Pretty satisfied
The only downside was the shipping times and tracking, which didn't provide much info on when my order would arrive or where it was in transit. But apart from that, everything else was spot on. This was my first time buying vape stuff online, and I gotta say, it was smooth sailing from finding the product to checking out. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the whole experience.

"I've been a loyal customer of eightvape for quite a few years now, and I won't sugarcoat it, there have been a few bumps in the road. I've had instances where my packages took longer than expected to arrive, and some even got lost in transit (mostly due to items being out of stock). However, they always made things right by refunding my money, which I appreciate. Despite these hiccups, I stick with eightvape for a few reasons. Firstly, their prices are unbeatably low, especially for disposables and vape juice. Secondly, I've found their customer service to be pretty reliable. Whenever I've had an issue, I've reached out to them through the ""Contact Us"" option at the bottom of their website. It's not the most convenient method, but it gets the job done, and they've always helped me out. And lastly, their product selection is extensive, catering to almost all of my vaping needs. Here's to hoping that eightvape becomes my go-to online vape shop in 2024."
Authentic taste
Totally hooked from the start! These vaping goodies are top-notch. Every flavor hits the spot with its authentic taste, no fake stuff in sight. Smooth and bold, they're like nothing else I've tried, and the draw is just perfect. With a solid 15ml of e-liquid in each, you know you're in for a good time. And let's not forget the USB-C rechargeable battery - talk about convenience! I can't recommend these enough!
Woest customer service
I placed over 40 order with eightvape so we the last 4 years. Last order I purchased 113 worth of buy one get one free vape kits. Never got any of the free kits as advertised. Customer service doesn’t care and isn’t willing to either send missing items even so i offers to pay for the shipping or let me return the order. They just keep referring to the fine print that seems to cover not sending orders as advertised and denying any order to be returned. Worst customer service I ever experienced form any company

I have been a customer for a while. I had an issue with a previous order but the problem was rectified so I figured I would order again. I spent almost 52.00 for 3 boxes of coils with shipping. I received the coils but they were not what I ordered.I sent in a ticket and pictures as asked. I went back and forth with the so-called customer service department explaining clearly that what I received was not what I ordered. Their response was that the manufacturer changed the packaging but they were the same. Ok, but the coils inside the "changed packaging" were also different so obviously the coils were wrong. I sent another email saying that I would send pictures of what I should have received (ordered from them, mind you) and what actually came; clearly there is a difference! So I asked for a refund or an exchange and got a final email that said basically "sorry no refunds or exchanges on coils" and that my ticket was "closed". I did not do my research on this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THIS COMPANY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!

If u don't put ur address information right let's say ur zip is off from ur card is not right with the shipping it will double charge you otherwise shipping is ducking weird way too many companies for shipping. C.s. is not bad will respond back if ur not a hole. Not bad but does need a little tlc is c.s and updating orders info.

ZERO STARS! This company is a joke! I placed an order November 21st, it is now December 3rd and I still do not have a tracking number! I have sent several emails with no response from the company. They were really quick though to take the money out of my debit card! Them not having a phone number should have been my first red flag! Do not order from them!

I ordered items on November 6th. I paid for route tracking and that requires a signature. I waited seven days before reaching out as there was no update on my order. I emailed and they said to give it a few extra days and then miraculously my order was updated to say delivered Vape said it was delivered. We have multiple cameras, and nothing was delivered. I reached out to EightVape and the delivery company with no resolution. The tracking company told me they would refund the charge for their service, but that was it. $3 on a $118 order. It is now November 25 and I still have nothing. Terrible customer service. How can something that requires signature be delivered? No one signed for it and they cannot provide me with proof of signature. I guess the way they do business is the customer is just out their money for their crappy customer service
Ordered a few times from them a year or 2 ago and all was fine. Whatever they have done with who/how they ship with is a DISASTER. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still nothing from them regarding a tracking number, even the 3rd party shipper they are using texted me to tell me that eightvape did not even give them a package to deliver. I was forced to email them and they assured me the package was shipped. I finally did a chargeback on my debit card (and got my money back) and ordered elsewhere, that order already has a tracking number and is on it's way.. I'd stay way from this company, sad to say.
I didn't think this place would be cool after reading the reviews, but by the time I did I had already ordered from them and was actually pleasantly surprised. I got my vape and juice in 5 days after I ordered them. They work and were very affordable. I'm dead serious on my dead homies, I'm very very satisfied and I'll definitely be back. I don't know what was different from me and other orders but they came through for me.

I have been using EightVape regularly for a couple of years now. I place an order quarterly to save on Vape Shop retail prices (Vape juices are half the price). The prices are fantastic and the selection is massive. My orders have always taken around 10-14 business days as advertised, but as of the last few it has taken up to 3 plus weeks. Unfortunately, rules and regulations have shifted in 2021 so that major shipping carriers cannot deliver vaping products. This makes things tricky for companies like this. They have to resort to third party independent carriers, so the longer shipping times are to be expected. Communication has declined somewhat over the last 6 months, but they do eventually respond via email (no phone). I see lots of hateful reviews that need to be taken with a grain of salt. This is not Amazon, people. Please exercise a modicum of patience in this instant gratification driven world we live in. This company is doing they best they can with government regulations attempting to slow them down at every turn. At the end of the day EightVape always comes through. And for that, I thank you.
Good place to buy vape items. They had issues when USPS was banned from delivering nicotine products and had to find private delivery options and it took some time to fix this. This is the timeframe where most bad reviews come into play. I was mad at the time but all of the orders I have placed after they worked out the new logistics process have been quick and easy. I am writing this positive review because they are a legit business and it's not their fault legislation passed to prevent their deliveries and they probably worked pretty hard to find a solution to USPS! I have had issues with cancellation and all that too but I understand the logistics so I still believe they are a five star company.

