Great products for my kids
I love everything on fabkids from the clothing to accessories, and shoes. I am a frequent buyer and my kids love everything that I have ordered from fabkids. The quality of the clothing and shoes material is always superb. Stitching of the dresses is always perfect. Shoes are very comfortable and trendy. Sizes are always try to fit and sometimes little bit bigger which I always prefer as kids grow really fast and they need bigger size with in few months. I'm a happy customer and will keep buying stuff from fabkids whenever they have good deals.
My Daughter LOVED everything
I absolutely LOVED all of my daughter's items everything fits right to size, shoes and clothes? and by becoming new vip member, no monthly membership just creating the online shopping account I got ALL 5 pairs of shoes for $60 and discounts on the clothes as well by accumulating points?- which I was ecstatic about because my little girl absolutely loved all her clothes and shoes and was so happy saying "Thank you mommy" It's my absolute happiness and joy to see her happy and see her personality that she loves dressing up and looking pretty PLUS
Everything is very cute, and good quality!
I HIGHLY recommend FabKids
Never any issue
I have ordered from this company a few times, and have always been satisfied. As a 'VIP' member, (which happens when you enroll, and make a purchase), you agree to pay a monthly autopay of $29.95, that you can later use towards clothes. You need to go into the site between the first and fifth of every month and 'skip' the month, to avoid having the auto payment deducted. I forgot to do it this month, and made a phone call. Quick and easily they were able to refund a one time payment for me without any issue. The bad part is it will take 5-7 days to come through, but they didn't have any problem helping me out. Now, to remember to go in and skip next month. :)

UNhappy VIP
Didn't have any issues with the ordering process. When I received my package the box was all beat up, worn out, open, and items from my order were missing. The box didn't even look like it was a new. I chatted with a customer service representative and explained the situation to him, I told him what items were missing, i asked him if i needed to contact the courier and he said no that they were going to contact the courier and then somebody from Fab Kids would reach out to me within 24-48 hours. Then a different representatives reached out to me in response to my experience with the customer service representative and she said that I was told to contact the courier which I wasn't told to do. I told her that the customer service reps should be more coordinated and should all be taught to say the same things. I also told her that I don't think it's my responsibility to contact the courier but that I would ho ahead and contact them. So I asked for the courier name, the courier number and what information I needed to obtain from them. I still haven't received a response to those questions so I can contact the courier. I wish they would just send me my missing items already.
Best online store. Definitely NOT a scam
Signed up at the beginning of October and bought a pair of adorable winter shoes for my daughter that were normally $34 for $10! (no shipping) I went with my instinct of what size I thought she would be since she's small for her age, and found i should have gone by their size chart. So I'm in the middle of that exchange with no hiccups so far.
She's been needing some leggings for gymnastics and they had a sale 3 for $20 and when i started adding them to the cart it said 3 for $15 so i was not going to complain. I also got an outfit (lavendar baby doll style lace dress with leggings) and was very impressed with the quality and it fit her rather well. All the leggings are great, a little loose at the knees, i may buy a size down next time to see if i just bought a size too big.
With this order as well i bought a pair of shoes that were on sale for $7 to put my order over $50 for free shipping. The first day she wore them they got scuffed up pretty good (black shoes with star cut outs with stretchy strap over them) she also complained about the strap a lot and when i took them off her they were digging into her skin pretty good. The 2nd time she wore them i tried stretching them out, but it was almost worse then before. I may just cut this off.
When November rolled around I was debating on buying an outfit but decided to skip a few hours before midnight on the 5th... My card never got charged.
Too expensive for items and membership fee especially when I don't buy much
Too expensive for items and membership fee especially when I don't buy much. I have not received my refund for the cancellation of my membership. Can I just get my $39.95 back please. I don't have money to just throw out.
I am frustrated with this thing
I am frustrated with this thing. I think I didn't understand how it worked, so when I didn't buy or skip by the 5th, which I just found out by reading it, I got charged. But the fee is supposed to become a credit called member services, and you should be able to get merchandise worth ***. However, I don't see any credit. Be cautious and read it before you make a commitment. They do have cute stuff.
The product is not good and it is too expensive
The product is not good and it is too expensive. They claim that using member credits is "easy," but it is not. I had to ask customer service to place the order for me to use my credits. It has been a month now and I still haven't received the products. When I contacted them about the tracking number, they said they never received the package. I have bought shoes and dresses from them in the past. The shoes have very hard soles and are not very comfortable. The dresses were poorly made with thin material, and I paid almost $30 for them.
I ordered shoes on the 15th and I still haven't received them
I ordered shoes on the 15th and I still haven't received them. There is no tracking information available on the website regarding the shoes. I also signed up for text alerts about my delivery, but I haven't received any messages yet. This company is not truthful about their shipping times and fails to provide updates on the delivery. I will never spend money here again. This is a small company that needs repeat customers and positive word-of-mouth to grow. Unfortunately, I only have a negative experience to share with my friends and family. When I contacted customer service, they simply stated that they have no control over the delivery once it leaves their shop and is handed over to their couriers. I'm sorry, but that is not a satisfactory answer. They need to improve their customer service and be honest with their customers about their products.
