If I could give negative stars, I would
This company created two accounts for me. Double bill refused to return items then when I finally convinced them after 100 emails they refuse to reimburse for the items I sent back even after giving them tracking numbers. The Cloze received were horribly oversized. We asked for no shirts with logos. Every shirt had big stupid logos on them $1500 later and my charity got a lot of donations. Run from this company

ThreadBeast Clothing Subscription Review: Cheap and Poor Quality, Not Worth the Cost
For $90, ThreadBeast offers a clothing subscription service that promises to deliver stylish and trendy pieces to your doorstep. However, my experience with this service has been less than satisfactory. While the two pieces of clothing from fake brands that I received looked decent, the remaining four items were so cheap and poorly made that I ended up donating them to charity.
To make matters worse, the so-called "$50 sign-on gift" that I received was a pair of jeans that were by far the worst I have ever seen. Even my girlfriend, who works in the clothing business, laughed out loud at the poor quality of these jeans. It's clear that ThreadBeast is cutting corners and using low-quality materials to save costs.
If you're looking for a reliable and high-quality clothing subscription service, I would recommend Menlo Box instead. While it's slightly cheaper at $60 for two pieces, the clothes they send are actually wearable and of good quality. I have never had to donate any of the items I received from Menlo Box.
To make matters worse, cancelling your subscription with ThreadBeast is a nightmare. They spam you with emails and phone calls, claiming that they've tried to reach you multiple times. It's clear that they're more interested in keeping your business than providing a quality service.
Overall, I would not recommend ThreadBeast to anyone. It's a sham and not worth the cost or the hassle of dealing with their poor quality clothing and terrible customer service.
ThreadBeast Subscription Service Review: Hassle to Cancel, Hit or Miss Customer Service, Steep Price
This ThreadBeast subscription service is a bit of a hassle. They make it hard to cancel, giving you only a week to do so after you receive your box. And even when you try to cancel, they keep trying to charge your card. It's frustrating to deal with, especially when you're not happy with the service.
I've found that the customer service reps can be hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get someone who is helpful, especially if it's a guy. But the women who respond to emails, like Courtney or Samira, are not very helpful and just give you the run around.
The price is also a bit steep, and I've found that I don't even wear half of the items they send me. The only things I really use are the shirts and boxers. It's just not worth the money for me.
And to make matters worse, the pricing seems to be all over the place. I started out paying $76, but now they're charging me $102 for the same basic subscription. It feels like they're just charging whatever they want each month.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend ThreadBeast. It's just too much of a hassle and not worth the money. You're better off going to the mall and buying what you want.
Disappointing Experience with ThreadBeast: Low Quality Items and Poor Customer Service
I was really excited to try out ThreadBeast and update my wardrobe with some fresh new clothes. I received my first box and was pleasantly surprised to find a pair of shoes included for free. However, I quickly realized that the shoes were of low quality and fell apart after only a few wears. The clothes that were sent to me also didn't match what I had requested, which was disappointing.
I reached out to customer support to express my concerns and they were able to add some extra items to my next box. Unfortunately, these added items were also of low quality and didn't add any value to my wardrobe. I decided to pause my account to take a break from the service and during that time, I was charged $157 for another box without my consent.
When I contacted customer support about the unauthorized charge, they informed me that they do not accept refunds. I was frustrated and decided to use my loyalty points to request some items before canceling my account to prevent any further charges. However, even after canceling my account, I still haven't received the items I requested with my loyalty points.
When I reached out to customer support again, they informed me that I would only receive the items if I purchased another box. This was a total waste of my time and money. I would recommend that anyone looking to update their wardrobe just buy the clothes themselves instead of using ThreadBeast. The quality of the items and customer service is not worth the hassle.

Threadbeast Review: Frustrating Experience with Lack of Customer Service and Unfulfilled Requests
When I first came across Threadbeast, I was intrigued by their unique concept- a monthly subscription service for clothing curated by a stylist based on your personal style preferences. I eagerly signed up and received an email asking me a series of questions about my style, what I was looking for, and what I did not want to receive. I appreciated the personal touch and attention to detail.
About a week later, a box arrived on my doorstep. I was excited to see what my stylist had chosen for me, but unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. I quickly realized that the items in the box were the exact opposite of what I had requested. I was disappointed that they had not listened to my preferences and concerns.
To try and remedy the situation, I went on their website hoping to find a way to return the items. Unfortunately, after scouring through pages of legal jargon, I discovered that they do not accept returns. This left me feeling frustrated and upset that I was stuck with clothing that I did not want or need.
