DealsMachine.com deal machine billing and refunds

they will bill you without conent and they billed me 810.50 for a list builder when i already had the pro account. i called to see how much for skip tracing and i couldnt afford the 274.oo and the next day they billed 810.50 that i disputing and customer service doesnt respond and they say they have to talk to account manager to see what happened which takes forever but i didnt authorize it would make no sense

DealsMachine.com Very disappointed!!!

I recently made a purchase from this company on the 4th of Jan 2017 ordering two phones, and it's been over a month now with no progress. I contacted them to know the current status of my order but luckily they replied for a couple of times and then they left me hanging and I have been tried to contact them again and again, posted my tickets and never get replies from them.

I was their loyal customers since 2012 and I don't know why now, why my order is still on the process mode since January and we are in mid-Feb and still no progress. If this how you are going to serve your customers, I'm afraid you are going to lose out, not just me but for other customers as well.

Unsatisfied and very very disappointed.

DealsMachine.com I bought a phone from Dealsmachine two months ago

Hello Dealsmachine! I bought a phone from your store over two months ago and received nothing yet. I want to know about the status of my order and its current location. I asked for a tracking number many times but you ignored me.
Please contact me as soon as possible because I want to know the exact date of its arrival. I bought this phone as a present for my son and he as very excited about it. I don't want to disappoint him and I hope to get a reply from Dealsmachine!

DealsMachine.com Beware ! Dont buy from dealsmachine.com / you could not get your money back

What can you expect from Dealsmachine.com:
1. Even items in Dealsmachine.com website are marked IN STOCK, they do not have it. You could wait month or more for popular items only with getting promise, soon, next week or smth. like this.
2. Receive cheap, defective, Chinese made items, even if we talking about computers, smartphones or tablets without any Dealsmachine.com warranties and quality inspection before shipping. It could be with bad batteries, screen or not working drivers of any of this.
3. You could be cheated by Dealsmachine.com staff to choose cheaper shipping option do avoid taxes, but they will forget all promises and still will write very large prices in custom declarations and you will be responsible for all of this.
4. Dealsmachine.com could offer you to send money via BANK transfer, not Paypal, to their China bank account (to save couple $ from final price). You will no longer have any protection if you not receive item or if you receive defective item then and they will have advantage over you to do what they want to do with your money.
5. If you get item and it’s not quality from start or just DOA (for etc. because defective batch of manufacture process), you will be responsible and have to pay for shipping item back to them, yes, to China (Dealsmachine.com office) and believe me, it cost some money.
6. If you want to get your money back, if Dealsmachine.com agree with it, they could offer not to refund the final price you pay for the item, but Dealsmachine.com will lower this price with their own created policy. Also you will not get any refund for customs taxes, or shipping back. You even have to pay for PayPal fees if you pay with BANK transfer. You could lose half of your money even if you return the item.
7. Sum all this: you PAY for Dealsmachine.com mistakes, taxes, shipping both ways (because it’s not refundable), Paypal fee for getting some of your money back and so on.
8. When you have no advantage over them, no protection, Dealsmachine.com customer support won’t help like it should, they will forget all promises they give to you from start. You will get same formal answer every time. Don’t expect anything except losing your money more and more.
9. Only suggestion after all of this. AVOID Dealsmachine.com, tell this to your friends too.

DealsMachine.com Never again!

I've purchased a phone from www.dealsmachine.com over three months ago and never received my order!
I contacted them asking for a refund but they simply do not believe me! They claim they shipped my phone and refuse to listen.
I decided to order from DealsMachine because I was their loyal customer for several months now and I always was satisfied with their service and products. My recent experience was terrible and I never expected something like that. They were not helpful and literally left me with my issue.
I'm very disappointed with DealsMachine. I really loved this place but my recent experience clearly showed their real face.
Congratulations DealsMachine, you just lost a customer!

DealsMachine.com Buyer Beware!

I have ordered a phone from DealsMachine about 5 months ago and received the one which was broken. It did not even turn on. I contacted customer service and after weeks of arguing they finally argeed to send me a replacement. They refused to give me a refund so I agreed for a replacement. That was at least something. I spend about $100 to ship the broken phone back, for taxes and shipping fees and 5 months later received another phone.It did turn on this time, it still works but it is very slow and obviously is a cheap copy of the phone what was advertised on their website. Stay away from this site!

DealsMachine.com Disappointing experience

I made an order and purchased a tablet from DealsMachine. But the one I received was not made for English speaking people. Everything was in Chinese or Japanese, I'm not sure and there was no way to install English. Or maybe there was a possibility to do that but since I could not understand a thing it was impossible for me. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement and they agreed. I sent the wrong one back but did not get a replacement. Contacted DealsMachine again and said that I have no time because I was going overseas to study and received no reply. Well, I already left my country and have no idea was my tablet delivered or not. But I'm really disappointed.

