Employee insult
Arrive at krystal's restaraunt located at 1045 ellis avenue jackson, mississippi 39209 wher I was greeted at the drive thru window by a female employee with piercings in her lower lip I then inquired whether they were havung issues iopening their door for delivery personel to which she then replied to me as: no ma'am it is plainly obvious to most people that I a clean shaven male in my mid 60's she then went on to inform me that order I was ther to pick up and deliver was incomplete at which time I contacted the customer and tried to get her to speak to the customer to which she made more insulting remarks at that time I warned the manager who was also very rude as well she ended by slamming the drive thru windo in my face I informed them that I would notify corporate of the incident
Desired outcome: i strongly feel that reprimandation and suspension of employment should be enforced

My mother, Madalene Dodd, gets a pension from the Krystal co. and is in the nursing home Pruett Health Sunrise Nursing home in Moultrie, GA. She needs to have her pension go direct deposit to the nursing home and I have tried for 2 weeks to reach someone at krystal concerning this and cannot reach anyone.
The lady you need to speak to is Regina at the nursing home [protected].
Desired outcome: I would like for someone to call Regina at the nursing home to work this out for my mother.

9/10/2022 12:31 am I have my receipt Food was not fresh manager told me to keep receipt so that I could get food replaced.went this morning and the gm mallissa on north slappey in albany,ga told me I couldn't get food replace.for her to be the gm she is very rude.

Memphis tn in Lakeland hwy 64 you wait and wait and wait in line then when you get to the window they take your money tell you to pull up front and wait another 15 minutes on your lunch break I jumped out went inside and demanded my money back three other people saw me and walked out the answer they only had five cars the answer Chick-fil-A went down there they had 50 cars I got my food and through the line in three minutes that location is terrible the manager didn’t say I’m sorry nothing never go back I don’t know how they stay in business .
Food and customer service
I placed an order online for $70 worth of food. The app said it would be ready in 20 minutes I got there 25 minutes later which was right around 4:00 they had not even started my order which was fine with me I didn't mind waiting I asked a couple questions about the size of the container that the party size chili cheese fries came in and the manager was very rude, it seemed like a regular size portion of the cheese fries. I took the food to my car checked my order I was missing six cheese crystals and a medium fry. I went inside and very nicely and told her when I was missing with my receipt in hand she looked at me and said no you're not very rudely I said I can bring the bags back in that's not a problem but it's definitely missing she again said no it's not. Then told me there's not even a medium fry on the order and I showed her the medium fry on the receipt to which she had no response and went to get my missing food. When I got home and got the food out the all of the fries and tots were burnt the chicken on my 11 Crystal chicks was burnt, and the Buns were cold definitely had not been steamed.

I went Krystals on 8/16/22 store#JAX010. I ordered a #1 however they had a paper sign on the speaker box stating that they have no wings, fries, or tots. That was OK. I received my 4 Krystal's that were old and not fresh. I could knock my dog out with those Krystals that went in the garbage. I do not appreciate being served old food when I'm paying for it. The person that took the order was outside in the parking lot, she must have thought that since they were out of fries etc, that I was not going to place an order. One rep was in the lobby on her phone and the other rep that was supposed to fix my Krystals was in the kitchen area on his phone with the charger plugged up in hand. All he did was bagged me some old Krystals. This location need to be closed down just like the store that was on San Juan! I will be reporting this to the BBB.
Desired outcome: I need people to take their job seriously and treat people the way they would want to be treated! Refund me and hire better help!!!!

I just had the worst experience since I've been a customer, august 18th at approximately 930pm i arrived at krystal on 1555 walton drive thru where i sat for 15mins wh eww n the rude cashier yelled at me (WE R NOW CLOSED) but lights were on open sigh was flashing and there were 3 cars ahead of me so i politely stated why didnt you say and she said because i wanted to see how long you were gonna sit there and then she started cussing im deeply disappointed and offended never want to go to that location again

Racist worker
I keep making this complaining about this to y'all but ain't nothing getting done about this. Idk her job title but I do know she works for Krystal's in meridian Mississippi on 7/4 I went to Krystal's to buy a double cheese burger combo and while I was there Ms windstead wouldn't wait on me and I asked her why she told me she doesn't wait on any blacks and I need to take my [censored] [censored] somewhere else to get something to eat as Ms windstead continue to show me how racist she was towards me and why I just looked at Ms windstead in unbelieve on her actions towards me and all I said to her was I wanted to get some Krystal burgers because I'll just got off work she stated again that no matter what I said to her since I was black there will be no service giving to me and like I said after that comment I just left in shocked like what did I do wrong to her to feel like that towards me so I'll just left but I walked out of the door I asked who can I get in contact take with that was over her and she told me that if I file a complaint again her she was going to tell y'all it was all a make believe story so she wouldn't get into any trouble with y'all this isn't fair to me to know that she's not getting punished behind her rasict slurs and comments something got to be done about this before she does it again please I want some answers on why I was talked to like this and why she was so rasict towards me please please let me get some type of answers please about all of this

