Avo Buy review: the company attends to take refund money 8

I ordered an iPhone 5 through www.avobuy.com on 3/22/2014. The Avobuy asked to pay $377 using my bank check account. The order number was 105850. The receiving day is 60+ days as stated in the website. I started to read blogs and found the iPhone that actually takes 6+ months to have it. Therefore, I thought it is too long to wait it. I followed the refund policy of Avobuy, and wrote to Avobuy email on 3/27. Avobuy responded my email on 3/30 1:10 AM as below:

Your Refund is still being processed at the moment... Please allow 30 BUSINESS DAY from the date you first processed your refund request. Please stand by Or for faster refund process you can contact your bank for stop payment.
Refund Request Date: 03/27

I started to follow up after 30 days by email, but I received the unique reply as "Your request (7369) has been solved. To reopen this request, reply to this email". I called number shown on the company website, but have never found the person who could deal with me. The auto-answer direct you and will hang up after you requested same key twice.

I has a special email [protected]@avobuy.com supported by my bank to Avobuy, however, the company just ignore what I have done. I have no way to move further, instead to ask help from you. All the behavior that Avobut has been done just like a criminal activity to its customer. I don't why company keeps buyer's money too long in either way.
