My name is Harneet Kaur. I am from Baltimore Maryland. I emailed customer service that I would like to return my items. The customer service person ‘Rodney Grifka’ emailed me so rude and he/she was so unprofessional, asked me to return package with my own money. Their policy clearly says that you have 45 days to return if you are not satisfied. You will get full refund. But customer service person was taking it so personal and so disrespectful and used bad language in the email. I have saved all emails as a proof to show that how Teamfancaves customer service people reply your email. I am so disappointed that I spent my money with this kind of store. I really want to talk to somebody in the company but I didn’t find the phone number.

A Rogersville, Tn. 37857. They charged against my account $19.97 #13842 and #13844, probilite by 2 different computer operators another $19.97 amount. On 3 2 2018 I only ordered 1 time order for $19.97 not 2 times for $19.97 equlizing ({[]})$39.94. US Bank custumer! Please correct the mistake, thank you?

I have made an order and never received anything. TeamFanCave is nothing but a scam website, these people will take your money and will not ship you a anything!
There is no way to contact them as well, they simply do not reply. I already sent them numerous messages but received no response. I did not get a tracking number so I'm not able to track my order and have no idea where it might be. Do not buy from this website!
