Krystal - The service and food quality.

My husband sent back his order 3 times. He drove around and gave the food back 3 times! They were not busy at all, they simply didn’t care. He orders cheese Krystal only. No pickles. No onions. No mustard. Cheese Krystal plain only. He sent it back and they gave him the exact same Krystal burger did not even attempt to fix it. I am beyond shocked at the costumer service because I love Krystal’s but this incident is ridiculous and was such an inconvenience after he just got off work from a long shift he wanted so tiny quick to eat. But quick it was not. He couldn’t eat it at all and threw it in the trash afterward, such a waste of money. I want a refund, credit, gift card, anything to help ease this situation. He called me so upset and said just asked me to cook him some chicken nuggets in the air fryer because it was the quickest, I was already in bed but I wanted my husband to eat. I’ve sent several emails to all different types of emails that say Krystal support but have yet been contacted. It keeps on saying message failed to deliver. The incident occurred on 06/02/2023 @10:30pm. Also they gave my husband the merchant copy of receipt, not the customer receipt.

Desired outcome: Refund. Some type of compensation.
