nine stars trash can
Ordered the nine stars trashcan model N NSG026-1 from Walmart market place on June 15th, 2019. When received on
When received on 6/18 and tried assemble found out that the trashcan has a manufacturer defect. The lid doesn't fit in the can an cannot assemble. Stopped by Walmart store to return the store didn't accept the return. The direction was to return through the internet and direct to the seller, PlumStuck.
I tried to file a return in the internet through Walmart site multiple times. The return screen never processed.
You buy from Walmart market place and think you got the major store customer service, but it actually not. Walmart doesn't even help process a return.

Hot wheels electric scooter
I purchased an electric scooter for my grandson for Christmas. It does not hold a charge, it wont accelerate. In the instructions it states plug in to charge and the light should be red, then turn to green when charged. But the light starts out green and turns to red. This is a piece of crap cheating company which Im going to report to the BBB. I purchased a remote controk fan from them for $44.
This seller has a faux email for returns. Since I purchased the fan from Walmart.com I tried to return it to them first. They wouldn't return it. Im going to report them too for doing business with such a shady company.
range hood
Extremely dissatisfied with this seller. I ordered a product that was sent to my builder earlier than was needed. When the builder looked, he saw it was the wrong piece. The company refused to refund or exchange product, stating it was outside the 30 days. It was slightly outside of the 30 days from ordering the part, but was within 30 days of delivery. The item was never used or even taken out of the box.
char broil grill
The grill was delivered upside down, in a disheveled box with packing tape wrapped around it to hold it together. When box opened for assembly, there was a bolt missing on the right side hinge. The bolt was not located. There is damage done to the area around the hinge, the metal is bent. There are scratches to the grill top.
Very disappointed! Birthday gift, and for Memorial Day weekend.

plumstruck.com pet beds
I tried to buy this... I 'purchased' this bed (And another similar, both from the same company, but 2 different purchases) on december 16th 2016, it wasn't a prime purchase though, I knew that going in and thought about it, but "what could happen?", I thought, "it'd probably be o. K. , it'll just take a little bit longer to ship"... Famous last words... Er, thoughts...
It was supposed to take a couple of weeks 'probably', actually, I didn't get an e-mail that let me know what was up on confirmation, but oh well, it'll work out. Buying prime really has some advantages. Anyway, I checked and kept checking on the date of delivery, nothing, a month went by, then one day it said, "expected by december 30th", the problem with that is, it was already almost 2 weeks into january!
So, I sent an e-mail to plumstruck and I got a message that said it could take up to 2 days to receive an answer, I waited this long, I could wait a little longer. I got an answer after a couple of hours from a really nice person named, "nancy", she was apologetic and said that she would send the company would be contacted and I would have my answer soon. O. K. , at least someone is working on it...
I got a couple of more e-mails from other 'nice' csrs, I thought, from what I read online about this company I sure lucked out and get my stuff now... Wait, there's more...
I got this yesterday, (1-11-17) the day I first e-mailed them.

See that? They are going to ship my order, late, but they are going to ship it, it's just a dog bed, my dogs aren't laying on the floor now, so they can handle it little longer, I think.
So the next day, which is now this morning, (1-12-17) I get the following...

See that? They are not going to ship my orders, it took them a month to let me know that they don't have them in stock! A month! I can see this happening in a week's time, maybe even 2 weeks, but not this amount of time.
We'll see if I even get a refund, since this is not through amazon anything could happen, I have definitely learned my lesson here, never, ever, buy from a company that is not using prime.
To say that I am not happy is an understatement...
Now, is this the worst part? Nope, I just looked and here it is hours later and they are still selling these beds that they know for fact they no longer have in stock, I could even add them to my cart.
So this is crazy stuff right here.
The craziest part is that they have only 2 colors in each of these particular beds, the 'grey and white' ones like I wanted, and the 'brown and white' ones, the ones I did not want, oddly enough the brown ones can be purchased through prime, but the ones I wanted cannot. So, had I wanted to 'settle' and buy the brown ones that I don't like the color of I could buy that and I more than likely, (Who knows?) would have received it, at least I would have known something within the prime 2-day delivery span.
The moral? Do not buy unless it's prime, the one that is sold using prime is actually sold by another company, read this all very carefully or you will be in the same boat as I am.
There is no grey and white ones, only the brown ones, remember that.
Plumstruck also sells merchandise at walmart too, so beware!
Do not buy anything at all from plumstruck, do a search online and you will see what I found out yesterday 'after the fact'.
extremely slow delivery
My husband ordered something from www.plumstruck.com website and they said we'll get the item within approximately two weeks.
Two weeks later nothing arrived and we contacted PlumStruck to ask why was it taking so long. We needed the item as soon as possible and asked for the delivery date. Their rep said that we need to be more patient.
We gave them another week and after that decided to ask for a refund. Their rep said that it wasn't possible because my order was shipped. My husband argued with them a lot and in the end they finally agreed to refund us. Will never buy anything from them again!
buyer beware!
Ordered an item from PlumStruck and received the wrong color one. I immediately contacted them and asked for an exchange and they agreed and said that I have to ship the wrong one back at my own expense.
They refused to refund me the return shipping cost and I ended up paying more than I expected and all because of these scammers!
And it took them over a month to deliver the right color item! Terrible!
the orchid was too big and the seller was unpleasant guy
I have purchased orchid from www.plumstruck.com. There were no dimensions of the orchid as well as the seller hasn’t told me the precise price of the delivery. I was shocked to see that the company charged me for $20 only for the delivery. When I saw the orchid, I was surprised that it was huge and the pot was so ugly. As well as the material was bad and the delivery guy was too rude and it was unpleasant to deal with them.
desert stand
I bought a dessert stand with cover from Walmart (Plumstruck). It is glass and has a bubble in the top of the glass dome. I emailed Plumstruck and got a generic reply. Then another email came which asked why I wanted to return the item. I explained there is a defect in the glass dome. It has been 2 weeks and I have emailed again to see how to return the item. No reply. I guess I am stuck with this defective item. I won't be ordering online from Walmart or Plumstruck again. You have to read the fine print to see that you cannot return to Walmart if it came from Plumstruck.

