Hayneedle Wayborn suchow 8 drawer chest

I ordered this $800 chest and it was sent FedEx - that means one person is responsible to get in and out of the truck — it arrived severely damaged. I contacted Hayneedle customer service - they were quite to the point - has to be returned in original box and I have to have someone come get it
I had ripped up the original box opening the thing but I thought - I will order replacement and use that box to return the first one. Well, second one arrived in even worse condition than the first so — what's an person to do that lives alone and these things weigh a ton? I taped back up the first box
I would have expected that something this expensive they would have someone pick up and with great apologies — not so much

Desired outcome: They should have sent someone to pick them up without having me re-box them - they are large and heavy and I live alone

Hayneedle Child’s chair

Several years ago, I purchased a personalized upholstered chair for my 3 year old great niece. I paid a little over $100. It was just the perfect size and the construction was very good. I couldn’t have been happier with it. This year I wanted to buy one for her brother who will be 3 in March. First, I had difficulty finding any personalized upholstered chairs on the website. After much searching I finally found just a few. I decided on one that was the same cost of the other one I purchased before. The good news is that I got it sooner than promised. The bad news is that it was 1/2 the size of the one I bought for his sister a couple years before. The more I look at the 2 chairs together the angrier I get. I called Customer Service. They pointed out that the advertisement said it was a Mini chair. Sure enough it did say it in the description. It didn’t cross my mind it would be so small costing $100. It is made well but no cording and no strap to carry it like the first one had. So disappointed! No more purchases from Hayneedle.

Desired outcome: I was already told there was nothing that could be done since it was personalized.

Hayneedle ordering

I ordered dining room chairs. They canceled the order saying that they could not verify my identity because my billing address was different than the shipping address. I called and spoke to them personally. They stated that they would submit a ticket to the accounting department. They came back and said that it was denied anyway. I asked why. They said they couldn't tell me. They said it was their internal accounting policy. I asked to speak to somebody in accounting and they said that that was not possible. I spoke to a supervisor who said to use PayPal. I ordered using PayPal and it was denied again. Horrible customer service. Horrible. Hayneedle is a scam! Do not buy from them! You've been warned!

Hayneedle cancel orders with no explanation!!

I had 1 or 2 successful transactions with Hayneedle - thought they would be great to do business with. Not so, the management their, if there is any, are a bunch of lane brains! They all of a sudden started cancelling my orders with no explanation! I contacted as many various levels as possible and still no one can tell me exactly what the issue is. These people are dumb and stupid! Put them out of business! They suck at customer service - they do not have a clue how to run a business.

Hayneedle no linen unit!!

Order #[protected] Order 08/5/2018 bath linen unit. Still looking for the unit, No phone calls, No Credit. This is not good for a Walmart company!? Why, WHY this is a Design element cab004-w London 65 " linen cabinet. should been del on 08/16/2018, del on 08/23/2018, talk to Hayneedle, rep on 08/17/2018 said it will be del on 08/23/2018, NO unit !? talk to Jay at Hayneedle

Hayneedle fountain pump

I ordered itemASR7600-1 Customer order number [protected]

The fountain itself is perfect in size except for the fact that the pump does not work I can not return the fountain since I altered the color to match the rocks in my garden and cut up the shipping carton. I followed the instructions on the pump carefully checked the gfi outlet and the exterior separate outlet for the fountain and they are fine. I removed the old, dated, fountain, which was in working order, because I wanted to convert the area to a rock garden, and installed the new fountain. The problem has to be the pump. The new fountain is level. I have followed all the troubleshooting information with no result. Is it possible for you to replace the pump?

Hayneedle metal folding chairs

May 18 2018
I purchased 4 metal chairs, all were missing parts or were damaged, see picture to follow. Shame on you walmart/hayneedle for sending damaged goods to a hard working american citizen. I can't afford to return due to large items and no free return policy. I trusted you and you let me down. So sad american walmart has come to this.

Hayneedle ordered outdoor chair cushions - no confirmation email, no shipment email nothing - 3 weeks later - no items

A BOGUS delivery date was displayed at time I placed the order...NICE BAIT & SWITCH!

Unless it's coming from China, I have never encountered Fed Ex taking 3 weeks to deliver something! Now, I realize delays happen, but legit companies will let you know - not these people! They just LIED and IGNORED!

I needed these cushions by a specific date for a party - Had I known it would take this long - never would have pressed "PLACE ORDER". I had to go out and buy others for our party!

And NO COMMUNCATION AT ALL! NEVER EVEN an email confirmation! Nothing! You have to "Sign Up" on theor website in order to get any info on your order, even though they have a place to put in your order number...I don't know about you, but i don't write down order numbers and keep them - because again, legit companies, send email confirmations with that info! So, you are bascially forced to set up an account so YOU can go search for your order info!

And don't try and call them - NO ONE ANSWERS the phone - on perpetual hold for 21:24 minutes until I hung up after reading all these horrid reviews - which I wish I had read prior to placing this order...WHAT A SCAM - how is this place still in business? Have told everyone I now to STAY AWAY...and like I said, who knows if I'll even get what I bought...which doesn't really matter b/c I'l have to return b/c I had to buy different ones forour party! That should be fun!

Hayneedle Beware

They canceled my order with no reason!
I contacted them once (after that time they started ignoring my emails and phone calls), and was said that they noticed a suspicious activity coming from my account. So they disabled it and cancel everything I ordered.
I swear I did absolutely nothing, I have an account there just because it's impossible to place orders without it. However, it doesn't matter what they did to my account, they charged me for the order and I want my money back. They said they will refund, but it's been more than a month and there's still nothing. Al my attempts to contact them failed... I don't know what to do, to be honest...