Over priced first of all
Over priced first of all. Second I ordered shoes and legit had a measuring tape showing the size did not matched. I called to ask what metric system or what was used to create the sizes. The woman argued with me when I had the shoes physically measuring them. Finally guessed a size which still didnt match measurements but worked. After this experience as soon as I got the new shoes I tried to live chat to cancel the membership. Live chat would not work. I tried again would not let me send a response beyond the initial issue which I typed cancel membership and sent. I work and have kids I dont have time or patience to be on the phone. So I skipped the month hoping Id get some kind of email about the chat being disconnected to follow up but nothing. Month passes I get charged I try chat again. Still will not let me send a response. So in between giving kids baths cooking cleaning I call with kids yelling over me to try to cancel my membership AGAIN. Finally got someone and got a cancelation and of course no refund when there should clearly be a trail that I tried to cancel multiple times and made no further purchases. Never again. After reading the hassle others have had now with trying to use the store credit doesnt even seem worth it. Shady shady company.
For now, I am giving two stars but it may go up or down with how this process plays out
For now, I am giving two stars but it may go up or down with how this process plays out. I noticed the fine print before making an order that I'd be auto enrolled into a VIP membership with some wording about the future fees. I called customer service on 4/19 to see what it was about. She said all customers are auto enrolled but I could cancel membership before the end of the month for no charge, AND I would get my product (2 kid shoes) by the end of the month. I purchased these items that day and received an email confirmation with a statement that I would get a second email when it was shipped. On Monday (4/27), I called back to say that I had not even received a shipped item email. The customer service person said the current situation was slowing down orders and to wait 2-3 days for an email. Before talking to someone, I cancelled my membership through the automated option. It worked. On Thursday (4/30), the last day of the month and 3 days after my last contact, I was told that my order would be prioritized because I had called back and it had been 10 days since the order was placed. I let the worker know that the purchase was on my bank statement. They did not say how long it would be but that their shipping department is very small right now due to the current situation. I get it, but I am wondering how this is going to end. Shoe arrival in 3 months after my kids have outgrown them? Here's to hoping!
I am extremely frustrated and would strongly advise against using this company
I am extremely frustrated and would strongly advise against using this company. I came across an ad for FabKids on Instagram featuring adorable sandals, which I was looking to buy for my toddler. I browsed through their selection and liked the options and the promotion they were offering (I believe it was 2 pairs for $10, plus shipping). In July 2021, I signed up for their membership to access the promotion and also ordered some additional items.
We received the items promptly, but we were disappointed with the quality. Everything seemed very cheap and generic. The shoes we ordered for my son were of poor quality, and he only uses them to play in the backyard. The girls' sandals were cute but also seemed cheaply made.
I was informed that if I didn't make a purchase between the 1st and 5th of each month, I would be charged $39.95, which would be credited to my account for later use. So, on August 6th, I was charged $39.95 and planned to make a purchase later in the month. I was also given $10 in store rewards.
However, I discovered that the $10 reward can only be used if I add more than $75 worth of items to my cart. This is an important detail that you should be aware of. Additionally, I am currently trying to use my $39.95 credit, but it is not being applied to my order. My cart total is $42 before tax and shipping, and the credit is not showing up. I am currently in a Live Chat with their customer service to resolve this issue. Once they figure out how to apply my credit, I will place the order and then request to cancel my membership and remove my billing information.
If these were brand-name clothes, a $40/month membership might be worth it. However, since they are not, and it is not even easy to use the credit, I feel like I am jumping through hoops. I have included the chat transcript below for reference:
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:10am Hi, ***! Welcome to FabKids. I'm Ave, and I'll be assisting you today. I see that you want to know how to use your $39.95 credit, am I right?
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:11am Correct. I was just told by another agent that I need to bring my shopping total above $39.95, and it would be applied. My cart is around $42, and I am still being charged $48.
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:12am That is surprising. I believe something needs to be checked. Let me open your account first.
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:13am Thank you for looking into this.
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:13am You're very much welcome! May I have the order number, please?
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:14am I haven't placed the order yet. I am not paying $48.42 for a pair of pajamas and leggings when I have a $39.95 credit. Once my credit is applied, I will place the order.
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:16am I will look into this. You should not be charged for this since you have your member credit.
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:16am That's what I figured. Please let me know how to get that credit applied, and I will place the order.
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:18am No worries.
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:20am Should I wait here?
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:23am I apologize for that.
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:25am Should I wait here?
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:25am Right now, I am checking why that amount is showing on your end when it shouldn't be.
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:26am Okay, got it. I'll keep waiting. :)
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:26am Thank you. Upon checking, you will only be charged for the amount of the member credit. We will apply it to your account.
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:28am I don't understand.
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:29am It is very simple to use your member credits. All you have to do is add an item or order total of its value, and the member credit will automatically apply at checkout. This member credit is available for your use when you are ready to make a purchase.
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:30am That is not the case, though. It shows that I am about to place an order for $48.42. The credit is not applying.
Subtotal: $42.90
Import Tax: $2.04
Sales Tax: $3.48
*** (*** business days) Free
Total Payment: $48.42
PLACE ORDER
Once I hit "place order," I will be charged $48.42.
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:32am We will apply the member credit to your purchase.
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:33am I need to speak with a supervisor, please. Once I hit "place order," there is no guarantee that the money will be credited to my bank account. This sounds very unethical.
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:34am I totally understand your request. I will escalate this to our higher department.
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:35am Thank you.
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:35am Please allow me a brief moment to contact them for you.
*** O: Aug 23, 2021, 11:36am Of course. I'll be here.
Ave: Aug 23, 2021, 11:39am Thank you so much!