Low cost, had what I was looking for 8/10Xs. But this new shipping method has completely lost all my business. I was paying around 8 for shipping before the new bill, and now its 16.99 bc it requires a signature (I was fine with the new charge bc of the low cost of juice I purchase), but they cant even give you an estimated delivery day with that shipping cost nor any updates along the way(and you have to sign for it). Its been over a week since I made my purchase, and it left the store in transit to me 5 days ago. Still havent heard anything else. Even the tracking number website doesnt work. Never even heard of the shipping company either. I had placed an order through 8V and the shipping process was a joke. It was "out for delivery" after 10 days of being delayed. I am home-bound and it did not show up. Then after it was "out for delivery" it was shipped all of the way to Florida (I'm in California.) I filed a claim with Route insurance and asked for a refund but they sent it out to try delivering it again. This time it's been "out for delivery" again and then shipped to Arizona and is now "delayed" in my city for over a week. Never in my whole life have I dealt with a carrier like this new one 8V is using. I just filed another claim with Route but my hopes are not high. All in all I've been waiting for over a month to get my order. A month. A MONTH. 8V just routes me to the carrier, which has proven to be worthless as they just copy/paste default replies. This is a shame as 8V was my go-to spot for all of my vaping needs. I wish I would have read all of these reviews before having to go through it myself. I'm just going to chalk it up as a loss since 8V, route and the new shipping company have very little interconnectivity when customers have issues. It's just more passing the buck back and forth. About 3 days after I ordered, I emailed them once a day for an update (only did this because they never answered). So on the 5th day (really day 8 of the entire process) they answered me and told me there was a shipping error. I said okay thats fine because these things happen. Mind you, this item I bought was for a gift and I ordered it with some time cushion in case it would be late. And so I asked if they could expedite the reshipment and send me a tracking number. They told me it would take me another 7 days to get that tracking number. Are you kidding? So I proceeded to ask them if theres any way to expedite this being that its a gift. They tell me We can only reship or issue the refund. I mean what kind of customer service is that? You guys make a mistake and Im supposed to take the hit for it and its no big deal to you? I dont know any other company that conducts business this way. Basically saying not my problem after they made the mistake and took more than a week to even tell me about it. I took up the eightvape prime which you pay US $9.99 per month and receive some minor benefits. When I tried to cancel it 3 months ago, you have to generate a ticket, explain your situation and customer services sort your problem out.
They continued to charge me monthly and never got back to me. I raised a ticket each month requesting to cancel this service with no feedback and still they debit the money from my account and still they continue to charge me each month with no feedback, no communication, no resolution. They have debited over $100 from my account and not had any feedback from the so called "customer service".
Businesses that behave this way are corrupt. I haven't bought anything from them in over 6 months and they still steal money from your account without any resolution or effort to make contact.
Ive had to cancel my credit card in order to stop them thieving for a service that is not required.

Eightvape has the worst customer service
Eightvape has the worst customer service . 35 days and no order delivered . They charged my account the day I placed my order which was October 31. They emailed me on Oct 31 saying my shipment is secure with Route ~ of course they wanted me to download the Route app. On 11/1 I receive an email my order had shipped however the tracking number they provided keep saying carrier can not be determined. After several emails to them I received a new tracking number for LSO shipping however it just has my name and other field say null nulll null. It does show it has been with LSO since 11/11 . I reached out to LSO and got a standard reply of we will get back to you - they never did . I reach out several more times to eightvape and got auto responses and had to wait days for a real response which was we shipped it it's out of our hands. I paid for adult signature shipping which is required.. I have screen shots of my daily run around with this company. I have requested a refund twice. . I have had to reorder with another company which sent my delivery in 5 days no problem. Please be aware of this company and their terrible customer service and non fulfillment of orders . My bank has requested I sent them a letter requesting a refund which I'm doing . I will never purchase from them again.

Only problems, to include fraudulent product. Only tried eightvape tis one time. Never ever again. Ordering is awful. Pop *** and ***ells keep you from using the site well. I should have close it right then and there. But I ordered a product I am wholly familiar with, as I use it on a daily basis. Their tracking was broken. Showed it hadn't shipped but it arrived at my house. No signature was ever asked for. It just was at my door. Couldn't see any progress or updates on the trash site during any point of the order. Opened the product. It is either a bad batch, or there is counterfeit product. This is unvapable. It puts you in a coughing fit until you throw up and tasted wrong. Contacted immediately. No phone. No email. Just a submission page that is very hostile sounding. I met the conditions for return regarding time frame, and the product was faulty. Email support only verified I received the package and will not refund or replace. They lied and said in email that they do stock the product but also that this was NOT stocked by them and sent directly to me from the manufacturer. The manufacturer is in CA, but my package came from Vegas. Either way, I want what I ordered or my money back. They refuse. Eightvape tells me to go to the manufacturer. So...did I buy product from eightvape, or did I just donate my hard earned cash to a scammer's retirement?

