I gotta say, my experience with Bulk Buys was pretty rough. I mean, I tried calling them up and no one picked up the phone. And when I sent them an email, it took them days to get back to me. Like, what's up with that?

But the real kicker was when I tried to place an order. It took a whole five days just to get everything sorted out. And even then, I was given some bad info that just made things even more confusing. And when I asked for help, I got nothing. Nada. Zilch.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be using Bulk Buys again. It's just too much of a hassle. I mean, I get that they're busy and all, but come on. A little customer service goes a long way, you know?