(For those interested in the outcome, the credit eventually appeared in my cart, bringing the total down to $8.95. However, I encountered issues when trying to pay through PayPal, and I didn't want to add more billing or credit cards to my account. After refreshing the home page a few more times, I was finally able to place the order. I then asked Ave to cancel my membership, which she reluctantly did, and I received a confirmation shortly after. I will update if any further charges are processed.)

My story is a little different love fabkids until I couldn't purchase because the website won't let me change my billing zip! I've tried with multiple customer service to fix this the zip has been changed for 3 years I think I've been patient enough waiting for it to realize it's a valid zip code. It can still charge me for my subscription but I can't make a purchase?!
Makes me wait 6 weeks for a return offers an exchange but the exchange was ONLY NEEDING SIZE they changed size and colors.! And refuses to give me my money back!
I cancelled my mebership. I wasn't a fan of the quality or styles from their selection. I only paid for one credit because i forgot.to skip. I cancelled my membership. It won't even let me use that credit. I feel like I have vasically lost that money since i cant use it at all. I don't even want anything from the site. I just want my money back. The rules and memberships are very misleading and the cancellation process is not as simple as they make it out to be.
Horrible customer service even with the supervisor who spoke to me like I was stupid and was constantly raising her voice and talking over me. I placed an order weeks ago and just got an email today saying my order was cancelled bc the items were out of stock so I called and they said it was because my card declined after they have already taken my money and they said the bank had my money whom Ive already spoken with. I will wait to see if I get my money back.
I had a subscription and they allowed me to skip months, it was very convenient
I had a subscription and they allowed me to skip months, it was very convenient.
Horrible company. Said all pairs of shoes delivered, got one pair out of 4. By the time they decided to fix it, one pair out of stock. Got two of the pairs and one shoe doesn't light up. Waiting for last pair to be delivered then canceling subscription. Sorry I even bothered with this company . *** disgusting.
I placed an order on the 16th of March, and now it's April 3rd. I still haven't received the two pairs of shoes I purchased. But wait, it gets even more frustrating. The tracking information abruptly ceased updating on March 30th according to the website. When I tried to track the package on another site, it indicated that there was no package associated with that tracking number. Additionally, I interacted with the customer service bot on their platform, and it claimed that there was no order linked to my email address. Despite this, I have screenshot evidence that confirms my order exists. I am definitely not going to purchase from this website again.
These people are pathetic! They someone hacked into my contacts and emailed people advertisements as if it was me sending it! My cousin messaged me asking if I sent her an email, with her DAUGHTERS NAME in the subject saying she will love these! The sender said it was me! But obviously when you click it to see the actual email it wasn't my email. HOW INTRUSIVE! Disappointed. I wanted to try out fabletics too but I'm staying far away from these people. Also, the quality is c*** Which is fine if you get it for a good deal because kids run through things so fast but I would never pay the actual price they ask on anything.
Fabkids customer service to access your account is HORRIBLE. Fabkids does not have a problem TAKING your money but cant help you to get into your account. They act like you are dumb when it comes to getting in do you think I dont know to look into my spam/trash if I didnt get it is the account. If I could get into my account I would love to buy some clothes for my kids. Well Fabkids USED to be great but through my research found they are owned by another company so I guess that is why everything is HORRIBLE now.
This place is amazing
This place is amazing. They offer great deals and the merchandise is of really good quality. My children adore the adorable clothes and shoes we purchase from there. I have been ordering from this place for at least 4 years now and have never encountered any issues. If only people would take the time to read the disclaimer stating that they will be charged for the monthly membership unless they choose to skip the month. This is truly a great place.
I ordered 2 pair of boots from this company and had no idea I was being charged $39.95 a month to be in their club. I think I should have been sent out mail explaining the monthly charge! I got it canceled and that all they would do. I paid $39.95 a month for a year! 2 pair of boots! boy were they expensive! I think I would like my money back since they didnt send email or anything they the mail explaining the club membership fee! They are ripping off a lot of people for sure!
I didn't even know I was on a VIP club! I have not ordered in 7 months but I'm paying 39 each month because I'm on your vip club. I can't get a hold of anyone to take my name out of the club!
The worst experience all around! Poor quality products. They trick you into becoming a VIP member with no indication, say you get free shipping but was still charged for shipping and I will NEVER order anything from them again! I have never been so frustrated or angry and I am so beyond put off!
Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield
Thought I was getting a great deal for being a first time customer. Less than two weeks later, I realized my credit card had been charged $39.95 for their VIP club. I recreated a fake purchase to go in and see what the fine print showed, and sure enough, there was something on the SIDE of the checkout box saying that I had to buy something once a month or my credit care would be charged, in exchange for the great deal I got on my first order. I will not be buying from FabKids again. Yes, I could've read the fine print, but never in my life has there been small print next to my PLACE ORDER box telling me that I'm agreeing to be in their VIP club WITH A FEE, without a checkbox telling me I had to agree to those terms. I'm just glad I was watching my credit card, or this charging my card crap might've gone on for months unbeknownst to me. STAY AWAY!
Upon reading lots of other reviews, I'm not the only person with a complaint about the charges they make on people's credit cards without their consent. They must be making a lot of money doing this, otherwise WHY would they deal with all the angry people asking for the charges to be reversed? If they weren't deceitfully making money this way, they would make it VERY CLEAR to people that they are agreeing to join their VIP club just by making a purchase!