I have ordered from the company for many years. I am aware of the change in shipping and planned ahead. I have waited 2 months for my shipment and still don't have it. When I contact customer service (through email as they don't have a phone number) I have to wait 2-3 business days for a response. The responses are unprofessional and incomplete. I cannot believe that representatives are allowed to speak to customers in this manner and consistently fail to address all of the issues I've inquired about. This results in me sending another e-mail and waiting another 2-3 business days for a response. To date I have yet to get a response to all of my questions. Additionally, they have no contact information about the shipping company they are using. The shipping company has indicated that they attempted delivery and left a door tag. The day in question I was not only home at the time indicated but no door tag was left. When I attempted to get contact information from EightVape I was told that there was a door tag left and no contact information for the vender was available. I'm supposed to just wait for a second delivery attempt and then the product will be returned to EightVape and then they will process a refund. I have waited an additional month with no contact from the delivery service or EightVape so I'm filing this complaint and following up with my credit card.

I had purchased this item on the 30th of June the item itself was the battery and the coverage which brought it to 49 dollars almost $50. Mind you my birthday was around the corner on the 4th of July. I have contacted these people numerous times and threaten them to report to complaintsboard.com. I am trying to get my money back but I feel like I am being robbed and I need assistance quickly. One thing I do not like about their website is they're consideration of shipping and reports. They are stating that if we make numerous reports it will throw it off and that they will have to start from the beginning. While the item is in process of shipping track you can't cancel it or edit. I am tired of naive lenient individuals that think it's okay to post on their website whatever customer support put up there just to shut us up. I'm patient and nice but I won't stand a chance for this to go by until I have my Justice. This company is a piece of *** and I don't like their service. I have been strictly going through this company for a few years. I have only had one problem recently with a shipping problem. My order got to the post office but for some reason it was either fedex to the post office or some other shipping with signature. It was a little confusing but the post office didn't know what to do with it so they weighed it and charged me $9.90 to pick it up. This is strange because the receipt doesn't even say I picked up a package, it is just a charge for GENERAL FEE. I didn't understand how this helped anything because the Post Office didn't know what they were charging me for, just that a package was there for me and it hadn't gone through their service but arrived there. So they charged me to make themselves feel like they were a part of it? Not sure.
I contacted EightVape with a picture of the package and the receipt. I explained to them that I ordered extra items to get free shipping but then had to pay a "hostage" fee to the post office. They gave me a one time use code for $20 off my next order. I was so happy and they replied to my email within an hour or two even though it says that it may take 2-3 days for a reply. They have gone over an above on this issue and assured me it was already being addressed on their shipping end and would not happen again. I also got an email from another customer service person at their facility the day after saying they will reimburse me for what I had to pay to get my items. I was very impressed with their customer service. I am pretty sure they aren't a very large company and run into small problems with high demand. I definitely give them 5 stars over the past few years!

I've been waiting on an order for a month now. Eightvape has stopped responding to my help tickets. The only one they did respond to was where I said, hey where's my stuff it's been a month? Only for them to send me a boilerplate email of, it's been more than a month please make a new help ticket. Did they not even read the email? So, now I'm waiting on them to respond to that one, which was sent 5 days ago.
They also charged me for shipping they didn't use. I paid for a specific carrier and when they sent me the tracking number, I can see it isn't that one. According to the tracking eightvape gave me, my order has been in transit/out for delivery for 5 days now. That's because it's a bogus tracking number. All they did was make a tracking number online, and never actually send the order.
Now, I'm to the point where the only thing I can do to fix it, is go to my bank and start a lengthy fraud charge back so I can get my money refunded. Eightvape has ignored no less than 3 emails where I've asked for the order to be canceled and refunded.
They keep blaming it on shipping. Here's the thing though, elementvape, same city of Las Vegas, has sent me 2 orders that were made after this one. The shipping excuse is nothing more than that, an excuse, and a bad one at that. Eightvape, give me my order or my money back you scammers! Look at your F rating on here! That doesn't happen overnight. It also doesn't happen because you're doing such a great job. Again, give me my money or my order I'm coming after you for fraudulent charges! According to the email I sent you, you have until tomorrow. It was sent a week ago. Not my fault you haven't responded to it.

They gave me a fake tracking number for a company called LSO that I had never heard of before. When I went to check LSO's website for tracking information, their website said the tracking number I submitted didn't exist. So I did some digging to try and find a contact number for LSO, just to have someone check the tracking again and once again they stated it didn't exist. So I reached back out to Eightvape's "customer support" team on December 13th and 16th just with no response. So I noticed they had a twitter account so I tried messaging them on December 25th so they can tell me on the 27th that it looks like my order is still with the carrier (LSO who didn't have my order). Then Eightvape proceeds to tell me a week later that they no longer use LSO and that I need to contact customer support to see if they sent it with another carrier. They contact me a week later with the same LSO fake tracking number and say that they have started using LSO again. All the while, I have found a Facebook group dedicated to people that have ordered from eightvape and essentially have been scammed out of their money. People get on there and try to defend eightvape saying it's not their fault because of the new laws that USPS can't ship vape products so they have to use mom and pop shipping companies to get around it. But these shipping companies are getting overwhelmed with orders and can't meet the projected delivery dates. So my suggestion to eightvape, if that's the case, stop taking online orders and focus on selling the items in store since you are essentially stealing your customers money.

I ordered a product. The total came out to $23.27. I waited 3 weeks and received nothing. I took the time out of my day to reach out to these people about it. They tried to say that it was delivered... Which never happened. Maybe it was delivered somewhere, but it wasn't delivered to where I instructed it to be delivered (my residence).
So they ask me if I want them to reship it or if I just want a refund. I take the refund.
I get the typical email of "Your refund is being processed. Please wait 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account."

