you don't like your job and you could careless what your giving to people. I'll never ever go back to that location. They need a serious wake up call.!

Got home and opened and unwrapped cheeseburgers and it was just thrown together, buns looked as if they were stepped on and one looked like a bite had been taken out of it. Went back to the store and poor service and telling me it looked fine. They said they would be happy to re make it but in my opinion it should have been made right in the first place. Received a full refund and will no longer eat there.

The hardees on broad st and Pensacola blvd Pensacola Florida at 7pm chairs upside down on tables water on floors in puddles our party of 5 walked in no one in store it took 5 minutes to even order they were out of several things our order was horrible my hotdog had nothing on it our chicken sandwich was cooked this morning forgot to cook part of order it was just unreal the girl told us not to put chairs down to sit in a booth i told her there was 5 of us an we couldn't fit a booth she then disappeared we didn't see her till we were leaving it was the worst ive ever experienced at a fast food place

After ordering, we drove to the window to pay for our food. We paid with a card and when she handed the card back, my daughter took it. I was watching and she did not take it harshly from the employee. The employee then says, "I know you are not snatching [censored] out of my hands!" Then she brought our food and as I was asking for ketchup she slammed the window in our face.

There is a very rude shift leader named Becca that works at Godfrey Illinois Hardee's that is very rude and disrespectful to some front line employees. I noticed that she has been very disrespectful to them in a way that should not be allowed at or anywhere close to the restaurant. I have noticed this on several occasions that I have visited. There is something wrong going on hardee's in jordan! The quality of food and the value is zero! I ordered all star meal and I find that chicken santefah is too small as a coin and the tender is so bad and shape and tast like fish fingers! Every time I come thru the drive thru it's the same woman who has an awful attitude about everything and even rolls her eyes at you. I've brushed it off many times but this is the last time I could handle it. She always has a nasty attitude about anything so I honestly don't know how they have any service because she really ruins the whole environment for me to even come back.

To whom it may concern:
I am writing about a possible harassment suit that I am seriously thinking about taking action with if this issue cannot be resolved. I currently work at the white sulphur springs, west virginia 24986 store location for the past two weeks. For the past two days the shift manager on duty has become pretty much unbearable to work with. It has been seen by the general manager of this store Annette that the way she talks to me and the way she acts towards me that she has a problem for some reason, even though the manager does not know me except for work. I have done all that has been asked of me at work and have already even came in on one of my days off this past Saturday. Which is when all the ( harassment ) started. If a call can be given into this matter at [protected] hopefully a remedy can be given into this issue.

Fast food service
My husband and I went there cause I didn't feel like cooking. He wanted to go to Dairy Queen but I said it was awful busy. I should of let him. We both had a chicken sandwich. He had regular fries I had curly fries. The chicken was about 1/4 in think. We could barely bite it cause it was sooooo hard and of course cold. Both fries were also cold and they tatted like old grease or like fish. I don't think I'm going back there. Management needs to do something. I'm surprised it's still open. Bad bad bad.

I would like to submit complain of order done via TALABAT for your restaurant.
It came after 10.00am and our order as per attachment was by 8.30. and as per talabat it will deliver in 30 min. they lie about that and when I called they said they have one driver then they told food will be in good condition fresh but it was shocking after waiting for a long time.
We are a regular Hardeez customer we should not face this issue ! it could affect the restaurant. my brother also regular customer we normally don't like to complain but there is a limit for every understanding also !
we paid BHD5.100 and it does not matter of cash if the words were right but I felt upset about it and could not recommend it anymore.
could you please solve the issue and make the customer happy and get the trust back?

I am complaining about
I was in the drive thru today around 7 pm at Hardees in Pelham Ga when the manager on duty came out the store cussing at another customer that had been in drive thru and was ask to pull up until her order was ready I asked the cashier who was waiting on me who the young lady was that was cussing at the customer and she replied that she was the manager the way that the lady was cussing at the customer was not professional at all this is not the first time that I have heard this same manager say out of the way things to customers another time I watched and listened as she and another employee made racial comments to each other loudly while the customer complained about her order not being right this manager needs to be seen about and took down from manager
chicken bowl
I went into Hardee's on my lunch today 6/24 at 2:24pm I order a chicken bowl. I get to work which is 5 min away and notice it's just all rice with sour cream on top no chicken. I called the store ask for a manager a lady picked up the phone told me she was the manager. I explained the issue I was told can I bring it back to be remade or to get a refund. I told the manager I can leave back out I am at work now the manager told me I can bring it back when I am off at 5 but another manager by the name of Brandon would be avilable and she would let him know. I returned to Hardee's after 5 pm when I got off work with my rice bowl and receipt. I stood in at the counter for a good 5 mins. Nobody in site nobody at the counter or visible. So I began to call the number to that location on my cellphone to get their attention but the line has a busy signal finally after 10 mins a dark skin guy pops up in the back where you cook and he still doesn't notice me because he is texting on his phone. Finally I say
hello are you open he doesn't respond I say again HELLO ARE YOU OPEN I HAVE BEEN STANDING HERE 10 mins now. The guy then says my bad didn't see you then yells the name Jason but nobody showed. The tall dark skin guy comes to the counter says how can I help you I stated I bought a chicken bowl early but it's all rice no chicken. The guy begans to walk towards the back before I can finish talking and before I could show I'm what was in the container and I stopped him but saying I no longer want it remade I would like a refund. He gives me my money and I leave. Not only was that bad customer service but that was rude. Anyone could have came in and helped there self behind the counter because no one was visible. I will never come back to that location again and the manager that was so called there never appeared. Very rude!