Update: Customer service was quick to issue a refund and hopefully cancel my membership (unless "refund my money, I never would've signed up for this if I'd realized that's what I was doing" didn't clearly indicate that I no longer (and never did) want to be a VIP member. As of now, I will say their customer service is good, but I did suggest that they revamp their website to make it clear to people what they are signing up for!
Terrible Experience with FabKids: Delayed Order, Unhelpful Customer Service, and No Accountability
Listen up, folks! I gotta tell you about my experience with FabKids. Let me tell you, it was not a good one. I ordered shoes for my kids weeks before school started, but when the shoes didn't arrive on time, I reached out to customer service for help. And let me tell you, they were no help at all.
First of all, my order was delayed not once, but twice. And when I finally got in touch with customer service, they told me to wait 72 hours for the carrier to find my package. But guess what? The carrier said they delivered it to someone who doesn't even live at my address. And FabKids won't even hold the carrier accountable for their mistake.
So now, my kids are starting school in just two days and they don't have shoes. And all FabKids can tell me is to wait and be patient. They won't even offer to reship my order or give me a refund. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
And don't even get me started on their customer service. The supervisors are rude and all they do is repeat the same scripted lines over and over again. They don't actually help you solve your problem.
So, my advice to you is to stay far away from FabKids. They don't care about their customers and they won't help you when you really need it. Save yourself the stress and hassle and find a different company to order from.
FabKids Review: Cute Clothes, VIP Membership, and Great Deals
I gotta say, I was a bit skeptical about FabKids after reading some of the reviews online. But after giving it a shot, I have to say I'm pretty impressed. Yes, there is a VIP membership that you are automatically signed up for when you make a purchase. And yes, it does cost $29.95 a month. But you do get an outfit credit in return, so it's not like you're just throwing money away. Plus, you can skip any month you want, as long as you do it between the first and fifth of the month.
Now, I will admit that $29.95 is a bit steep for a children's outfit. But if you're smart about it, you can get some really great deals on this site. For example, they have a "sale" section where you can find clothing from previous months at 75% off. I recently purchased nine outfits for just over $100, which works out to be around $12.50 per outfit. That's a steal! And the quality of the clothes is really impressive. I've shopped at Target and Children's Place before, and I would say that FabKids clothes are even better quality than those stores.
I think a lot of the negative reviews come from people who didn't really pay attention when they were making their purchase. The site is very clear about what the VIP membership entails, and it's not like they're trying to hide anything. If you're going to shop online, you need to be smart about it and read the details before you give out your credit card information.
Overall, I would definitely recommend FabKids to anyone looking for cute, high-quality clothes for their kids. Yes, there is a VIP membership that you need to be aware of, but if you're smart about it, you can get some really great deals. Don't let the negative reviews scare you off - give it a shot and see for yourself!
FabKids Review: Easy Shopping, Limited Selection, and Frustrating VIP Membership Scam
I gotta say, buying stuff from FabKids was pretty easy. The products were pretty good and not too expensive, but I gotta say, their selection was kinda limited. But here's the thing that really grinds my gears - they try to rope you into this "VIP Membership" thing that costs $29.95 a month. Supposedly you get special emails and promos, but the only way to avoid getting charged is to contact them ahead of time. It's like that old Columbia Music Club where they'd send you albums unless you told them not to. For three months in a row, they charged my card even though I canceled my membership. But here's the kicker - my daughter also had an account and used my card to buy something for my granddaughter, so her account was linked to mine. I called them up 10 days ago and they said they'd cancel both accounts and refund the charge for this month. But when I called again today, they said the accounts were closed but the refund hadn't been processed yet, so I gotta wait another 5-7 days. And get this - when I messaged their customer service, they didn't even read my messages! They just kept telling me to call them to cancel and get my money back, even though I already did that. It's so frustrating! I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with FabKids: Late Delivery, Return Issues, and Membership Hassles
So, I made a purchase from FabKids and was pretty excited to receive my order. However, when it finally arrived a week and a half late, I was disappointed to find that some of the pants were too big. I decided to request a return and packaged them up to send back. A month later, I logged in to check on the status of my return and was surprised to find that it was on hold. This really annoyed me because I needed to cancel my membership for a bit due to the recent $10 price hike and the fact that Christmas is coming up and money is tight. I was hoping to cancel once I had completed the return, but it seemed like I needed an active membership to do so.
I decided to call customer service to see what was going on and to express my frustration. I asked why my return was on hold and the employee put me on hold to check. When she came back, she said that she had released the hold and that the pants were on their way. I was annoyed that she didn't offer to refund my membership fee since I wasn't expecting the return process to take so long. I asked her to cancel my subscription from that point forward.
The employee then told me that I could skip the month if I wanted to keep my membership. I thought this was a bit ridiculous because it's hard to remember to do so within the 5-day window each month. I feel like they do this on purpose so that people will be forced to buy things to use up the money that was taken because they didn't skip on time. She then offered me a 50% discount on my next order if I didn't cancel my membership. I had already accumulated $50 in my account, so I decided to keep it for now.
Overall, the whole process was pretty annoying and ended up costing me more money than I had expected to spend. To top it off, it's been some time since that conversation and I still haven't received the smaller pants. I'm going to give it a few more days to see if they show up before I call customer service again.
FabKids Complaints 24
Customer Service is terrible
I unsubscribed previously due to a bad customer service experience and I find myself thinking of doing the same again.