2 weeks go by... nothing. So, again, I have to reach back out to these people. After getting a response from them, what do ya know? There's my refund. But, wait... why did they only refund me $10.17 when I originally gave them $23.27? That's not even half of what I gave them!
This business not only doesn't have the capacity to deliver their own products that you purchase from them, but they also can't even process a refund correctly. This is probably the worst and most frustrating experience that I've had with a company in my entire adult life. I know it's not a lot of money that we're dealing with here... but it's the principle of the situation. If a customer buys something from you and doesn't receive it, then you need to give them their entire total back that they paid. Because, in the end, they deserve at least that after the time spent communicating with the business about how nothing that is supposed to happen is happening when doing business with them.

I have bought babes from 8 vape several times this last order that I have gotten had 2 vapes in it. That did not work when I went to use them. Their policy is you have to try them within 48 hours or they will not help you. I tried to manufacture. They tell me to go back to 8 vape. And because they will not honor their products they sell. They will not do anything for me. I have talked to them to the point where I don't know what to do. Because I spent my money on they're products the sale and they won't stand behind it.

I spent 118 dollars got protection shipping. The product has been in shipping for 17 days now at this time 9/14/23. No human to talk to on the phone no way of getting my money back. This company is complete scam and needs to be shutdown. Their customer service is just a bot no human to talk to at all. If anyone buys from them i hope they get their product but they probably wont. My package has been stuck going thru Las Vegas 5 time in the past 17 days. Usps when called says i have to contact the company to get things taken care of. Made order April 14th this year. Supposedly delivered April 19th. When reviewing orders I noticed it wasn't familiar in receipt so I looked at signature provided. It's NOT my signature OR my husband's.
When I brought this to customer service attention they said it's been too long since order to provide any support.

Order EVXXXXXXX Dealing with eightvape has been a nightmare. I've been waiting on an order for one month now. The last email I sent stated so. Only to get a boilerplate response of, if it has been more than 3 weeks please make another help ticket. Seriously? You responded to my help ticket where I said it's been a month, to tell me if it's been a month to email you... Wow! I mean, I've seen some bad customer service before. But, this is just over the top like they're trying to make people frustrated and give up. That's not me, and we will absolutely end up in court if needed. Eightvape and their crappy shipping is now my hobby. I'm a disabled veteran with nothing but time. On top of that, they used a shopping company I didn't pay for. The tracking number I was given doesn't even show the shipping company. It says weight, unknown. Eta, unknown. The only thing it says is it is coming to the city I'm in, that's it! No other information. Oh, other than that it's been out for delivery for the past week and hasn't updated at all since. Must be a loooooong mail route if they've been out for delivery for almost an entire week! Poor mailman... At this point, I'd like a refund. Which, eightvape is fully aware of as I've sent them, by my count, 9 emails on this matter now. They've responded to 3 telling me to email them back if it is still a problem... Sigh. Yes, it's still a problem and I'd like my money back a week ago! I've told them through email, several times now, they have until 2 Dec. If I don't have my order, or the refund for the order, I am going to my bank and filling fraud charges against them, and using all of the emails as evidence of why I need to do it. This is absurd at this point.
I had attempted to place an order with this company's website. I had done so a few times before without conflict but there was a problem at checkout so I gave up. I then received a phone call from someone claiming to work here. They also told me that the same people who run the eightvape site run the element vape sight who I have used before without concern. They told me they could place the order over the phone using my paypal and we proceeded. I was told Id receive the order udpates via text. It has been now nearly 2 months with no shipping information or products. I received a fake order number and the automated texting service has been referring to me by an incorrect name.
I placed two orders on September 21, 2022 with EightVape. One of the orders has been shipped but the tracking I cannot find the carrier for so it hasnt been updated with a date for delivery. The other order is unfulfilled and Eightvape cannot tell me when it will be fulfilled and mailed out even though they say orders ship within 5 business days. Now they are telling me they cannot use *** and that orders can take *** days to be shipped and delivered. I have contacted them and they still wont tell me when either one will be delivered or even mailed out. I have asked for them to just cancel and refund me however they say that to do that I have to wait and refuse the order if and when it gets delivered. I want the orders canceled and my money back. Their customer service is just copy and pasted and I cant get any real answers. I spent $150 between the two orders and how they are treating me is wrong.
07/08/22 I had placed an order online from them for the amount of $112.27. 07/20/22 I reached out to them to check on the order, their support staff said there was an issue at the warehouse but they would straighten it out.On a future date (unsure of date), I used their support/client chat on their website, to check on the package and again they said warehouse issue and that it would be resolved.08/26/22 I reached out again, their support staff apologized said the carrier lost the package, and offered a refund or for them to re-ship the package. Their website never updated on regards to where/what was going on, even now this order still says "unfulfilled" on their website. On 08/29/22 I chose refund.09/01/22 they responded saying that a refund would be issued, and to give it *** business days for it the funds show back in my account .09/19/22 refund still had not processed after 10+ business days, I reached out and they said they would inform me when there is one.In the past their support staff and quality of service was fantastic, I'm unsure of what has changed with the company. It will have been one month as of tomorrow since I was told I would receive a refund, that is all I would like from them.

