Rewardbee Not honest

Not honest. Don't do their surveys. To this day, Sept. 2, 2021, they are still asking me to answer their surveys. However, I'm still waiting since February for several magazines. None of them ever came. I was also suppose to receive two sample boxes which also never came. Crooked company just trying to grab your personal information.

I started receiving FOUR magazines a couple of months ago.I have been out of town for a couple of months. When I picked up my mail hold these magazines were in the hold pickup. I called each magazine and had them stop the subscription. FOUR different magazines with FOUR different names. I made a complaint with the USPS, Complaintsboard.com and called my Identity protection company. I never heard of this company or had any magazines subscribed to me. The magazines said it was Subco that subscribed them to me. I called them and they stopped the mailings and put my address on a do NOT mail list. They are a magazine clearinghouse. They said all orders came from Rewardbee.

Rewardbee I have received Good Housekeeping and **** Magazines

I have received Good Housekeeping and *** Magazines. I did not order them. They are addressed to another person, ***, with my address. I called Good Housekeeping and they told me they were ordered from an agency. They would cancel any further issues. I called *** and they also told me they were ordered through an agency. They gave me the name of the agency Reward Bee and their phone number. They cancelled any further copies and told me I would also be getting Cosmopolitan . The problem is I didn't order these magazines and have no desire for them and am not going to pay for them. I have called Reward Bee and they NEVER answer the phone. Please helpe me address this issue and get my name on the Do Not Mail/Contact list with them.

Received a 'promotional copy' of a 'Cosmopolitan' magazine (acct # ***) I did not order, on 6/16/22 I spoke with a customer service rep at the # *** on 6/17/22 and he indicated that it was in fact a promotional copy and that I was not charged for it. As well, he indicated that this was impossible because they did not have any payment info on file and thank goodness for that!. I also let them know they assigned a fake email address or purchased my information with a fake/fraudulent email address. I requested verbally that my name be permanently removed from their mailing list and that my data be purged from their system, and that I never want to receive any unwanted, scam type items again. I also requested that any account and/or order information be deleted, since it was a completely fraudulent order and something I never requested or ordered. CSR indicated he would complete my requests. I completed their online forms to delete my data and to not sell my information to third parties. I have email records of those requests as well. I took the extra step to contact Hearst Publishing/Cosmopolitan directly to ask them to make sure this fraudulent account is closed completely (yes, it shows in the publishers systems as well) and my information is not to be sold to 3rd parties. Have email records of this correspondence as well.

I received a renewal email for Men's Health magazine. I do not subscribe to this magazine, but the renewal showed my name and email address with someone else's address: *** The account number is ***. I called Hearst Magazine (Men's Health) who deflected the blame and they said to contact RewardBee as that company sends out the advertising and renewal notices. I do not want to contact RewardBee due to the Complaintsboard.com complaints. I want to be removed from all mailing and distribution lists and have any identity theft looked into. Thank you.

Rewardbee Yesterday I received a copy of "Shape" magazine in the mail

Yesterday I received a copy of "Shape" magazine in the mail . . . With a mailing label stating that I had a 2 year subscription. I am a Conservative, ***, 51 year old, male who strongly does not appreciate receiving unrequested magazine subscriptions ordered in my name, full of half dressed teenage girls and young women. I contacted Shape magazine and they blamed "Subco" for submitting the order . . . I called Subco and they are blaming "Rewardbee" for submitting the order through them. This is a never ending whack-a-mole hunt to stop something that never should have started. I want Subco and Rewardbee and anybody/everybody else to lose my name and address and never send me anything else again unless I am the one, very specifically, asking for it. -

I am receiving magazines I did order, such as Cosmopolitan. Cosmopolitan informed me that the order was placed by Reward Bee. I never have had any interaction with Reward Bee and do not want any more magazines sent to me. I want them to cancel any subscriptions made for me and to delete my personal information from their website.