I saw a great deal and wanted to place an order for some clothes for my niece and nephew for Christmas gifts. I wanted to make sure that the clothes arrived prior to Christmas day so I paid the $14.99 to expedite the shipping. When the order arrived, I was disappointed because I ordered a 4 pack of girl's leggings that were supposed to be each a different color and they arrived as 4 pairs of the same color of leggings. These did not go with the dresses and tops that I had picked so I reached out to customer service to tell them the issue. They told me that they could exchange the 3 pairs that were the wrong color. I told them that this was a Christmas gift and that I needed them to arrive before Christmas and now I am worried that they will not make it. The representative assured me that the leggings would arrive before Christmas and not to worry.
A few days go by and I see that I have an email for the legging exchange that says that they are going to ship out, but the estimated arrival date is after Christmas. I reach out to customer service again. I explain to the representative the whole situation and I express that I am upset that this is a gift, I need it before Christmas and that the first time I ordered, I paid the extra $14.99 to ensure I would have the order and I received the incorrect items. She kept saying she understood and she was sorry, but the leggings will arrive on the 26th. She said that the shipping is 3rd party so she cannot refund the money I spent to expedite the wrong order and that she could not do anything to get the correct leggings sent to me in time to give as a gift on Christmas. In the end, she got permission from her supervisor to refund the original $14.99 that I paid for the express shipping and then followed it up with saying, but I am not going to be able to expedite the exchange order anymore so they will arrive January 2nd. At this point, it doesn't really matter because I am giving a gift that is missing half the clothing anyway on Christmas, but that last bit was like pouring salt in an open wound.
IF you go on the site and everything you'd like to purchase is in stock and actually gets sent out correctly, then the site and clothing could have a good rating. That did not happen for me and reaching out to customer service actually gave me a more frustrated feeling in the end. It wasn't about getting my $14.99 in shipping costs back, the issue was that I wanted to give 4 complete outfits as Christmas gifts and I couldn't.
I have been a customer of an online shopping service that is affiliated with several brands for several years
I have been a customer of an online shopping service that is affiliated with several brands for several years. This service requires a monthly membership credit fee in exchange for retail discounts and early access to their website. Recently, I filed a complaint against the parent company. Although I mentioned the complaint I am currently filing, this is a separate issue that does not involve all three of the company's policies directly. The last time I visited the FabKids website was on October 5th, when I decided to skip the month to avoid the membership fee. Today, on November 28th, I wanted to check out the cyber Monday deals, but I couldn't access my account. I always save my login and password in my iOS keychain, and I haven't changed them or canceled my membership. However, the website couldn't find my account and didn't recognize my email. Considering the other problems I have faced with this company this year, I decided to take immediate action. In my complaint against the parent company, I mentioned that my FabKids account was closed without notice and that two membership credits were taken as recently as August. Upon further review, I realized that was incorrect. My FabKids account actually had a total of at least four credits, each worth $29.95. It might have been six, but I can't confirm without looking deeper into my previous purchase history. The last time I was charged was on June 30th, 2022. My emails up until August stated that I had $159.80, while emails from ComplaintsBoard.com showed $119.80. In September, I ordered a new debit card and unfortunately lost access to my bank account. I have attached pictures that show the details of each charge to my bank account for the past 15 months, the last purchase I made from the company on December 21st, the error message I receive when I try to gain access, and screenshots from my email that illustrate fluctuations in my credit availability (without spending any money) and when charges were made to my bank account. Please note that the email states that credits NEVER expire.
I have been a customer of a group of affiliated brands for several years. It is an online shopping service that takes a monthly membership credit fee for use at their website in return for retail discounts and early-access. I recently filed a complaint against its parent company. I talked a little about the complaint I'm filing now, but this is a different matter that doesn't directly involve all three company policies. The website could not locate my account and did not recognize my email. In light of the other problems I've encountered with this company this year, I decided to take action immediately. In my complaint against the parent company, I stated that my FabKids account was closed with no notice and two membership credits available, taken as recently as August. I placed an order with this company in October 2020 and received it without any problems
I placed an order with this company in October 2020 and received it without any problems. However, in November, I noticed a charge of $39.99 on my credit card that I was not aware of. I contacted the company and they informed me that I had signed up for a membership, which I did not remember doing. Since I was planning to place another order in November, I decided not to request a refund and instead used the $39.99 towards my second order, which I placed on November 16th. The total amount of my order was $39.99, plus an additional $8 charged to the same credit card. They shipped my order on November 17th. Since then, I have tried to contact them 11 times regarding my order. I first reached out to them through their chat, then through *** messenger, and then again on Facebook. On Tuesday, December 8th, I contacted them again on Facebook. They promised me that if I did not receive my order by Friday, December 11th, they would send me a replacement order with expedited shipping. I reached out to them on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, but did not receive a reply. I then called their phone number and waited on hold for 19 minutes, even though they had said the hold time would be 3 minutes, before they disconnected my call. For my 10th attempt to contact them, I called again and spoke to a representative and their supervisor for 46 minutes before they hung up on me. It seemed like they came back on the line after putting me on hold, but they did not take their mute button off and ended up disconnecting the call. During this call, they finally agreed to refund me because all the items were out of stock. However, they said they would only credit $8 back to my credit card and give me a store credit of $39.99. I told them that I wanted all the money credited back to my card, and that's when they put me on hold and then disconnected the call. Immediately after they hung up, I contacted them again using the live chat feature. I spoke to a person named *** who said that the representative and supervisor I had spoken to had indeed refunded all my money back to my card. I specifically asked *** if they had credited the $39.99 back to my card, and he confirmed that they had. However, after our chat ended, I checked my email and saw that I had received an $8 refund and a $39.99 store credit. When I logged into my fab kids account, I saw the same information. After being lied to multiple times and treated poorly, I want a full refund and do not wish to do business with them ever again.