DealsMachine.com Don't trust these thieves!!

I have purchased a mobile phone from www.dealsmachine.com and it did arrive in my country, but was never delivered to my house. I waited and waited and then decided to contact their customer care to ask what was going on. They said that the address I gave them was incorrect so my phone was sent back. That was strange and I was sure there was nothing wrong with my address, but anyways I asked for a refund and they agreed. They told that I'll be given my money back in few weeks. That was the last thing I heard from them and that was about a month ago and still no money. I guess they decided to keep my money, so I lost over $200.

DealsMachine.com Faulty Phone returned by airmail as requested, continuing denial of receipt, Paypal was also hopeless and failed to provide refund.

Dealsmachine warranty required me to return the faulty phone by airmail which is not tracked and not by UPS, FedEx etc. They can then deny they have received it and I cannot prove otherwise, I only have a postal receipt which was provided and with no tracking details. After several months back and forth I put in a PayPal dispute claim. The name of the dealer changed from Dealsmachine to niceshoppinghere (Hanna) who I have no idea who they are. PayPal failed miserably as Dealsmachine has them well under control and manipulates PayPal's pathetic disputes procedure easily. The result is that I am $150 out of pocket, I should have completed a Google search of Dealsmachine but I did not. Only eBay in future for me.
Do not buy direct to these sort of thieves.

DealsMachine.com Unreal!

Do not order from DealsMachine! I bought a smart watch from them in early February. I also paid extra money for expedited shipping. A day after my order was placed, I received a message saying my watch was out of stock so I have to be patient. I contacted them and demanded my money back and they suggested me picking something else. I refused and threatened them and they finally agreed to refund me. I received the full price of the watch back but they did not refund the extra shipping charges.

DealsMachine.com Avoid at all costs

I ordered a tablet from DealsMachine two months ago. It was said on their website that shipping usually takes about 2 weeks. It is now two months later and still nothing. I contacted their customer care and was told that tablet I ordered was out of stock so they cancelled my order. That's great, but no one ever called or emailed me to inform. They promised I would be refunded, well that never happened. I hope that someday I'll get my money back. Avoid this scam site, they are doing the same thing to many people.

DealsMachine.com They give you wrong shipping information and never send anything to customers

I bought a Tablet at November 21. About two/three days after that, they ask me more money for shipping, saying that my adress is in a remote area... Then, after a few days, they said that didn't send my item because need to provide shipping for each produt and that tablet it's, just like they said "hot on theire website". I've contact again and yesterday, November 30, they said that haven't send my order because it's out of stock... Nine days after I bought the item, they said that don't have in stock. It's ridiculous because on the moment that I buy something, that something is guaranteed to me. And guess what?! I discovered lots and lots of really bad feedbacks saying exactly what I just say in this review: they ask for more money, they that haven't the product in stock and when they say that they'll send the item, they give you wrong shipping information... And NEVER send anything to costumers. They steal people's money. Don't trust on them!

Don't buy in DEALSMACHINE.COM this e-shop is a big fake. I bought a phone in September 16th and they never send me. I contacted them many times but they told me lies all the time like "your product is in your post office" or "wait another week for the package" repeat 2 months like that!. At the end they want to scam me offering the 40% of my money. It means, I lost 2months waiting (time) I lost the phone (device) and their solution is steal me the 60% of my money. I highly recommend not to buy in dealsmachine, save your time and your money, and your health.

DealsMachine.com Seller terrible

I ordered a tablet and other accessories on September 14, to date I have not received anything and you do not respond more tickets. First they say that making a partial shipment, then tell me to wait for the tablet to be provided by the manufacturer (on the site was listed in stock), the tacking of the partial shipment is stopped from September 22. I made a complaint to pay pal. I suggest you do not order from this seller.

Do not order from this site.I have been getting the runaround for the last 20 days from them.I ordered an andriod box from them and paid for expedited shipping and a week later it still wasent shipped.Then i find out there was no stock so i have been trying to get a refund ever since then but they just have excuse after excuse.they keep saying just to wait another week.Why would i pay for express shipping just to wait a month for it to ship.I will never order from them again.You can get everything they offer from ebay for the same price and way better service.I have an open dispute through paypal with them now so i will see how that works out.