Hello Complaintsboard.com: On Friday, June 10, 2022, I received a Cosmopolitan Magazine in the mail. The label on the magazine had someone elses name but my address. This person does not live at this address. I did not subscribe to this magazine. I phoned Cosmopolitan Customer Service () on Monday, June 13th, to ask to have this subscription for my address cancelled but they said they couldn't do that because it was a third party who handled the subscription. They said I had to call RewardBee (***). This sounded fishy to me. I went out to Complaintsboard.com to see what others said and I read many complaints about this company and that it is very hard to talk to a real person. Have to leave a message and nobody ever gets back to you. I do not want to talk to them. I just want this magazine subscription stopped. NOTE: I will upload a copy of the label on the Cosmo magazine showing the name on the subscription (***) and my address

I started received two magazines that I never subscribed to or paid for at my address (Elle and Harper's Baazar) starting March 2022. When I tried to find more information from the magazine's website, I found that the account information showed that they were billed to and shipped to my address ($10 each) on March 21 and March 22, respectively. I tried to cancel the subscription, but the Elle website won't let me. It says this order was placed through RewardBee. I have never heard of this company before and have definitely not used their services. I have not opted in anywhere to receive either of these magazines. When I looked up their address that Elle provided me, it refers me to some random location (***), which is also the listed address of many other similar scam businesses (Subco, Magazine Service Center, Activision Publishing, Subdirect). I refuse to contact this business directly and provide them with any further information about me. I would like the business to remove my information from any records they have and cancel these subscriptions. I want written proof that I will not be charged for either of these magazines that I never signed up for.

Rewardbee I have received two issues of ELLE magazine

I have received two issues of ELLE magazine. I thought the first issue was a random mistake until today when I received the second issue. I also received an issue of Good Housekeeping. I did NOT order either of these two magazines. Upon my subsequent call to ELLE, I learned that these subscriptions were placed by rewardbee. I have no idea who they are or how they got my information, let alone that they had the audacity to fulfill a subscription in my name! I have been assured by ELLE that I will no longer get the magazines, but I have no idea if the subscriptions were cancelled. I have tried reaching out to rewardbee to no avail. Is this even legal? I feel like I was stalked! Having had my bank account hacked twice in the past two years, I am paranoid about my privacy and this is a blatant invasion of my privacy!

I'm receiving magazines from Vogue and Food & Wine without me ordering them. I have contacted the companies and was told it was ordered by a 3rd party (Reward Bee). The magazines are coming to my address with an unusual name. I have tried to contact Reward Bee with no success.

I am constantly getting magazines that I didn't order - Elle, Men's Health, etc. - and I want to be sure I don't get charged! I don't want the magazines. When I called to cancel and tell them I am not paying, they directed me to RewardBee, and their phone message is a scam as well. I want to be sure the magazines STOP and I do NOT get charged. I'm tired of this.

We have been receiving multiple unsolicited magazine subscriptions (Elle, GQ, etc) to our address under the fictitious name Rigoberto Sipes. When we call the magazines to suspend, they have said that the subscriptions were all from Rewardbee

Rewardbee I received two unsolicited magazine issues in the mail.

I received two unsolicited magazine issues in the mail. Online, I found an account in my name with a mystery subscription dated 01/06/22 and a Cosmopolitan Digital subscription from 02/25/22. Customer service informed me that my orders were made via 'RewardBee' and provided their contact details. Online research revealed numerous similar complaints on Complaintsboard.com. The subscriptions are listed as $10 each on the magazine's website, but I haven't been billed. I demand these subscriptions be cancelled. I prefer purchasing magazines locally and have no interest in these titles. After reading about unsuccessful contact attempts with RewardBee on Complaintsboard.com, I am reluctant to reach out to them.

RewardBee has been sending magazines in my name to addresses I not longer live at without my permission. I have not signed up for anything through Rewardbee. I have also been getting magazines at my current address in other people's names. I have no interest in the magazines or promotional offers from RewardBee. I tried to cancel the subscription through the magazines and they will not let me.