As a result of my negative experience, I decided to create a Facebook page called "ThreadBeast Complaint Page" to share my story and allow others to share their experiences as well. I felt it was important to have a platform where we could voice our concerns and have our voices heard since the official Threadbeast page only shares positive feedback.
Overall, while I appreciate the idea behind Threadbeast, my personal experience with the company left me disappointed and frustrated. I believe they need to work on their customer service and improve their ability to listen to their customers' requests.
ThreadBeast Subscription: A Nightmare to Cancel and Overpriced
It's really tough to cancel your subscription with ThreadBeast. You can't just log in and cancel it like you would with most other services. Instead, you have to call them during a specific time to cancel. And if you try to email them to cancel, they won't let you. I was really frustrated when I tried to cancel via email and they told me I had to email a certain address. Then they told me I couldn't cancel because they had already prepared my package, even though I had paused my subscription. They ended up charging me $60 just so I could cancel the subscription. It's really annoying because they claim to have "design choices," but really they just throw some cheap stuff in a box and charge you an outrageous price for it. Don't make the mistake of subscribing to ThreadBeast, it's one of the worst fashion subscriptions out there.
ThreadBeast Review: Disappointing Clothes, Terrible Customer Service, and Sneaky Charges
I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with ThreadBeast. I mean, sure, they sent me a couple jackets, 2 shirts, and a pair of jeans, but that's about it. Out of the 5 items they send in each box, only 1 or 2 are worth keeping. And don't even get me started on trying to cancel. Every time I try, they send me some copy-pasted email that doesn't even answer my questions. And to top it all off, they go behind my back and take more money! I had to change my debit card just to get them to stop.
I work two jobs, I don't have time to deal with these clowns. And that two-faced, thieving Courtney? Don't even get me started. I told her I was canceling, and yet here I am, short another $100. And don't even bother trying to exchange clothes you don't like. They'll just send you more garbage that you can't even sell.
Honestly, the clothes they send are just plain ugly. It's like they're trying to dress me like my mom or something. I'll be lucky if I ever break even on this subscription. Save your money and buy clothes somewhere else.
Unsatisfied with Threadbeast: Poor Customer Service, Damaged Packages, and Low-Quality Clothing
If you're considering using Threadbeast for your clothing needs, think again. My experience with this company has left me completely unsatisfied, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
First of all, cancelling your membership is not a simple process. You have to email them to cancel, and it can take days for them to respond. It's frustrating to not have the ability to cancel immediately when you need to.
My last box was a complete disaster. The box was empty and damaged. Even the UPS delivery driver was appalled by the condition of the box. He told me that's how it was given to him, and he even offered to take it back if I wanted to return it. Unfortunately, I wasn't there when the package was delivered, so I wasn't able to take advantage of his offer.
In addition, the box before that contained an item that was falling apart. It was a jacket that literally had threads coming undone. I contacted the company and they assured me that they would replace it, but I never received anything.
I've been wanting to cancel my membership for a while now, but I'm having difficulty getting a reply from them. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all.
Overall, my experience with Threadbeast has been a total waste of money. I highly recommend that you save your money and go shopping at your favorite store instead. Not only will you save money, but you'll also save yourself a lot of frustration in the long run.
Disappointing Experience: My Honest Threadbeast Review
When I first signed up for Threadbeast, I was hoping for some high-quality, fashionable clothing that would allow me to explore some more trendy and unique styles. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was not quite as positive as I had hoped.
First and foremost, the clothing that I received through Threadbeast was not at all what I was looking for. The pieces were mostly just cheap t-shirts and jeans, and it was obvious that the company was marking up these items at a pretty crazy rate. Of course, this is par for the course with most subscription services these days--but that doesn't make it any less disappointing.
But while the quality of the clothing wasn't great, what really sealed the deal for me was the terrible customer service. When I tried to cancel my subscription after my first shipment, I was given the run-around and ended up getting billed for another round of clothing that I didn't even want. Even worse, this second shipment hadn't even been processed yet when I found out--and yet Threadbeast was unwilling to stop it or refund me the money. It was an incredibly frustrating and ultimately costly experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
Overall, it's safe to say that I wouldn't recommend Threadbeast to anyone. While the idea of having clothing curated for you can be enticing, there are plenty of other subscription services out there that offer better-quality clothing at more affordable prices--and that won't leave you feeling scammed and disappointed.
Discrimination at Threadbeast: My Experience Working for the Clothing Delivery Service
I recently had the opportunity to work at Threadbeast, and while I was impressed with their clothing selection and overall style, I quickly came to realize that some members of the team may hold discriminatory views towards people from certain backgrounds. While race and ethnicity should never come into play in a work environment, sadly, it seems to have been a factor in my experience at the company.