Disappointed with Fabkids: Expired Points, Wrong Order, and Poor Customer Service
I used to be a fan of Fabkids, but my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed. Last month, I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughters and noticed that I had enough points to redeem for two pairs of leggings. I was thrilled that I could get both of my girls something without spending any extra money. However, when I went to check out, the order didn't show the leggings. It wasn't a huge deal, so I decided to order them next month instead.
Fast forward to today, and I go to redeem my points only to find out that over 5,000 of them had expired! I was never given any notice that my points were going to expire, so I was understandably frustrated. When I spoke to a representative, they offered to give me 1,000 points, but that didn't make up for the hundreds of dollars I had spent on their website. I was even considered a "gold member," but that didn't seem to matter.
To make matters worse, one of the pairs of shoes I received was the wrong ones. When I contacted customer service to exchange them, I was told that I had to spend $29 to do so, even though the shoes were only $16.99. It felt like a scam, and I was fed up with their "computer glitches" and poor customer service.
Overall, I would not recommend Fabkids. It was always a hassle to remember to skip the month if I didn't want to order anything, and it felt like they were preying on people who forgot to do so by charging them $29. It's not worth the headache.
FabKids: False Advertising, Poor Quality, and Terrible Customer Service
So, I got this email a few months back about an offer for 2 pairs of shoes for only $9.95. I was so excited to get my hands on them, but when I went to the cart, the price was way higher than what was advertised. I was confused and contacted them via chat and phone, but they kept telling me that I read the email wrong. They said that the offer was 2 pairs of shoes from $9.95, not for $9.95. I was so frustrated because I knew what I had read, and I had all the emails to prove it. But they still wouldn't budge.
It was only after I complained on social media that they finally honored the email. I received the shoes, but they were poorly made and didn't fit my daughter. So, I sent them back at the end of August. I got an email from them on September 26th saying that they had received my return and that my refund would be processed in 2-5 business days. But that never happened.
Today, I contacted them to get an update on my refund, and they told me that the system doesn't process returns. I was so confused because they had sent me an email saying that they had received my return and that my refund would be processed. When I asked why I had to contact them about not getting my refund, they told me that there was a system glitch. But that was a total contradiction because they had just told me that the system doesn't generate refunds.
I asked for an address to the corporate office, but they gave me two email addresses that don't work. Now, they're telling me that my complaint may not be answered. I'm so frustrated with this whole experience. The shoes were poorly made, and the customer service is terrible. I would not recommend FabKids to anyone.
Terrible Experience with FabKids: Pushy Customer Service, Wrong Charges, and Useless Clothes
I had a really bad experience with FabKids. I wanted to cancel my subscription for many reasons, but the main one was that when I signed up, it asked for my child's shoe size and I chose 6, but their sizes only go up to 5. This made the clothes they sent me worthless because my kids wear uniforms. When I called customer service to cancel, they tried to keep me by saying I could use the clothes as gifts, but for $30, I could buy 2 or 3 dresses from Old Navy.
The representative on the phone was really pushy and talked over me for 5 minutes, trying to convince me to keep the service. Cancelling with them was like trying to cancel with AOL in the 90s. It was the worst experience ever.
To make matters worse, they charged the wrong card. I bought my first order with a Discover card, but then realized that I wanted to use my Visa for monthly billing, like I do with Netflix and Hulu. However, they still charged my Discover card. I changed it again the next month, but they charged the Discover card again. They tried to tell me that my credit card had given them updated information, but that was not true. Visa did not give Discover's number to bill me.
Someone higher up called me and said that it was something she had seen before. If something is not in the cart when you switch the billing card number, then it won't change. She saw the other card in the system, which means that the only way they would have it is if I had purchased with it, which I hadn't, or if I switched the billing card.
They refused to refund the card that I did not authorize to be charged because of their system error, not mine. I honestly think that is unfair, but I guess they have to keep their job. Overall, I would not recommend FabKids to anyone.
FabKids VIP Membership Scam: Beware of Hidden Fees and Confusing Terms
So, I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with FabKids. I'm a member of Fabletics, and I got an email from FabKids offering me a discount. I thought it was just a perk for being a VIP member of Fabletics, so I went ahead and bought an outfit. But then, on the 8th of the month, I got charged $29.95 on my credit card. I never got an email to choose my Picks or skip the month like I do with Fabletics, so I was pretty confused.
I went back to the FabKids website and found the terms of service in tiny print. Apparently, if you buy anything from them, you automatically agree to their VIP membership terms. What a joke! I felt like I got scammed. They got their $30 from me, and I didn't even know I was signing up for a membership.
When I called their customer service to cancel, the guy on the phone tried to convince me to stay a member with discounts and credits. Luckily, I read a comment on here that someone agreed to these and continued to get charged even when they skipped their month. Not cool, FabKids.
I have to say, Fabletics is much clearer about their terms. It's very clear that I'll be charged $49.95 if I don't skip the month. With FabKids, I had no idea there was a membership or fees at all. It seems like they're making all their money off of scamming people who don't know any better.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend FabKids. Stick with Fabletics if you want a clear and honest membership program.
