On the huddle House coupons it shows the chop steak dinner with mushroom gravy but when you try to order it now they say mushrooms are extra. What gives? How can you show a picture on the coupon with mushrooms but then say mushrooms are extra? I feel like that's false advertising. It is not right to show a picture of a product and then say "oh no that is extra". It doesn't say it's extra on the picture. When someone orders anything they expect to get with the picture shows or what it says unless otherwise stated such and such is optional or extra.
Desired outcome: Either change the picture on the coupons or on the menu or tell your employees to make good on what they're showing on the coupon.