DealsMachine.com Scammed on order

I ordered two products from Dealsmachine.com and only received one item, many weeks after their estimated delivery date.
Upon telling them that one item was missing from the order, they requested photo evidence of the packaging that it was shipped inside, so that they can see the weight description on the packaging. I took the photos that they requested but because the weight wasn't listed on the packaging (perhaps a fault from their supplier), they refused to refund or send the missing item due to inconclusive evidence. They also claimed that any issues with their orders is not their responsibility. Who's responsibility is it? Why must I pay for this company's mistakes? Someone should take down this criminal organisation as they should not be allowed to operate!

DealsMachine.com Purchase of 2 tablets

Interested by the cheap tablets 7 inch Q8H android that I saw on this company website I placed the order for 2 pieces yesterday and paid for $146.50 included express shipment fees. I received an e-mail telling me that DHL express shipment is not possible for my country. I replied to let them know that it is wrong and today (28/07/2014) I called on the 2 phone numbers I found on the website but on the US number I had an autoreply and at 10:17 GMTon the UK number (+[protected]) the man I talked to seems to not get my concern. I asked his mobile phone in order to send a text but nothing. I tried to call again but no response; it is just ringing.

It did take abiut 2 months to get my tablet. If it had windows. 8 or 7 I would have been happy with it. The Android wasn't quite right untik I did a factory reset and re-download play store but after that I was quite happy with the Android function...
Windows 10 froze constantly and was pretty useless and wanted so many updates I don't know what happened exactly... but I now have a brick which I assume should be able to reset CMOS BIOS Setup but Chinese tablets don't always follow the rules.
I did never receive a few small items ordered from Dealsmachine.com and I am never again going this way though I can not afford high USA prices but I do not think DealsMachine is all that bad I just am not Chinese so I need my RESET FUNCTION WORKING PROPERLY. when my PC freezes I know I need to fix it... and every PC I have ever built I have needed to reset the CMOS. I left it over a week but still no-go. What's even worse I believe I tried to enable something called the "SAR" sensor in the Aptiva BIOS setup so I am forever "SAR-RY"...

Customers, be aware! The website www.dealsmachine.com is fake and big scam. They offered things, which they didn’t sell .You see only pics and nothing more. If you buy from them, the seller provided fault confirmation info and after that stopped to communicate with you. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

These days I want to buy a phone from dealsmachine.com
I paid via paypal. But they refund it. Anw wrote me that I need to pay via western union or bank transfer.
I don't know why?
If they doesn't support paypal, they must hide paypal logos from thier web site. If they support, why they insist on it.
I think paypal is the safest way. How can I trust dealsmachine.com?

This company is such a scam! They sent me a faulty item and now I've spent weeks trying to get a refund and they are just giving me the bull crap each time and not doing anything to actually help. Definitely should have looked up reviews before making my purchase!

Hi! I bought a smartphone from Dealsmachine (www.dealsmachine.com) for 170€, concretely a Kingzone Z1, but it happened to have a screen fail, so I had to give it back. I paid for the shipment and they got the phone back, and after that I've been a whole year talking to them trying to get my money back, but all I have obtained has been nothing but lies, telling me they will refund me the money after 2-3 weeks, later in 3-7 days, later after another 3-5 working days, later after another 2-4 days, later between 7-25 days and last time between 3-5 working days.
In every moment I've treated them with respect and kindness, I recorded a video for them to see the screen fail, I talked to my bank to check there was any problem with my account, I gave them a second bank account number to refund the money and I've been waiting for a whole year to get my money back, but thieves are thieves and as I've checked by myself, I'm not going to see that money again, so the only and last thing I can do is telling you what they do for you not to fall in the same trap as me and buy there, you'd better buy in other online store and if possible, in a bricks-and-mortar one.

Hola! Yo compré por Dealsmachine (www.dealsmachine.com) un móvil por 170€, concretamente un Kingzone Z1, pero resulta que tenía la pantalla defectuosa, así que tuve que devolverlo. Pagué el envío de vuelta y recibieron en teléfono, y después aquello he estado todo un año hablando con ellos e intentando recuperar mi dinero, pero todo lo que he obtenido no han sido mas que mentiras, diciéndome que recibiría el ingreso tras 2-3 semanas, después de 3 a 7 días, después tras otros 2-4 días, después de entre 7 a 25 días y la última vez de entre 3 a 5 días laborales.
En todo momento los he tratado con respeto y amabilidad, les grabé un vídeo para que vieran el fallo de la pantalla, hablé con mi banco para comprobar que no había ningún problema con mi cuenta, les di un segundo número de cuenta bancaria para que me ingresaran el dinero y he estado esperando un año entero para recuperar mi dinero, pero los ladrones son ladrones y como he comprobado por mí mismo, no voy a volver a ver mi dinero de nuevo, así que la única y última cosa que puedo hacer es deciros lo que hacen para que no caigáis en la misma trampa que yo y compréis ahí. Mejor que compréis en otra tienda online o sí es posible, en una tienda física.

