Krystal review: Sackful 12 no cheese

I ordered 12 no cheese Krystal I was given old cold burgers in a grease bag with a bunch of old white dinner napkins.

I asked for my money back I was told by the manager and male employee I was not able to get a refund. The manager was trying to force me to get fresh food I refused I wanted my money. She was going to keep my money and not do anything. On top of it all she hung the phone in my face tried to get smart saying I need my recipient when it has been less than1 minutes to top it off she didn't give me a recipient. I was in the car line for 25 minutes just waisted my time. She laughed at me and was talking smart about me to her employees. How we ended up on the phone I called from my car I didn't want to get in that long line. Now I have to waist more time before work to get my refund. I had to tell the new manager my name was not sweetie. I will never eat at Krystal again