Bought an item from Walmart and they are supposed to deliver it. They require a signature for the delivery. I have contacted them 3 times and provided the with a name and fax number to have this item delivered without the signature and the have failed to do so or even get back to me as to why they won't. 5ft ellsworth glider - false advertising
Glider is 100% opposite of detailed description. Cheap, flimsy, stained wood. Details claimed glider weighed 82lbs, which would lead you to believe the wood described, but in all actuality the glider weighs approx. 55lbs. Also looks absolutely nothing like the picture shown! No way 3 adults or anywhere near 660lbs would be supported by this product. I will never buy from them again.
horrible company to order from
Not a happy customer! Received my Halex Steel Electronic Dartboard with Cabinet.The best is this product came without the DARTS. NO DARTS! Suppose to come with 6 soft tip and 6 steel... NO DARTS! I called the company and they told me they have no darts to send to me. They told me they will send me a discount on DARTS... Horrible company to order from.

3 weeks to tell me not available
I ordered a desk through Amazon and the product described the item as being shipped a week later. Then, 3 weeks later I get an email cancelling the order, telling me that the item is not available.
It took 3 weeks for them to check inventoryverify the order with the supplier. What a waste of time.

very high return shipping
This company ships a 15# box out with free shipping but when it comes time to return it, it cost me $50 the cheapest way. You would think they would at least offer a discounted rate of shipping (that they obviously get from their shipping carriers) so that a customer does not waste $50! Not a reputable company! Will never buy from again!

Ordered an item from Walmart.com that was sold by Plumstruck. Rec'd notice from Walmart that the order was canceled, no reason why. Then rec'd notice about same order from Hayneedle.com, apparently they are the same company as Plumstruck. I've had a previously negative experience with Hayneedle, also bad customer service and communication. Apparently they don't want my money, so I'll buy the item elsewhere! Very strange and they wasted my time, twice!
My umbrella broke. I tried contacting PlumStruck on the Internet. No luck. I get an error message stating the site is not secure. Is PlumStruck still in business? I am trying to find out if the product still exists. I originally bought two umbrellas that match.

I am currently having an issue with plum struck. Told me 2 weeks ago my order would arrive by the 4/24. got a note from amazon saying will not arrive by 4/24 and don't know when they will arrive. How can AMAZON have these people as vendors? Read the complaints on these people. They are out of their league! Shame on Amazon for not cutting them loose.
I ordered two of the same item from Walmart.com and was charged for both items. Plumstruck notified me that although I ordered and paid for two items, they were going to send only one of those items because Walmart notified them of one instead of two. Plumstruck looked at my order and admitted that I had ordered two, but would only send one. So, I asked them where my other $49.99 was and they told me to take it up with Walmart. When I contacted Walmart, they washed their hands of it and sent me back to Plumstruck. One of these ignorant companies have my money and refuse to return it. Plumstruck or better yet, Dumbstruck can't seem to fulfill a simple order of two items. They are absolutely incompetent and deserve to go under.
Do NOT buy from this company! AND - SHAME ON WALMART FOR SELLING THEIR PRODUCT! I did NOT receive what I ordered! They sent something similar BUT IT COST MORE TO RETURN THEN THE ITEMS COST! HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE COMPANY!
They don't care about their customers. They sent my item with free shipping, but when I returned it, it cost me $50 to ship it back via ground freight. Something is wrong here. So now I am out $50. Will never buy from Plumstruck again!
These people LIE about having items in stock and the refuse to cancel an order. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!

As for Walmart, where I made the online purchase, they were no help either
I ordered a shower curtain - scene a beautiful blue sky with white clouds - but it was defective -- should not have passed inspection.
Two of the buttonholes for holders were not good -- one was at the very top edge - with just a few threads - the other had part
of the curtain caught in half the stitches. I sewed the top of one -- the other, I used a seam ripper to take out part of the stitches - which
left a rip in the curtain --which I stitched. The fabric is good - the color nice -- but I had bought to hang at a vacation rental cabin and
am just not happy with this product.