Hello, I hope you can help me get my money back. I placed an online order with EightVape.com on 11/01, Order #EVXXXXXXX for $144.95. I have sent 10 email's to their support department at ***@eightvape.com since 11/05, requesting for an update as to when I could expect my order. On 11/08, I finally received this response from them, " Thank you for reaching out to us. We have contacted our shipping department and your order should be shipping shortly, Thank you for reaching out to us." On 11/10, I again contacting them because I still hadn't received a shipping tracking#. Then on 11/15 I received this response, " We apologize for any issues, your order was picked up by the carrier and taken to their sorting facility. Once they finish up with it, and ship it out, the tracking number will be sent to your email and the status on our website will update to shipped out.Thanks again from Eightvape support team.Kyra-Customer Service Agent." Since then, I have sent an email almost everyday asking for my money back or my order be overnighted to me, my last email to them was sent on 11/20. As of today 11/26, I have not received my order, my money back or even a response from EightVape since 11/15. They have already charged my credit card and took my money. I have contacted my credit card, which has informed me to go ahead and pay my credit card charge so I don't get interest or late fee because it could take 60-90 days to get my money back from EightVape. I don't think I should have to pay anything. I have NEVER had this happen and I just want them to refund my money now. Hi I placed order EV1809386 on September 6th. The delivery estimate I was given was 3-5 business days. It is almost the end of the month and I still have not received my merchandise. Never received my order; no updates to *** tracking data for over 2 weeks when the package was still in the Las Vegas area. I placed an order on 9/9 and received my *** tracking number on 9/10. *** tracking data shows several scans between 9/10 and 9/15 but has not been updated since. I have already contacted *** about this matter and filed a missing mail search request. *** couldn't provide any more insight beyond what I could already see when I entered by tracking number: My package's last known location was at a *** facility in the Las Vegas area. After reading all of the complaints I could find about EightVape online and re-reading the company's bizarrely-specific shipping policy, I can't help but suspect that they might be intentionally losing or fraudulently re-routing their packages back to their own facility, perhaps with help from a *** employee. Of the hundreds of complaints previously filed with the Complaintsboard.com, a significant percentage of them appear to be related to delivery issues/customers not receiving the items that they ordered. To be sure, *** can be slow--especially as of recently. However, EightVape customers appear to experience a disproportionately high number of shipment-related issues. I can't help but think that they are using fradulent and deceptive business practices. As an aside, I have been back in my hometown in *** all summer to help a family member with an on-going medical issue. I was supposed to drive back to my home in *** last weekend. I delayed that trip because I had yet to receive my package from EightVape. After another week of waiting for delivery, I cannot delay my return trip any longer. This delivery delay has caused a significant disruption to my personal, familial, and occupational plans. Simply put: I'm furiously disappointed with this company.

April 9th 2022: Made an order. ETA was 5-7 business days to get tracking info. Never received. I expected 5-6 weeks due to challenges with shipping. My order was in the amount of $129.96. By June 5th, I had not received my order or received an update. On or around then, I reached out to inquire about a status. On June 16th, I was told that the package was with the shipping company, *** It then showed up in Phlatbed tracking as "En route" as of May 26th at 1:35 PM. On July 22nd, I reached out again and was told they were reaching out to the carrier. They did not follow up with me and "apologized for the delay and inconvenience." On Aug 31st, I reached out again asking for an update. I had been patiently waiting as the delivery status had not changed since May 26th. First, on September 1st, their CSR told me that, after communicating with their shipping partner, that the package was "signed off for and received by staff in the mail delivery room in my building on May 6th." The tracking log does not reflect this. My building has no mail room, nor staffing for the building for any such a purpose. This was an outright lie. Their CSR told me to file a claim with Route, the shipping carrier, as insurance was purchased for this. However, the "claim window" was expired on June 8th, so their system re-routed me back to EightVape support. EightVape repeatedly provided poor customer service to scam me out of funds, and continues to refuse to provide adequate support to resolve.
So I ordered *** worth of goods from eightvape.com. I waited the allotted amount of time between when my funds were taken and when the order was to be fulfilled and shipped. I was informed I would receive my order within *** business days. I did not. I attempted to contact customer service several times in several ways, including for a refund, which I never received. This company has had more cplaints than good reviews. It is a blight on American Commerce and should not be continued to be allowed to operate. They have defrauded several people beside myself under the guise of a retail store. It appears as though they take orders, fail to fulfill, then collect a 'restocking fee'. I believe this is a criminal enterprise, because I have dealt with companies similarly prosecuted for similar practices in the past.

I fully understood that delivery would take a while due to shipping issues with not being able to use *** or even *** But I went ahead and placed my order being as I never had a issue ordering from them before and they always were quick to respond. Well since placing my order on November 15th any response I have gotten concerning delivery has been a automated one explaining their shipping policies and delays. I did receive a email that my order was shipped November 30th. But as of December 13th my package is now being returned to sender and it only made it as far as the Tulsa area and I live in *** Which when I placed my order I did check by using my zip code to see if they were able to ship to my area and it said yes. I did pay for Route protection but any attempt of communication back from them using route has been ignored. And I don't even know what shipping company they used to even try and reach out to them about my said package. And at this point after reading complaint after complaint on their website, *** page and multiple other reviews based on google search and even on the Complaintsboard.com site I feel like I have been scammed out of my money along with many others. If I can see that my package is being returned to them then I immediately request a refund and want my money back now. $118.55 may not seem much but it is to me. And now I'm out more money cause I had to go elsewhere to get my supplies cause they can't be honest with any of their customers and be upfront either about not being able to ship to them before they place a order or as to when they will get their orders or even where their order is at because they can't communicate with their customers other than through a automated response which gets them nowhere. I just want a refund and I want it now.

