Purchased products; awaiting refund
My experience with this company has been horrible. I purchased two hoodies at $212 each from the website around November 2021. One hoodie came but was the wrong size. I immediately emailed the company in hopes that they could just send me the correct size. I was instructed to return the wrong size item and prove tracking; once confirmed, they would process a refund. I mailed the first hoodie back the next day with tracking; within 4-5 days the package was been sent back to me. Post office message said "addresse unknown." After many emails with no response, I then went to Mr. Buckley's FB messenger and reached out. He apologized for the mishap and gave me another address to mail the hoodie back too and once again was told that I would be refunded. Went to the post office again and mailed the wrong merchandise. I tracked the package and it was delivered on 12/7/21. Been trying to get up updates and/or any communication from the company. No response. Never heard anything about the 2nd hoodie but they processed the $424 dollars from my card. So now I'm out of money, no product and can't get a response from the company. It's just ethically and morally wrong. I work hard for my money and feel scammed. It has definitely discouraged me from supporting small businesses. It's about the customer service. I could have worked with the wrong sizes and delays but to be treated as though my dollar or experience doesn't matter is a permanent scar for me.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund processed back to me as he stated he would do.
Clothing purchased and not delivered
I placed an order with this company since May 2021. The trip I planed to wear the shirts to in July 2021 has obviously came and went. I have sent emails -- no response. It is now October 2021. No status on my order. I also sent an emailed to update my mailing address at one point -- no response. I then contacted the company or owner on Instagram and received a reply that he'd check on my order. To no surprise, no further communication and not action. Meanwhile they have my money, and I have no product. This is not a reputable company -- buyer beware. I need my money back ASAP - $193.44. You have lost a customer forever.

Fraud / bad business
I submitted a $200 payment on November 30, 2016. For a $80 T-Shirt and $120 custom hat. I've sent two emails asking the status of my order with no reply. This is the second time my husband and I have had issues with this company. The first time my husband ordered something it took over three months to receive the order. Prior to the most recent order I sent the owner an e-mail explaining that I was interested in another order because my husband likes his work; yet, I was skeptical of submitting a new order because of my past experience. The owner assured me that they had some stocking issues at that time but things had beed straightened out since then and the items that are listed on his website were in stock.
I should've followed my mind and stayed away from these people, I believe I've just lost my $200. This was my husbands surprise birthday gift. Now, I'll have to submit this company to the NY Better Business Bureau. So sad.