Hayneedle Very upset

This is the worst company of all times. They let their customers down and never stand behind their product, which is really sad. When you order online you don't expect to be treated that way. They are thieves. I noticed they charged me several times and I don't know for what.
I waited for my order to arrive for about 2 months. This is terrible.
When they scheduled the delivery, it was Wednesday and I had to take a day off, but they didn't deliver on that day saying that they were having an unseen situation. Of course, you didn't even surprise me, guys.
Stay away for your own safety.

Hayneedle customer service or lack thereof

I called Hayneedle within 8 minutes of placing my order. I wanted to change the delivery address. I was told there was nothing they could do it was already processed. I never had an issue like this before with any company on or off line. I spoke to three or four people each one was inconsistent from the other. What they did do it so they said was to send an email to the manufacturer where distribution is asking to cancel shipping. I asked to be copied that email. It didn't happen. Ok, so less than twelve hours of placing my order I received an email stating the order has SHIPPED! Not acceptable. I followed up with a phone call asked for a supervisor and was on hold for fourteen minutes. This supervisor was condescending, belittling and just unprofessional overall. He said all the could do was attempt to contact the manufacturer. They would offer to pay half of a reshipping fee. This was after I asked to be compensated for my troubles. He had the nerve to ask what troubles and that the conditions and term were listed on their site. Have any you gone straight to the terms once entering a site? I doubt it. But, if you have good for you. If not, I'd advise this to be the first thing you do going forward. Well, this is my story and I'm sticking to it. Never will I shop with them again. Resellers...Shame on them! **Reading reviews I see I'm not alone***

Hayneedle patio umbrella - order no [protected]

I ordered a patio umbrella on Hayneedle ahead of the summer sun hitting us. When summer did arrive I decided to open the new umbrella when we had guests over. To my utter surprise, I found a rope hammock! I called Hayneedle and was asked to return the hammock and a sales effort to sell me another patio umbrella! Nothing that would have made me feel that Hayneedle actually regretted the fact that I was not sent the product I had ordered!
Someone like an Amazon on the other hand, not only sends you the product you actually ordered, if they make a mistake but also offer a discount or just ask you to keep the erroneous product or have a gesture that reflects that they do actually care for the customer experience.

Very frustrating and disappointing.

Hayneedle They billed me twice

I ordered a chair from this store and they billed me twice for the same order. I contacted HayNeedle right away and they claimed that they did not do anything and that everything I said was just a lie!
I told them that I can get all the necessary proofs from my bank and they said that they don't need any proofs because the charged me only once. After that I called my bank and they confirmed that HayNeedle made two charges. I went back to HayNeedle support, but they simply didn't want to listen what I was trying to say. How can I get my money back?
I already received the chair and it wasn't bad. My only issue with these guys is that they fraudulently billed me and took extra money without my permission! Avoid buying from this store!

Hayneedle I'm very disappointed with Hayneedle

I have purchased set of table and chairs from www.hayneedle.com. I received my order in a timely manner and everything seemed fine but then I noticed that one chair was defective. I contacted customer service and they said that they can't replace only one chair. They said that I need to send back all four. They also said that I had to pay for return shipping. Sending all chairs back was way too expensive. I'm very disappointed with Hayneedle.

Hayneedle Can't return

I received my order and was not happy about it. It looked nothing like I expected so I contacted Hayneedle customer service and asked if it was possible to return it and get a refund and the answer was yes.
So I asked for a return label and they said that'll get one. Days passed and there was nothing so I contacted them again and asked what was going on and they claimed that I have already received the label! I told them that I never got one and asked for another and they said ok. Again, nothing!
And then they just stopped answering.

Hayneedle Do not trust Hayneedle!

When I ordered their site showed that my order was in stock, but after I paid for it they contacted me and said that my chair set was not available.
So I decided to cancel my order and buy from another site. When I asked for a refund they said that they can't give me my money back and said that I have to wait for about a month for my order.
I told that I have no time for that, but they did not care. That month passed a long time ago and I still did not receive my order. Do not trust Hayneedle!

Hayneedle Hayneedle does not care about customers

Ordered from Hayneedle over a month ago and after I paid I heard nothing from them! I don't have a tracking number because no one bothered to give me one and I can't contact customer service to cancel my order. I want my money back so I could order from another company. Emailed Hayneedle numerous times and did not receive a single response. After they got the money they just disappeared.

Hayneedle Do not buy from Hayneedle

Ordered several items from Hayneedle and paid some extra money because I needed the items as soon as possible. They delivered my items in two days. But then I found out that some pieces were missing and I immediately contacted customer service and explained what happened. Then they said that they need to discuss what to do and asked me to wait on hold for about 10 minutes. I've been on hold for over an hour and when they finally came back they said that they'll call me back later! Absolutely ridiculous! No one ever contacted me back and when I called the second time they put me on hold again! Do not buy anything from these guys, nothing but headache!

Hayneedle Fraudulent disgusting company!

I purchased two products from Hayneedle back in December. Those item were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I received my order in reasonable time, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality. I went to their website and checked the return policy that stated that returns/exchanges are possible. So I contacted their customer service and was told that there would be a $100 shipping charge! I ordered my items for $130 and no way I was sending them back for $100! However the worst part is I never even got to discuss that part because their customer service is extremely poor, slow and disgusting! I will never order anything from them again. I will leave negative feedback's everywhere I can! Very sad that a company does not care about their customers and has very false advertising! Avoid this company at all costs!