I received a magazine subscription that I did not sign up for and noticed in my email spam box emails from the same company. I do not want nor did I ever provide my information for any magazine subscriptions. This is a company I believe is stealing or buying people's information and signing them up for things they do not want or had signed up for. I contacted Runners World Magazine's website at https://***F for their contact information and was provided a number which I called to have the magazines discontinued and the account closed. They claimed to be only a management company and could stop the issues but could not cancel the account which they said was RewardBee and to contact ***. I have never heard of or done business with any of these companies and I do not wish to now or in the future

I purchased a home in September and within a month I was receiving four different magazine subscriptions under four different names (none of them being mine). I was even receiving two copies of People Magazine under two different names. I called each company and was directed to a third party company called SubCo. I called SubCo and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was told that they were just a fulfillment company and all four subscriptions were given to them from RewardBee. I was told that RewardBee will often make up names and send magazines to random addresses in order to fake subscription numbers. Based on what I've read on the Complaintsboard.com site and other review sites, I absolutely believe that to be true. RewardBee is a company that scams customers and defrauds other companies they work with. The State of California should consider this criminal activity and RewardBee should be investigated immediately for their shady practices.

I started receiving two magazines (Harper's Baazar and Men's Health) that I never subscribed to at my address recently this year. After contacting the magazine publishers and providing the magazine subscription number #*** when attempting to cancel the two magazine subscriptions that I never ordered; I was informed to call the "Agency" at phone number *** The "Agency" is RewardBee. I have never heard of this company before and have definitely not used their services. I have not opted in anywhere to receive either of these magazines. I called RewardBee and requested cancellation of both magazine subscriptions. They indicated they would only suspend my magazine subscriptions. I want both of these magazine subscriptions canceled immediately, and the unauthorized account RewardBee established in my name be removed from their magazine ordering service. Any money owed by me for these magazine subscriptions will be payed by RewardBee.

Rewardbee I have received two issues of Elle magazine (Feb & April 2022)

I have received two issues of Elle magazine (Feb & April 2022). The name on the subscription is *** and has my mailing address. I do not know this person and feel very unhappy that his name is connected to my mailing address. I have contacted Elle magazine and their Representative, *** advised me that he will suspend delivery for Elle and also for Harper's Bizarre magazines, with one additional issue coming to my address in May. He stated he is not able to separate my address from Mr *** name. This is the part that really bothers me! With so many scams reported, I am afraid something more illicit may be happening that I am not aware of. *** also advised me that RewardBee was the third party who set up these subscriptions. After viewing the other letters from RewardBee and the Complaintsboard.com response to other concerned people, I will say in advance that RewardBee's statement that this is simply a promotional, free subscription is not a satisfactory response for me.

Rewardbee Received an unsolicited 'Cosmopolitan' magazine, spoke with customer service to resolve

Received an unsolicited 'Cosmopolitan' magazine, labeled as a promotional copy, which I did not order. On June 16, 2022, I contacted customer service and was informed it was indeed a promotional item and I wasn't billed. They confirmed no payment information was on file. I reported a fraudulent email associated with my information and demanded my data be erased and my name removed from their mailing list. I insisted on the deletion of any fraudulent account or order. The representative agreed to fulfill my requests. I also completed online forms to prevent data sales to third parties and have email confirmations. Additionally, I reached out to Hearst Publishing/Cosmopolitan to ensure the closure of the fraudulent account and protection of my data from third-party sales, with email evidence of these interactions.

Rewardbee Over the past few months I have received 7 issues of 3 unsolicited magazine subscriptions; Better Homes & Gardens, Esquire, and Parents

Over the past few months I have received 7 issues of 3 unsolicited magazine subscriptions; Better Homes & Gardens, Esquire, and Parents. One of the magazines identified RewardBee as the source and told me I had to contact them to cancel. After contacting them via e-mail they said it was a promotional offer in hopes I'd subscribe and there was no cost. I told them I did not want magazines and to cancel. They said they canceled, but I continue to receive issues for that magazine (hopefully cancel is still in process), and today I have received yet another new magazine subscription. I have e-mailed RewardBee again but last time that only generated another new subscription. I attempted to use the form on their site to take my personal information out of their database and prevent them from sharing with their 'partner companies' but it tells me when trying to submit they are not required to do so because I'm not in California and to send an e-mail to another e-mail address. This is turning into a complete runaround. I want this company to stop sending me unsolicited magazines. I don't care if they are promotional or free, I don't read magazines and I'm sure I'll inevitably get a renewal request for the "free" magazines. I'm not even sure how this is legal that a company can request subscriptions on your behalf and then you can't cancel and have to contact them to cancel mail to my address.