Ordered coils advertised on their website as 100% cotton in a black box, *** Freemax x1 coil. Received TX COILS. I've been shopping with this company for about 5 years and they always send me what I ordered, so forgive me for having sound faith that this is a good company. I don't open my packages right away because after repeat good service I get whatever I ordered with no issues. Back and forth with the customer service agent and said my order is too old to send back, less than 2 weeks after I received it. I sent it back anyway, I didn't make the error, but they want to keep my money. Then for a customer service person to tell me they are returning it it me because it's not an authorized return? I didn't authorize not sending me what I ordered? Yet this company still has the advertised item wrong on their website. Had I read the comment section of this particular item I'm not the only one this happened to. False advertising then forced to keep your items? That's gross. They haven't listed the coils I usually buy on their website for quite a long time just the wrong ones I received. I saw that they had the black box back and ordered them. Does your company still stock the ones in the black box or are you purposely giving people the wrong items?
I placed an order on 6-22-22 for $22.69. after waiting sometime I contacted the company and they said the delivery company had made delivery attemps which they have not. The carrier "Deliver-It" also has F rating with Complaintsboard.com for not delivering. After going back and forth for several weeks, I get a text saying I was given a credit for $9.89. they would tell me that their policy does not credit shipping fees. I did not pay $18 for shipping when I made the order initially and the $9.89 credit never actually processed. At this point they're just ignoring my email inquiries. Also regarding the carrier, when I look up the tracking information on their site it says delivered on 7-8 but on eight vape it says it was not. Also, the address information doesn't seem to match up so I have no idea what's going on other than they're stealing people's money and not delivering products.
I bought a 5 dollers tank its was 15 bucks when I checked out. Got no notification email but I got a email for the rewards I checked bank and they took out close 25. I tried cancelling multiple times they told it was cancelled then I got a email saying it is being shipped. I tried emailing them again and I got no response I want my money back
On July 23rd 2022 I placed an online order. They claimed to have shipped it using a third party courier service. I even went as far as to download a tracking package app that they say will help show location of package. On July 29th I waited for them to arrive. No one at all came to my address that day. It showed package out for delivery here in my town. But the gps location never changed or moved from city center. And also the signature they claimed I that I signed for isn't mine. I also filed a replacement claim twice with the package insurers app. I've sent way to many corresponding emails to help me. They have not one care for customer retention. Order number #***. I would like to be treated as a paying customer and not a problem.

At that point I asked if they were shipping out my replacement products.9/21/22 8v- Advised they have system limitations and are unable to process reshipments and they would let me know when they are able to do this again. It has been almost 1 full month and Eight Vape still has NOT shipped my items, has NOT provided me with a tracking number NOR have they responded to my multiple emails or my MULTIPLE comments on their Twitter page. They sent TWO emails back to me WEEKS AGO stating... "We apologize for any issues, your order was picked up by the carrier and taken to their sorting facility. Once they finish up with it, and ship it out, the tracking number will be sent to your email and the status on our website will update to shipped out." "The entire order process will look something like this Order Processing (preparing for shipping): 1-5 days Once picked up and on the way to Delivery: 1-5 days Once received by Delivery Carrier: 1-5 days until delivered (in most areas) Tracking will be updated when the delivery carrier receives the package" BUT THAT WAS A LIE, weeks later with still NO TRACKING, NO UPDATES & NO REPLY. When I placed my order I was asked to input my zip code to see how long shipping would take, it said 15 DAYS and they ALSO EMAILED ME THAT IT WOULD BE 15 DAYS and then my item would be delivered! Yet, it is now December 18, and VERYYYY WELLLLLL OVER 15 DAYS and my items still have not shipped nor have they provided me with any tracking or shipping info. And since Eight Vape is not open weekends, by the time they even see this or my emails/twitter responses it will be Monday December 20. A FULL MONTH WITHOUT SHIPPING MY ITEMS IS UNACCEPTABLE. It's even more unacceptable to ignore me and not respond to any of my messages. I spent OVER $100. I NEED MY ITEMS. STOP BLAMING THE SHIPPING BAN ON UPS, USPS & FEDEX just because you guys are incompetent. YOU COULD HAVE WALKED IT TO *** FROM NEVADA FASTER THAN THIS! Literally. I NEED MY ITEMS!

I ordered a vape mod and some vape juice on 12/2. The email confirmation I received after they promptly debited my account said "Hi ***, your order is confirmed. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. When your order is shipped, we'll email you with your tracking number." I received and additional email on 12/3 that stated, "We've got your order! We received your order and are currently processing your order EVXXXXXXX for shipment. We will let you know when your order ships along with a tracking number one the tracking number is processed for EVXXXXXXX. Please be patient as we are working hard to pack your order securely for the shipping carriers." It does say to see information regarding our shipping and processing page. Per their website shipping guidelines say 9-12 business days AFTER fulfillment, however, I have still not received the initial tracking number. I have emailed the company on three different occasions (***@eighvape.com) and have not received any response at all. The company doesn't have a phone number listed and the number on the Complaintsboard.com website is just a busy signal. The company also doesn't have a chat feature (even thought it says it does) so I am unable to chat with any csr to find out what the delay is in receiving at least a tracking number. If they're not going to fulfill my order then they need to refund my money immediately. If they're going to fulfill my order, I'd love to get a tracking number. It has been 10 business days, much longer than the initial 3-5 business days that I should have received a tracking number in. I also downloaded their app for routes shipping, which needs a lot of permissions allowed in order to work and it still says processing. I don't know how else to have the company actually respond other than to file a complaint. I would like a resolution as soon as possible.

