Colorful Images Items not received & I was told one item wasn't ordered

On November 8, 2020 I placed an order for 3 items - Beautiful Greeting Christmas cards - no personalization, (qty of 2), matching address labels, (qty of 2) and 1 Snowflakes Christmas Card Record book. I used a code for 25% off and it was estimated it would be received between January 11 & Jan 15.

To date I have not received this order. I called the service dept to find out more details. I was told I could not check on it because I do not have an order number (which does not appear on my printed receipt). I was also told I didn't order the Christmas Card Record book (which is shown on my order that I did purchase.

I've ordered from this company for years and have never had a problem until now. Can you help me resolve this?

Desired outcome: To receive all 3 items I ordered.

Colorful Images My order of checks were wrong personal checks

My personal order of checks completed wrong..I have called three times to speak with a check manager every time I call and I was told that 48 to 72 hours before somebody would get back to me it's been a month nobody has returned my calls nobody has refunded me my money and I'm a highly pissed off customer I've done business with you for a long time and this is the most disappointing experience I've ever had and will no longer be using your company again I demand that somebody do their job because nobody seems to be doing their job at your company no return phone calls no refund highly dissatisfied I want a return call immediately not a good way to do business.

Colorful Images re-ordering checks

I just finished re-ordering checks which should have been a simple task. However "girly" made it quite lengthy and frustrating due to her lack of knowledge. When I told her I wanted to change the design of the check she said to me "what to you mean, design?" so then I said image and she still didn't understand. I really got upset when she was going to charge me to call my bank for verification of information. Why would you need to call on a re-order? And that's a rip off to charge a customer! After 10 minutes I finally asked for a supervisor but never got one. I was in banking for 45 years before retiring and if any of my employees treated a customer the way I was just treated they would no longer have a job. My confirmation number is 8197637.

Colorful Images personalized sewing labels

I placed my order for 2 different clothing labels on 4/3/17. One arrived on 5/8/17. I called to inquire about missing labels and also had "live chat" with someone about them. I received call back on 5/10 telling me that missing labels would be reordered. When they had not arrived by 6/6/17, I called back again and was promised they would be delivered by 6/8. They did not arrive in 8 more days, so I requested refund which hopefully will be forthcoming as promised in 5-7 days.

Colorful Images christmas card order with no envelopes included

I have ordered Christmas cards and mailing labels from Colorful images for many years and was always pleased, that is, until recently. Colorful Images had an after Christmas sale of Christmas cards last December, so I ordered four boxes of cards on December 31, 2015, to be used for Christmas this year (2016). The four boxes arrived, but since the boxes were taped shut, I decided to keep them intact and placed them on the shelf. Since I had always had good luck with Colorful Images, I saw no reason to have to inspect the cards. Well, I took them off the shelf for mailing this December, and discovered that three of the boxes of cards were fine, but the fourth box of 25 cards came without envelopes, therefore, I called customer service at Colorful Images to see if I could obtain the envelopes, otherwise, the cards would not be of any value to me. I relayed the issue to a customer rep but I was told that they could not send me envelopes because the cards themselves had been discontinued and that the company could only send out complete sets of cards and envelopes. She then told me that I could order a different set of cards at a reduced price, otherwise, there was nothing she could do. At that point, I asked to speak to a supervisor, which I did. Still, no results! She did say that since I ordered them a year ago (it was actually less than a year because I ordered them on December 31, 2015 and I spoke to her the other day, on December 20, 2016). She then went on to say that it was past their 60 day return policy. Again, I had ordered the Christmas cards on December 31, 2015, to be used this Christmas season, 2016. Why else would I have ordered them after last Christmas? I found both representatives to be most curt in trying to solve the problem, especially since it was Colorful Images error in not including the envelopes. Again, I was told that I could not order envelopes only, only sets of cards and envelopes. The supervisor also told me that not all envelopes are the same size. True! I offered to measure one of the cards, but that too, fell on deaf ears. She flatly told me out right that there was nothing she could do. So, I was left with a box of 25 useless Christmas cards because Colorful Images did not include envelopes for them. I ended up throwing them away. I will never order from Colorful images again. again.