FabKids.com Review: Great Clothes, Confusing Sizing & Disappointing Customer Service
I recently made a purchase on FabKids.com for a sweatshirt and pant combo for my daughter. I thought I had selected the correct size, a 2T, but I didn't realize that I had to select the size for both the shirt and pants separately. This was a bit confusing for me, as most other companies have you select the size once since items come in a set.
After I placed my order, I received my receipt and noticed that the top was a size 2T and the bottom was a size 4. I immediately contacted the company via Facebook, as they claim that with that option they respond immediately. However, I did not receive a response for another 60 minutes. By that time, my order had not been processed yet, and I was hoping that they could just change my order before it went through. Unfortunately, they said that they could not do that, which was a bit disappointing.
I understand that I ordered the wrong size, but I figured that since I contacted the company as soon as the order was placed, they would be able to change it before it was officially processed. Other companies are usually able to do that before the order is processed. The options I was given to fix my problem were to buy another pant set for $12.85 or exchange the pants once I received them and pay for shipping, etc.
The problem with the first option was that I had used credits, and I did not want to have to pay $12.85, where my first charge was just with credits. So basically, the company would be charging me more money, no matter what route I took. I was a little disappointed by this, as I thought they would be more accommodating.
Now my daughter has size 4 pants, and it'll take years for her to finally wear them. Overall, I think FabKids.com has some great clothing options for kids, but their sizing process could be a bit more user-friendly. Additionally, their customer service could be more accommodating when it comes to fixing order mistakes.
Frustrating Experience with FabKids.com: A Review of Customer Service
I recently made a purchase on FabKids.com and unfortunately, I had a bit of a frustrating experience. I ordered six items, but only received two. I waited a few days, hoping that the rest of my items would arrive, but they didn't. I decided to contact the company and was told that they would get back to me within 24 hours. However, I didn't receive a response, so I contacted them again. This time, I was informed that two of my items were on backorder. While I wasn't too happy about this, I understood that these things can happen.
At this point, I wanted to cancel my membership, but was told that I needed to keep it until I purchased the two items that were on backorder. I was given a credit for these items, but I refused to use it. Eventually, I was told that I could cancel my membership and still use my credit, as long as I contacted the company before making my purchase. However, before I could confirm this, I received a message stating that I wasn't responding to the chat (even though I had sent a message that didn't go through) and the chat was closed.
Feeling beyond frustrated, I contacted the company for a third time. While I understand that things can go wrong, having to contact a company three times is too much. Finally, I was able to confirm my cancellation and that two items had been ordered, while the other two could be purchased with my credit. However, just when I thought everything was sorted out, I received an email from the company stating that they were sad to see me go and wanted to make sure that my membership was actually cancelled. Of course it was!
Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service I received from FabKids.com. While I appreciate that they eventually sorted out my order, the process was unnecessarily frustrating. I won't be shopping with them again in the future.
Deceptive VIP Membership: FabKids Review
So, we got this email from FabKids and decided to order some outfits for our granddaughters. The transaction went okay, but they were a little slow on shipping. However, the items arrived correctly and the kids loved them. The problem is that we were automatically signed up for their "VIP" program without realizing it. At the end of the month, we noticed that $29.95 was missing from our account. We saw that it was FabKids on the bank statement, so we logged into their website to see what was going on. We found out that we had enrolled in this program somehow.
We called them to get a refund, but the person who answered at first said that they couldn't refund our money. We asked to speak to a supervisor and were transferred to someone fairly quickly, probably within a minute. The supervisor tried to read from a script and initially tried to say that we had knowingly signed up for it. We stopped her and told her that their process was deceptive and that the ONLY thing we wanted was a refund and our account cancelled. She went back to her script, and we had to tell her this three times before she finally agreed. You have to be a little stern with them, but she did refund our money.
As I titled this, the way they do this has to be illegal or at the least unethical on some level. The clothing was liked by the kids (we are out of state so we haven't actually seen the items), but this whole membership thing is very shady. We agree with others on staying away just because of their shady business practices.
FabKids Review: Multiple Delays, Wrong Order, and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I've used FabKids before and never had any problems. But this time, boy oh boy, it was a mess. I had to call them up multiple times just to figure out where my order was. And every time I called, they gave me a different delivery date. I mean, come on, can't they get their act together?
To make matters worse, my original delivery date got pushed back not once, not twice, but THREE times. And when I finally got my order, it was all wrong. One of the shirts I ordered was missing, and they sent me the same shirt twice. I was so mad that I tried to contact them right away, but I couldn't get through on chat or phone. So I gave up and tried again the next day.
But guess what? The chat feature was still messed up and kept ending the conversation. And when I finally got through on the phone, the person I spoke to put me on hold and then hung up on me. Can you believe it? I had to call back and wait in a queue with 28 other people ahead of me.
Finally, I got through to someone who told me that the shirt I wanted was out of stock. So I asked if I could at least send back the extra shirt and get a store credit. And you know what? They agreed, but I have to wait until they get the shirt back before I can get the credit.
Honestly, it's just the principle of the thing. They messed up my order and didn't offer me anything. I had to ask for a credit. But I will say this: the clothes I did get are really cute. I just wish I had gotten my whole order.