I checked with Route tracking on 11/23 and they checked with eight vape and the order is marked unfulfilled, and the order has not been processed yet (Route request #XXXXXXX). 11/27 Eight vape sends me an email saying your order is confirmed, we've accepted your order and we're getting it ready. Says the order was shipped out on 11/26 by Fulfilment Gateway and the shipping ID # XXXXXXX the regional mail service number *** I contacted Fulfillment Gateway and they do not have the package, tracking or shipping ID. I contacted Eight Vape and confronted them on this and received a response that the order was placed on 11/24 at 1:36AM and was shipped by *** on 11/26 at 2:19 PM and then Tues 11/30 at 539AM processed thru *** hub. My complaint is I placed and paid this order on 11/09 and shipping was $20.05. I feel I am getting the run around with this company I have sent them several emails with no response. They keep saying one thing then another I have emails confirming everything I told you I feel I am being lied to I want my money back or the product I'm tired of excuses. If shipping was free, I would wait it out but for shipping being $20.05 and it is taking this long. This is bad on this business. I feel like I'm being scammed and a victim of a scam. Please reach out to them and see what you can do. They will blame the shipping companies for the delay but the emails I've received from them you would think if they're going to lie about the order at least everybody should be on the same page. As I said I have the emails sent and received concerning this transaction. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I placed an order with 8vape. Paid extra for shipping and extra for an adult signature upon delivery. Here we are into the second week and I still can't track my 80 dollar package. I've been told to just wait till it's delivered. But yet someone needs to be here to sign for it? Not only that but when I tried to stop the order and get refunded I was told they couldn't do that. That it had shipped. But yet *** the company delivering it said it's not been shipped and has an invalid tracking number. I ask for a valid number so they send me a totally different invalid tracking. I want a refund! I paid to sign for this but I can't see it? Ridiculous wish I had saved my time and money and came here first before I ordered. They won't reply to me and when they do I'm simply told to wait till it's delivered. *** says I'm not covered by their insurance and 8vape won't refund me but yet I have no clue where my package is or anything. How can a company legally keep my money and not reply or send tracking? I've never been done this way before. Then told I can't be refunded but yet I have no package no way to track said package but an adult must be here to sign. How can you continue to let companies like this run a business? They have more negative reviews then positive and no one seems to care? I've emailed them multiple times and get the same response wait for it to arrive. When I need to know so me or my husband can be here to sign. Ridiculous then tell someone it's shipped but the other place says no it hasn't. *** wouldn't even help me they closed it out because they said it never shipped but yet 8vape says it did. I need help I just want a refund in full. I simply wanted a valid way to track and now I can't get that or a refund. Feb 15th reached out again... they responded with automatic email said was delivered and if I did not receive to let them know. I responded I did not receive package... Feb 16th they emailed saying carrier was returning my package due to 3 unsuccessful attempts and as soon as they received they would reach out to me for refund or re shipment I responded saying no one ever showed up or called me 3 times I have camera system and was home and no one ever showed up... Feb 17th they responded with automatic email saying they would notify me immediately as soon as received package back... Feb 23rd inquired again... They responded saying still waiting for package... Feb 28th I emailed again... March 1st they responded would contact me once received package... March 2nd I emailed again... March 8th I emailed again... I also reached out to route protection and filed claim and because it was sent back they couldn't protect package even though I paid extra. I even reached out to my local post office and they knew nothing and wasn't holding a package. I would just like my money back. This is happening to alot of there customers. There is no phone number for there company only email for support and it's all automated and says same thing each time. I reached out to my bank and because I placed the order I have to take up with the company which I did NUMEROUS times. Thank you

11/23 Order Number Confidential. I paid $79.91 on November 23rd for various vape products at www.eightvape.com. I selected shipping via 'deliver-it' with a delivery date of 3-5 business days after purchase. I have not received any confirmation from deliver-It, nor have I received a tracking number from eightvape or deliver-it since I ordered on 11/23. I have reached out to eightvapes customer service email a total of 8 times and have only received one email back that my order was picked up by the courier (did not tell me who or when) and they have ignored all my emails since. Since my order was supposedly picked up from eightvape and in the couriers possession, I should've received a tracking number at the very least (eightvapes promise) and I have received absolutely nothing about my order in the weeks since I have placed it. My package was protected by Route shipping insurance, but they cannot help me without a tracking number, which eightvape will not provide to me. They are lying to customers by providing shipping rates with delivery dates, (which customers have to pay for) and then telling them that their order may take weeks to even fulfill, let alone ship. I have exhausted every possible route to get this resolved and I deserve a refund, which they will not provide since they claim the items have been shipped, but won't provide a tracking number to me. I will include my order details, emails to their customer service, and screenshots of others going through the same form of theft eightvape is conducting on their customers. Please help, I am only trying to be refunded so I use that money and travel to my nearest brick and mortar store that's over and hour away. That was my hard earned money, as well as others hard earned money and eightvape needs to be held accountable for stealing from their customers and then ignoring pleas for help and answers.