This website is a scam. It took about a month for my item to arrive and when it did it was not what I ended. I emailed back to return and was swayed not to because they would only refund 85% of my purchase and it was "to expensive" to mail back. This is probably a China based company run out of a basement somewhere. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I have finally gotten my bay trail table. Actually other than taking so long I can say it is a good deal. One problem is that there is no reset. Under windows 10 it was freezing and I had to go to BIOS setuo but then again now I will not start and need a torax tool to reset my cmos...
Very typical even inevitable when getting a PC but usually it is easier, actually I always remove my cmos battery that way even when things are all set right if power is taken away the mschine wil not boot correctly until cmos settings are correct...
But in this case I need to attain a small torax key lime 6 or 5 or so and I am hoping it is not too much for the 919 to take. Also I wonder I will note the size of battery perhaps it can be replaced with better...
Also of note I still have never seen the grinder or little usb meter I would like to see, I guess I never got them...
Mainky every item you order from a place like this is from another drop shipper. Good source of warehouses or perhaps large deals that can take months to transact.
I suggest their little pop up tent. Came very fast and is nice high quality steel spring and tenting for under 30 dollars...

This is my first time buying in Dealsmachine and I really hope not to get dissapointed at all. My order number is: D1602221938325077

I have contacted Customer Support to make sure they ship out my order on time and also, to remind them that I want a BLACK color phone, since it
does not specify anywhere in the order details.
I have to mention that I have chosen the fastest delivery option for Expedited Shipping, which means the product should leave any time between today and the next couple of days.

I will keep you all inform. And i will update my review and Rating for this company, as the time goes by and depending on how it really goes. I will totally be as honest as possible and
if they deserve the five stars of Rating i will not have any problems to post it in all Internet websites available!

I can't be too sure...after all DealsMachine was pushed onfo lots of banners and emails to me over the last year
and when I first looked them up to check they seemed to have dozens of happy foreign customers
who get cherry trail tablets months before Intel even releases them..?...
Well for weeks I have been kind of happy with the one item that did show up but now I think I can tell I am not getting the Bay trail tablet and several other items I have paid for on 01/02/2016 VISA PAYPAL *HANNA 2211 Nort San Jose $226.96

I have yet to try to get my bank to act because I assume of course I have a nice retina screen to play with on the way but it does count against Apple and google and also Amazon since I stopped shopping there years ago and I will suspect their involvement.

Searched Google for some minor spare parts for my phone and this site came up on top (or near the top), with the exact item/s I needed. It's a very small order, so I didn't look further and ordered routinely. And then:
- on CheckOut I was 'passed' to PayPal but noticed that the PayPal login interface appears in a frame WITHIN the DM site. This raised a bit of concern (means DM see and can keep my login credentials in their databases on their server), but I continued.
- NO confirmation of the purchase or payment transaction came. Instead, shortly after the transaction I received an email: "Thank you for subscribing for our services!" What services?! What subscription!? I was never offered to subscribe for anything, never wanted to subscribe or even knew there was some kind of 'subscription'. I only wanted to BUY something but the seller never confirmed my purchase, but instead they confirmed something I never wanted and never did!?!
- The slight concern turned into an alarm. I approached the company via the 'Contact Us' page on their site, describing the above, asking for an explanation and insisting on immediate cancellation of any subscriptions. I could have written to a mummy in the Egyptian pyramids with the same effect: they NEVER answered, to this day.
- To prevent abuse of my accounts, I promptly changed my PayPal password (after scanning my entire PC with 3 different malware detectors for potential keylogger contamination form visiting their site). I strongly advise everyone to take similar precautions.

It is now clear that this organisation is not just poorly managed or irresponsible - it is almost certainly CRIMINAL and I am surprised they are still in operation and not blocked or shut down.

I wish I had seen this before I spent $450.00. I Googled if they were legit and the first few I read all praised them. Obviously must have been fake reviews by them. They claim my order is on hold until I send them a photo of my License and Credit Card for my protection from fraud, lmao. I know then I was SCAMMED! I immediately requested a refund and they replied with the same request for my ID. I ordered via PayPal. Is there any way I can them to get my money back? What can I do if anything? This really HURTS!

I ordered 2 Android 4.2 Tablet PC with 7 UU0044701 from ahappydeal.com on November 30 2013 which was told I would receive before Christmas. Ahappydeal.com site is designed to give you nothing but a run a round. I have already contacted my credit card company to reverse the transaction. Do not buy from this company and check out the complaints on line, There are many and I sure wish I checked before I ordered anything.