Colorful Images address labels

I have always been very happy with Colorful Images, I have ordered from them many years. This year I ordered my Christmas cards, seals and labels online.
When I received the labels yesterday the city and state were omitted. The packing slip said that line "was intentionally omitted". Why? I called and the customer service lady stated on my online order form I omitted the city and state. Well, don't you think that is a little odd that someone would order labels with no city or state? I told her you all had my phone number why did not someone question it and call me. She apologized and said I could reorder and they would waive the shipping charge. Big deal! As a loyal customer I feel they should have waived the $8.99 for new labels to go with my Christmas cards. Unacceptable. All she did was to keep apologizing. I feel this was an inappropriate action and told her after all the years of ordering from Colorful Images, this would be my last order with them. Stay away, customer service no good.

Colorful Images stay away from them

I ordered Christmas return labels online on 12/7/08 from this online company. They were being sent via "Standard Delivery" for $4.99. The labels were shipped on 12/9/08. It is 12/18/08 and I still have not received the labels. I called the company and was told they shipped it via Third Class Mail which takes 10-14 business days. This information was not on their website, but listed on their confirmation email after you place your order. It's listed at the bottom of the email where people, like me, didn't even notice. When I called today, I asked why I was paying $4.99 for a few sheets of labels for Third Class Delivery. I was informed that that is how much it costs to send a few sheets of paper, which to me is quite unbelievable. I asked them to please send my labels overnight as I am leaving to go out of town on Saturday but was told that they could not do that due to the fact that they've received many other claims such as mine recently and it wouldn't be fair to fill my request and not the others. The person who told me this was one of the managers, Wanda. There are obviously many other unhappy customers. To me this shows a company who cares very little for their customers. They did agree to refund my money and shipping for a total of around $13, but this is of little help since I'll be handwriting my return address on over 100 envelopes today. I feel the company is being deceitful and should be forced to add to their website more information on their "shipping" information, at the very least. I'm tired of people getting away with these sorts of things. Thank you.

I just had a terrible experience with cust service. It took 16 days to get my labels to me and I lost a $50 participation fee for a crafts fair I was unable to attend due to I HAD NO LABELS and lost money because I could not sell my perishable items! I still have not received the other item on the same order! WHen I finally got the labels---the print was too light and the printing was WAY TOO SMALL in comparison with the first line of the name of my company. It looked hideous and I am unable not to use 120 labels already charged to my card. I called THREE times to see if they could redo or just refund my money. Absolutely NOT. They do not stand behind stated shipping info when ordering AT ALL and do not stand behind their RETURN policy. RED ALERT! He told me if you go on a separate website it stated no returns or refunds on ONLINE ORDERS! Unbelievable! They refuse to give you a supervisors name they had been talking to in my behalf saying that is CONFIDENTIAL. When you order online be VERY CAREFUL as there are no editing prompts or any font scale measurements. Totallly a guessing game! They are shady and unethical and bait and switch on their shipping! Their customer service is NON EXISTENT and I dont see how they still exist - I have told all my colleagues via mass emails. About 24 order from them and refuse to do so now knowing what their services have in store for them! They are going to Vista PRint and Zazzle...both those companies will help you ordering online and have scale measurements for you so no guesswork on something as important as presentation of your product. Very unprofessional - deceitful - like you will go to another website not on their homepage where you order to read they will NOT take returns or refund for any ordering online. What planet are they on?

Colorful Images has charged my credit card for labels and they have not shipped them. It has been 5 weeks since I placed an order and no word from them on any delay or anything like that. Not a single email or phone call. If I look up my order on their website, it states that the labels have been "invoiced and shipped" as of January 13, 2009. That would have been 10 days after I ordered, which is reasonable for a personalized item. So I waited, thinking they would turn up soon.

Last week (first week of February 2009)I sent customer service a message asking what was going on, since nothing had arrived, and they told me that although the website shows my order as being invoiced and shipped, it really hasn't been! My credit card was charged, but nothing was shipped. Customer service said she would check on my order "with the vendor" and get back to me. No word since then.

I am also being charged $4.99 for each 100 labels I have asked to be shipped! I ordered multiple labels, but they tacked a separate shipping charge on to each 100, can you believe that? Why aren't all the labels put into one envelope and shipped? And why so expensive for third class postage?

I will NEVER buy from them again, and I would not recommend anyone else do so. I just hope I can get a refund.