Despite my qualifications and hard work, it became clear that some coworkers were actively searching for a way to remove me from the team simply because of the color of my skin. They went as far as to level accusations of misconduct and blame me for actions I never took, all in an effort to push me out and make way for others who they felt were a better "fit."
Needless to say, I could not recommend Threadbeast after my time spent working there. Though their selection may be tempting, no one should have to experience discrimination in any form while on the job - it is unacceptable, and it has no place in a modern workplace. I refuse to spend a dime at a company that condones such behaviors and would advise others to do the same.
Threadbeast Review: Shrewd Company Tactics and Uncomfortable Pressure to Continue Subscription
Upon using Threadbeast's subscription service, I discovered that the company is quite shrewd, using a subtle way to get their subscribers to buy yet another subscription box just to be able to cancel the subscription. It's not something they mention in their sign-up process, causing some frustration for those wanting to end their subscription.
Additionally, when I decided to revoke usage of my card, I was bombarded with emails from them, aggressively requesting me to add my card information back. I felt cornered and uncomfortable with this approach.
While I did find a way around paying them, I do not necessarily recommend this approach. I ended up providing an old, inactive card right before the next payment to avoid being charged. Still, the company sent me numerous emails well after I had officially canceled my subscription.
Overall, the convenience of Threadbeast's subscription service is weighed down by the negative experience of their aggressive tactics and pushy emails. I suggest looking into other services before committing to this one.
Threadbeast Review: Disappointment and Dishonesty - Avoid at All Costs
My experience with Threadbeast (threadbeast.com) was extremely disappointing and disheartening. I would never recommend this website to anyone, and I will personally never do business with them again. The main issue I encountered with Threadbeast was their dishonesty. Despite their claims that customers can cancel at any time, they actually charged me after I attempted to cancel my subscription. This is an unacceptable business practice, and one that has left me feeling deceived and frustrated.
To add insult to injury, when I contacted Threadbeast customer service to address this issue, the representative I spoke with, "Dominic," was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. He claimed that I should have known what I was signing up for, and essentially told me that it was my fault that I had been charged. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Overall, my experience with Threadbeast was not only disappointing but also very frustrating. Their dishonesty, coupled with their unhelpful customer service, has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this website and to not get caught up in their lies.
Threadbeast Review: Deceptive Practices & Disappointing Experience for Customers
In this day and age, it is unfortunate to see companies that prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Threadbeast is one such business that has caused immense frustration to many of its customers. The lack of transparency and honesty in their operations has led to multiple cancellations and an inability to get refunds or exchanges.
The company claims to offer bonus clothes, but customers have reported that these are nothing but random flea market items. Numerous instances of deception and dishonesty have been reported, with customers being promised one thing and delivered another. Lie after lie has left customers feeling cheated and disappointed.
The inability to exchange the boxes only adds to the woes of the customers. Many have tried contacting the company for assistance, but long hold times and no response have been the norm. Four boxes filled with junk is a common complaint among customers.
It is time for Threadbeast to re-evaluate its business practices and prioritize customer satisfaction. With so many alternate services available, customers are no longer willing to tolerate subpar service. It is advisable to look elsewhere for clothing subscriptions that offer better value for money and an enhanced customer experience.
A Disappointing Experience with Threadbeast Clothing Subscription Service: My Honest Review
As a former subscriber of Threadbeast, I wanted to share my experience with others who may be interested in this clothing subscription service. While I initially enjoyed receiving monthly boxes filled with trendy clothing items, I was disappointed to discover that cancelling my subscription was not as easy as I had hoped.
In fact, I was surprised to find that Threadbeast does not send out reminder emails before charging for upcoming subscription fees. This lack of communication was frustrating and left me feeling trapped in a subscription that I no longer wanted.
When I attempted to cancel my subscription, I found that the process was not straightforward. Their website did not offer clear instructions on how to cancel, which added to the confusion and frustration. Eventually, I had to pay for an additional box that I did not want in order for them to agree to cancel my subscription. In my opinion, this is not a fair way to treat customers.
Despite my negative experience, I will say that the clothing items I received were of good quality and I was generally satisfied with the boxes I received. However, the lack of clear communication and difficult cancellation process have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Moving forward, I will not be ordering from Threadbeast again.