This morning was an experience I will not soon forget or forgive. I believe this should be verifiable through your company's digital recordings should there be any question of the validity of my complaint/s.
On my way in to work this morning I decided that I would stop by Hardee's and pick up breakfast for my co-workers and myself. I arrived at Hardee's (#1503008) around 06:30 this morning with the intent of getting eight (8) breakfast Frisco sandwiches in a reasonable amount of time.
My order (425269) was paid for and receipt given by the cashier (Cassaundria) at 06:36. Shortly after payment I was asked to wait in a parking space and my order would be brought out to me (I'm very used to this treatment as I buy breakfast for the office often and my family loves your chicken tenders; made fresh every time in my hometown).
After waiting for 10 minutes I started to become a bit agitated, around 15 minutes I locked up my vehicle and entered your establishment. I was very well ignored by majority of your staff even though I spoke "excuse me ma'am" to several employees, after a few minutes your cashier was kind enough to ask me what wrong. I replied something to the effect of, I'm waiting on that 15 plus minute order there on that screen; do you know how much longer it's going to be? She asked another employee what was the order waiting on and went behind the "line" to investigate. I was told that they were just waiting on the bread to which I stated "I see; how long do you think that might be?" my answer to that came about 12 minutes later.
During the wait for that answer and someone to acknowledge an urgency of sorts, one of the employees whom did a fantastic job of ignoring me must have noticed the Bold/Flashing timer glaring from the Drive Thru Order Screen around 18 minutes or so at this point and decided that with the touch of a finger can make that problem go away. I am so irritated and well ignored that I attempt to call [protected]) the store I am currently standing in, in an attempt to get some assistance in either my food or money back. Too many rings later I finally gave up on getting assistance that way too.
Two minutes before 07:00 I hear, "here them Frisco's", to which the employee whom put those long waited for sandwiches in the bag with the others was kind enough to re-wrap the balled up sloppy mess given to her. When asked if I would like and jellies to go (normally I would have said yes, thank you) I could only shake my head no in shock of my recent experience, any vocal utterance on my end would most likely not be appreciated.
About 14 minutes later I give a synopsis to my co-workers and say "I won't be getting breakfast for a while boys and girls; I can't do that again". After all of this I begin to eat my sandwich to which the outer edges are a nice normal medium warm followed by a frozen ham sickle center. I actually removed ice from the ham and watched it melt in my hand.
I cannot recall the last time I have been this dissatisfied for paid service.
Please take time to share my experience with your co-workers. My receipt states "we need your feedback" and "we appreciate your business!". I hope you mean that. I know your company is busy, and I appreciate your time spent reading and any future efforts to prevent a similar situation occurring.

I live in Ardmore Tn and I have a Hardee's right up the road but I will bypass it cause when u order something it looks nothing like it says it's gonna be. I stopped this morning to get a loaded omelette biscuit (was glad to see them back) but when I got it only half of the biscuit had anything on it and a pice of cold slice cheese stuck between it. So disappointed! What I got this morning was not worth 2.89.

incomplete order + improper attitude
I am sending you this complaint after failing to solve my problem through the call center in cairo. I ordered from hardee's on june 25th at 23:35 using call center. My order arrived half missing. I tried calling back the call center, someone called ahmed answered me who was very rude did not want to listen to my complain and he transferred me to the complaint department which i tryed calling for about an hour but there was no answer. I tried calling the call center again someone else answered me called rami who told me that he cannot help me and that i have to call the complaint department who again did not answer. I am very surprised on the attitude you treat your customers. I have been dealing with hardee's for a long time and I am very astonished, it was never that bad in dealing with problems. Ordered two new items they had displayed on a banner before the drive thru. She continues to say, we don't serve that. I said the two new items you guys have displayed? She just keeps mumbling. Then I ordered a burger for my child. Asked to swap the mustard to mayo. They said the burger comes how it is, you can't swap anything. My child is highly allergic to mustard. She continued to repeat the same thing. I left and went to Mcdonalds where they have everything advertised and will swap the mustard to mayo. The people that work at that Hardees are very inconsiderate and rude. Now I understand why the parking lot is always empty.

I visited the Hardee's off Goodman rd. in Southaven, MS. I went through the drive thru and was the only person in line. I waited at the window for 29 minutes and I thought that maybe they was making my food hot and fresh. That was not the case. When I got home all my food was hold like it had been sitting out all day and my cookie was as hard as a brick. The only thing that I was satisfied with was the jolly rancher shake. I took all the food back, not the shake and the worker asked real nasty, "Is there something wrong with your order". I explained to her what was wrong and she didn't apologize or say anything but touched the food and threw it away. She gave me the money back for the food but not the shake. Based on this experience I want to tell everyone I know not to go to this Hardee's

Any idiot knows that if you mess 1 thing up in a order, the right thing to do is to refund the entire order. Believe me I was only making a point, I am not in need of the $2.00 that you focusing on. How about there was a roach crawling on the door when I took the food back. Bottom line, this was MY bad experience, not yours. You must be employed at this location for you to respond that way.

No AC in one of your restaurants for over three weeks. When asked when it was going to be fixed they said they had no idea when or if it was going to be fixed.A worker said Cooper did not want to spend the money.