My name is Wendi Eubanks, I went to Krystal at 11:30pm on 08-05-22 to oder me and my mom something and one of the employees Ashley Vancliff told me that she was closed and didn't take my order. They were about 4 cars living as well it's very sad that people like her get hired and they making yall business look very bad cause customers want to be waited on. She said she was waiting on a cook to come in I think I need a coupon on what I was wanting to order and she needs to learn not to close the business until she is supposed to. Discrimination
How come Scott Watkins told us that we couldn't have two jobs but he's letting Brittany windstead have two jobs it's not fair to me or anyone else he made me quit my other job to continue to work for Krystal's but letting Brittany windstead have two jobs something must be done about this. plus I been called [censored]s by Scott and Brittany alot times I just don't understand how they're keeping they're jobs in a business like that man they behavior is rude and rasict towards me I've never seen anything like this plus I texts him and asked him how come Brittany gets to have two jobs while working at Krystal's but I couldn't he's said don't start that I've the messages screenshot on my phone if y'all want to see them then two has done nothing but cause me to stop going out to eat because now I feel like they keep picking with me because I'm black and they get to talk to me anyway they want to without it being a problem plus it's not fair to me to have to put up this nonsense from the two of them

8/2/2023 @ 9:26am my order was taken by host 4 an African American woman wearing her natural hair. She took my order wrong and did not repeat it. When I received my food I told her my order was wrong. She yelled at me and told me she repeated my order and made me pay to get the correct item I ordered. It was in front of other employees I was so embarrassed and felt shame that I begin to apologize for upsetting her. She proceeded to ignore me and slam the window in my face.
Desired outcome: Fire the employee so no other customer can feel the shame I felt and I need a refund on the item she made me buy even though she got the order wrong.
Racist manager
I came into Krystal's a couple of days ago and I believe the manager that was working name was Brittany Leigh windstead shes the rudest unprofessional manager I've ever saw and meet. While I was trying to explain to her that this was my first time being in a Krystal's. That she didn't have to be rude to me some of the words that came out of her mouth was unbelievable she ask me what did my [censored] ask wanted as she told me to hurry my [censored] [censored] up I just asked her why she's talking to me like that and she responded with I don't like your kind and she hate waiting on colored people. After she said that I just walked out of Kyrstal's in shock like why she talking to me like this I believe that Ms windstead should get fired behind her rasict slurs and comments and actions because shouldn't no one get talked to like that and she was unprofessional before I take legal actions and file a discrimination law suit on Krystal's I would weather for her to get fired behind this or legal actions will take place hopefully we don't have to take it that far but I will if she doesn't get fired behind this.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru and it was wrong
We came to TN and we do not have a Krystal's so our aunt wanted to try it. We waited in the 45 min line only 2 cars were ahead of us ...because she really wanted to try it... When we finally got our things the tots were cold we only had 5 tots in each bag and the sandwiches breakfast was wrong...we didnt go back because of the long wait we had just had and it was a small order

This happened on 6/29/2022 @ the Fern Park,Florida location @6655 US Highway 1792
I went to the drive-thru and no one would answer me. I pulled off and went around the restaurant to the door where someone was cleaning tables inside. They pointed to the drive-thru and I told him no one is answering. I saw them talk to somebody behind the counter. I went back to the drive-thru no one would answer me even blew the horn. Drove up to the window and could see the guy fixing burgers and I was being ignored. I drove to the corner of the building where the guy had moved inside cleaning tables and talk to him through the glass again and he kept pointing to the back to the drive-thru. I drove back to the drive-thru yet again to be ignored again and then a woman manager came to the back door which was open muttered something under her breath smart and then slammed the door. This restaurant is supposed to be open from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.. I was there between 6-6:30 p.m. Why was I treated this way? They had no cars in the parking lot at all and no other customers. I stayed there for at least 15 minutes with then just starting at me with nothing being explained,and there were no signs on the doors saying they were closed.I could see a guy Making burgers in the back, so I know that they were open. It seems like they were fixing food for themselves because there were no cars in the drive-thru, no cars at all in the parking lot including employee cars, and there were no customers inside. Did I mention that the doors were locked? I felt very angry and upset and did not know what to do. I've never been ignored like that and I feel like this restaurant don't need to be open with attitudes like that!
Desired outcome: I want all of the employees that were there at that time to be disciplined, I also want an explanation a real one as to why they would not serve me. And I would also like an apology!
Went to Krystal last night to order 24 Krystal that was not done. And I had got a ride so therefore couldn't take food back to store.
Krystal on 6605 Hwy 85 /date [protected] at 1:56 am check # 30247. /The food was not cooked properly and when I seem that I was very disappointed. A 24 pack of Krystal my friend had drop me off at home. The line was long that gives them no reason to rush the cooking time.
Desired outcome: Had no way to go back so that's why I just made a complaint.

To whom this may concern my name is Misses Ronetha Sheree Dean and I am an customer located in Macon Georgia in which I purchased an order of a sackful six with cheese and six without to make the long story short as me and my family begun eating and as I continue to eat the second Krystal I noticed that there were an usual taste while chewing and then realized that there was something as if it was a piece from a brillo pad or maybe such cleaning supply within an five minutes later I discovered that May have been choking therefore I went to the emergency room for treatment in which one or another object was swallowed and another I didn't chew therefore I took pictures and or video for evidence have reached out to cooperate and or the headquarters with no response therefore I will be consulting my attorneys for medical expenses and or suffering the incident happened May 11 22 and is demanding a response before June 25 22 have sent emails please do not ignore the messages for this is the second submission thanks in advance
