Avo supply.com sucks. DONT NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESES SCUMS. Ordered air pods never showed up. But my money was taken right away. Can't get anyone to respond. No valid number or email address. Beware www.avosupply.com they suck!

I purchased i phone 5s on line from avo buy.com on april 7 / 2014 i was told that the phone will be delivered within 60 days i called avo buy.com on the phone i was told every thing is okey and i will be recieving it very soon today is june 19 and still not recieved my phone i think this company is a scam

I had the same thing happen. I emailed them monthly to see where my product was. Always waiting for the vendor. Put in dispute with Better Business Bureau and they never answered them. Today I contacted my credit card company who will investigate. Hopefully I will get a refund from them.

I have to say I am surprised. I ordered my first iPhone 5 from them and had no problem. I received the phone within 90 days, just as indicated on the web. Runs wonderfully and I now have passed it on to my 15 year old stepdaughter. Unlocked unit was activated by Verizon and switched by Verizon smoothly.

Let's get Avobuy off of the web.

I have the same problem. I asked for a refund and get no response. My password has been changed and Avobuy will not reset it. I call on the phone and get no answer. Looks like we all have been had. What can we do?

They have had $1300 of my money for almost a year and I can't get a refund. Why are they able to stay in business? We need to shut them down.

avobuy website needs to be shut down before other innocent will lose there money ! And needs to be reported an file in system...

www.avobuy.com claims to sell Target gift cards for $123 that are valued at $300. I believe their website is a total scam. Beware!

They are fake, I you are planning to buy something with AVOBUY, forget about it, because you will never receive. They still your money.

i ordered a ps4 almost 60 days ago i asked for a refund of my money 208.00 they email me and said they would have my money bacc in my account within 7 days well it has been almost two weeks and they still have not refunded my money i believe that avobuy is a scam donot buy anything from them i am going to get intouch with better BBB and file a complaint i just want my money back!

Ordered a phone over a year ago and still don't have it. $500 out of my account but nothing to show for it.

I am only waiting to see what going to happen at last. my order is almost a year now, never received them yet. their website is even redirected to a different domain. but I hope my orders will come in one day. always hope for things that are real, and not things that you cant comprehend them.

Everyone who got scammed, multiple people need to contact the California Attorney General's Office, Kamala Harris. If enough of you complain they will investigate Avobuy and freeze their bank accounts before they can spend all the money he scammed.

hi i placed an order on march 2014 after 30 days i never received my order 112462 so i asked fora refund on april 16 2014 i still have not been accredited for my refund it is now december 2014 i have been emailing them and calling they either hang up or say that my order refund is being reviewed and that i need send them my account number routing number and they will put a little money in my account each week i do not trust this trash of company plz help what do i do

i ordered for a samsung Galaxy note 3 on the 9th of April 2014, Order ID: 110606 at USD 406, after waiting for 3 months without getting my phone i requested for a refund on the 9th of July 2014, its now almost 4 month no refund has been made, all the say is wait for 30+ days. these are thieves, some one should come out and help us with this company, am not giving up, until when i have my money back.

Avobuy.com is a scam. I placed four orders with them, the first of which was placed 359 days ago and I never received any of my items. 31 days ago, I requested refunds for two of my orders and they said I would be refunded within 30 days, which I wasn't. Today, I filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). I encourage everyone who had a similar experience to do the same via http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx. I am also filing with the Better Business Bureau and my local authorities. I paid via credit card so I am also disputing the charges via my credit card provider. I will also be posting my experience on Youtube, social media and other forums to ensure others are well aware.

i bought a computer april 7th 2014, now is september 8 more than 5 months and I have not received anything. i paid $340

I can tell you this is a giant scam company, i ordered a note 3 cell phone, order 4402 in sept 2013. After about a hundred phone calls, and emails i get the same answer we are waiting on the vendor, when you try to call it takes 50 minutes for them to pick up the phone, trust me i did the homework. they have people working for them who want to put oh such good comments on the web, just like you tube. they have to pay you 50.00 to open your package, they are raking in the money and scamming people out of so much. where can we go, i even filed a complaint with the FBI, attorney generals office and the BBB