This package has things I did not order and none of the things I did order. Picture attached of what I did get. I emailed them on December 16th. They responded with a generic response about shipping delays and did not address my issue. I would like the order fulfilled. I would be happy to return the items I did receive since they were not part of my order. If for some reason they won't fulfill it, it's like a full refund of the full prices since now I have to go purchase the items elsewhere for full price. This company and a shipping partner have failed to deliver my package and are not truthful.
The company and its shipping partner are claiming they don't have my tracking number, yet my account shows notifications of shipment progress. Despite updates claiming 'out for delivery' and 'failed attempt, nobody home,' I've been present and have evidence to prove no delivery attempts were made. Both the company and the shipping partner deny having my order number and ignore my complaints about defective products. As a terminally ill, housebound individual, I've tolerated defective vapes for years. Recently, over half of my order arrived non-functional. I've requested refunds for these expired and faulty items to no avail. I've spent thousands on products that often last only a third of their expected lifespan without complaint, but this situation is unacceptable. It's an exploitation of a vulnerable adult. My family is prepared to intervene, and I have documented evidence ready to present. I demand my package and refunds for the last two orders of defective products.

I placed on order back on April 1st. Sadly, I think the business may have decided that my order was an April Fools joke, because they're not taking it seriously whatsoever. Yes, as nearly every other complaint pointed towards this business is about, it's been 3 weeks and the courier hasn't even received the package I'm supposed to be getting. I live in ***. I could have WALKED to Vegas and back by now. Moving forward, I'm probably going to, instead, walk to my local vape shop because I could not care less about the (dozens of) promotions and discounts I've been sent via email all while waiting on these nicotine products... nicotine, that addictive thing that people tend not to do so great without and that generally ordering a week or two in advance is considered more than planning ahead. I've already tried contacting them before. Back on the 13th, just asking where everything's at. You know, since any business being run by competent people would be able to tell you where a package is at in their logistics. I didn't get to see whether this company is also able to manage their logistics properly or not though because I just didn't get any reply at all. Man, do I wish all of life's problems were as simple as they made mine, just ignore it and hope it goes away. so now we're on the 3 week anniversary of me meeting this absolute trash fire of a company which has completely lost it's standing as one of the best online retailers for vape supplies, and I've decided to send them another email. Sadly my first one hadn't been replied to yet, so this does mean (according to them) that I've been sent to the back of the queue. If the queue takes over a week for customer support agents to answer a new email, I sure hope they're not getting paid minimum wage like most of the other customer care specialists in the U.S. do. I went to eightvape.com on July 29th and purchased what I believed to be a full box of the HYPPE Max Vape in Lemon Soda. I was charged for the selected vape package, an adult signature fee, shipping, and multiple taxes for the state of CA and the *** County which totaled $22.35. I received my shipment on 8/3/22 to my surprise. I never received a notification nor a knock on the door. When I opened my package, I was shocked to only find a single vape. According to how they advertise this item and the reviews shown on the website, it is assumed that you are getting 1 box of the flavor you pick, and not a single vape. I was highly upset and felt misled. When I inquired about getting a refund and returning the item, they customer "support" were not helpful and totally dismissed the points I made about the advertising being misleading, and being charged for a ridiculous signature fee, but never signed anything at time of delivery. When I confronted the customer support about how upset I was about the situation, They showed no true remorse, and showed me a screenshot of a forged signature. I was completely outraged that someone put my name and stated I signed when in fact I did not. And when I told them of this blatant lie, they shrugged it off saying a signature is a signature. What is the point of having a fee for adult signatures if the just let anyone sign and don't identify anything. This is real cause for concern, because they are basically saying they don't care who signs even if they happen to be underage. Overall, I just upset that they falsely advertised, allowed a forgery to take place, and had no consideration with their customer support. I offered to return the item, and requested a refund, but they would not oblige. I regret doing business with them, and just want them to be more clear in their advertising and fees that they charge. I could have just bought the same vape from my local corner store for the price and time I paid to get it shipped. Absurd

On 11/4 I paid $37.26 USD to Eightvape.com for 2 bottles of 6mg vape juice. Because of strict laws regarding mailing vape juice, Eightvape can't use any of the major carriers, so they are using a shipping company called "We-Ship". After about 4 days Eightvape sent me a confirmation and tracking number for the order (EVXXXXXXX). The tracking number they provided me with was faulty and didn't work. So I had to ask for another one, which took another 4 days for a reply. They send me the tracking number and it shows that my package should probably arrive the next day. The next day comes... no package. The tracking says I missed the delivery and wasn't present to sign for it. So I thought okay, I could have missed it. I make mistakes. The next day, I'm more vigilant. I sit next to my front window on my work computer basically all day. Still no delivery. I check the tracking and it says that I missed the package AGAIN. so I'm thinking what is going on here? I can't be blind? I've seen no cars or anyone pull in my driveway or heard the door knock. The next day I make sure I won't "miss" this delivery. I sit next to my window with the work computer, and I even put my phone number on the door for the delivery guy to call me if I am "not present to sign", and of course, no delivery. 3 days in a row it says I wasn't present to sign for it, and that now the package is being returned to Eightvape and the tracking says it was sent back on 11/26. I don't think the carrier ever came to the correct address, because I live in a gated community and I checked with my security guard if the shipping carrier came into the neighborhood in the past 3 days, and he said no. So the package never was attempted to be delivered to the correct address. Regardless, I should receive a REFUND since the package that I paid for is now being returned to Eightvape due to the incompetence of the carrier "We-Ship". I never received my package, it was sent back to Eightvape, and Ive sent many emails.