FabKids Shipping Fail: Shoes Sent to Old Address, Customer Service Unhelpful
I gotta say, I've had a few problems with FabKids in the past, but this last time really took the cake for me. So, I moved over the summer and my profile still had my old address. No biggie, right? I just went in and changed it after I picked out my kids' shoes. But then, I got an update from the Route app (which is attached to my email) and it showed that the shoes were being shipped to my old address. What the heck? I went back into the FabKids app and saw that it hadn't actually changed my address, and had switched back to the old one when I checked out. I didn't notice this until the day the shoes were supposed to be delivered. Talk about a panic attack!
So, I called up FabKids customer service and they told me that the shoes had already been delivered to my old address. Great. And get this - they couldn't do anything for 24-48 business days. Are you kidding me? This was a week before Christmas and my kids really needed those shoes. I was not happy. The customer service rep tried to be sympathetic, but I've worked in customer service before and I know when someone is just trying to deescalate the situation. They told me I had to wait and see if the package was returned, lost, or stolen. Um, hello? Obviously, I'm not at that address anymore.
Long story short, it was a huge pain in the rear to get my shoes shipped to my new address. I will say that they did honor the 2-3 business day shipping and got my shoes to me on time, but the whole process was a nightmare. I'm not gonna lie, I might sound like a Karen, but this isn't the first time I've had issues with FabKids. I ended up canceling my membership and I won't be ordering from them again. It's a shame because my kids really like their shoes and they're pretty cheap, but sometimes crap happens, I guess.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with FabKids.com
I recently made an order on FabKids.com for my kids. I ordered two pairs of shoes and two outfits in November. When we received the order, one of the pairs of shoes that I ordered in size 4 came in size 1. I tried to start a return online, but since they were on special, I had to call customer service. I spoke with a customer service representative for 45 minutes to exchange the items we didn't want and get the right sizes for the ones we wanted to keep. The agent kept placing me on hold and asking me about the condition of the clothes, even though I told her multiple times that they were only tried on and still had tags. It was frustrating to repeat myself over and over again.
After finally straightening out the details, I gave the agent the style and size of the items I needed replaced. She assured me that she placed the order correctly, but when I checked my account, I saw that she ordered all of the wrong items and in the wrong sizes too! I was so disappointed and frustrated. I called customer service again the next day and went over the previous conversation I had with the first agent. The second agent attempted to fix what the first agent messed up, and she got almost everything right except for one pair of shoes. I didn't want to deal with customer service again, so we just kept the shoes since they were at least the right size.
Overall, my experience with FabKids.com was not great. The customer service was frustrating, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I canceled my subscription right away and will not be buying from here again. It's a shame because the clothes and shoes are cute, but the hassle is not worth it.
Money being taken out of my account when i didnt order anything
$68.95 was taken out of my account on feb 8th when i havent ordered anything in about 6-8 months. Just wondering why you guys feel its ok to just take money when its not your to be taken?! I would like to get a full refund and for this to not happen again! I needed that $70 and im not impressed with this situation at all. As i have referred alot of people to this site, i hope you dont do this to everyone!
Desired outcome: Please refund, and email me back with a response thank you [protected]@hotmail.com
Fabkids
I went to.place my.order tonight for two pairs of sneakers for my daughter. I went to use my debit card with cashapp because thats where i get my money deposited each weel from work. I enter all of my info, enter my card info, hit order and it pops up that they wont take prepaid cards and to enter another form of payment... craziest part is, THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT THE MONEY FOR MY ORDER ANYWAY!
Desired outcome: I would just like to get my order or my money back.
No refund for a cancelled order
I placed a order back on august 17th. I called and cancelled it that same day. I was told it would take up to 5-7 buisness days to received my refund. Its now sep 8th and i still haven't received it. I have called multiple times and keep getting different answers. I have spoke with paypal and they told me the reason I haven't received it back is because your company has not gone into your paypal account and canceled it. I am tired on being given the run around. I just want my refund. Today I was told through the chat that i need to check with my "bank account" and was given zero help from a girl named Abigail. I dont understand why you guys can put a hold on my money but cant take it off in paypal? order # [protected]
Desired outcome: Refund
Cancelled Membership and still charged.
I cancelled my membership a long time ago and just found out they have charged me 20 other times. This was on a credit card we put away but they stated i changed it in oct 2019. I couldnt have because this is my ex husbands card and we were not in same household and this was my account for daughter. I called several times and they acted as tho they couldnt hear me So i contacted then through the website. The woman cancelled my account but would not refund the 599$ and then proceeded to tell me to look up the rules on the website. I tried to order something to just see what would happen and the 599$ is gone but not refunded. The woman then quit the conversation so i couldnt get any answers.
thieves
They will never stop stealing the money from your pocket, that's their feature. Once you bought something, be prepared to pay more and more every month for nothing. You automatically get their membership even if you didn't want it. And it's impossible to know about the charges unless you check your bank account.
The only way to get rid of them is to apply to your bank.
Buyers, beware.
Membership scam
When I placed my order and paid for it I was automatically signed up for a membership. I never agreed to that and they took the monthly payment without my permission. When I noticed that $30 disappeared from my card I immediately contacted my bank and was told who was responsible for that. Then I called FabKids and demanded my money back. They agreed to cancel my membership but said that they will not give me a refund! Total scam! Beware!
Monthly charges
Recently I received a call from my bank and was told that someone charged my credit card. I made a research and realized that it was FabKids who took my money. It was actually strange because I haven't ordered anything from them for months. My credit card company informed me of the reoccurring charges so I immediately called both Fabkids and demanded a refund. I had no idea that I was automatically signed up for a VIP membership. I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. But they does not seem to care about it at all. I received no response yet. It is actually illegal!