Disappointing Experience with Threadbeast: Inconsistent Sizing and Style Mismatches
When I initially signed up for Threadbeast, I had high hopes for obtaining a refreshed wardrobe with clothes that suited my personal taste and style. The option to fill out a free style profile made me feel reassured that I was going to receive items that aligned with what I wanted. However, after receiving multiple boxes, I noticed that a majority of the items were not the right sizes for me and I received some really short shorts that were not my style at all.
I reached out to the customer service team in hopes of resolving the issues and having a better experience, and while they were very polite and seemed willing to help, the problems continued to persist. It was disappointing to feel like my concerns were not being fully heard or addressed, and that I was still receiving items that didn't work for me.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Threadbeast as a service to continue using for an extended period. While the idea of receiving personalized clothing is intriguing, the inconsistency and frustration I experienced ultimately outweighed the benefits. If you decide to try it out, proceed with caution and be prepared to potentially encounter some size and style mismatches.
Disappointing Experience with Threadbeast: Poor Clothing Selections and No Returns
When I first heard about Threadbeast, I was excited to give it a try. After all, who wouldn't want a box full of clothes handpicked just for them? Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been less than stellar.
First and foremost, the selection of clothing is hit or miss. While I have received a few pieces that I really liked, the majority of the items were not my style at all. It's disappointing to spend money on a subscription service only to find that the majority of the items aren't something you would ever wear.
To add insult to injury, there's no way to return the items you don't like. Once the box is opened, that's it. You're stuck with the clothes whether you like them or not. It's frustrating to feel like you've wasted money on something that you can't even use.
But what really pushed me over the edge was the customer service. When I accidentally resubscribed, I reached out to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I was told that this wasn't possible due to the "no refund policy." The customer service representative claimed that my box was already packed and couldn't be refunded. However, I find it hard to believe that their team of "specialized" individuals managed to pick out the perfect clothes for me within minutes of my order. It seems more likely that they either wanted to avoid giving me a refund or simply tossed in whatever items were available without putting much thought into it.
All in all, I would warn anyone considering Threadbeast to stay far away. There are plenty of other subscription services out there that provide better selection and customer service. Don't waste your time or money on Threadbeast.
Inconsistent Threadbeast Experience: Review of Subscription Box Services and Customer Support
As someone who has been using Threadbeast for over a year, I have experienced both good and bad boxes. Unfortunately, I have received repeat boxes that were identical two months in a row, despite paying $275 for their services. I understand that with their services, I should expect their connections to be on point and provide a personalized experience for me.
Recently, I decided to redeem all my points and received two China market basketballs and 75 bonus items. I was excited about my package, but when I received it, I noticed that the five items I received were three sizes too big, and there were no bonus items included. As a veteran on a fixed income, I was disappointed by this, and decided to send the box back on the first business day, which was last Monday. However, it's been almost a week, and I'm still waiting for a replacement package.
Apart from one helpful staff member named Jashawn, others made me feel like I was in the wrong. This whole experience has made me realize that I can go to TJMaxx and choose my own items instead of relying on Threadbeast.
All in all, while there have been some great experiences with Threadbeast, their lack of consistency and poor customer service has made me question whether it's worth the hassle and money to use their service.
Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Threadbeast Subscription
As someone who is all about finding the best clothing subscriptions and wanting to share my experiences with others, I must say that my experience with Threadbeast left quite a bad taste in my mouth. Upon researching the subscription, I came across a review written by an ex-employee who did not recommend it. However, I decided to give it a try and signed up. Unfortunately, I found myself in agreement with this former employee's assessment.
The most notable issue I had with Threadbeast was the quality of clothing received. It was not up to par, and I found myself disappointed with each package delivered. As someone who is passionate about fashion and takes pride in their wardrobe, this was a major letdown. Additionally, I signed up for the Baller Plan and was ultimately disappointed with what was offered. While they advertised that Jordan's were included, they were not only difficult to receive; if you did get them, they were cheap and lackluster. You can find better deals at discount stores like ROSS.
Speaking of my experience as a subscriber, it left much to be desired. I have never had to deal with such poor customer service from a clothing subscription. I was called day in and day out by desperate employees who were tasked with convincing me to stay with the subscription. I did not enjoy having to argue with people whose job depended on me staying with the service, especially when the service itself was subpar. It created a hostile environment that made it uncomfortable to be a part of.
As for the longevity of employees, it is concerning that, according to the ex-employee, many quit right away. I can understand why this is the case, given my experience as a subscriber. I would not recommend spending your money on this subscription, despite their highly marketed Instagram. The cool pictures on social media do not reflect the poor quality of the clothes received. In conclusion, if you want to spend your money on a clothing subscription that is worth the investment, do not choose Threadbeast.
