I've been using the Willow disposable underwear for over a year now and let me tell you, they are a game changer! I've tried everything else and always had issues, especially with leaking. But with these babies, I don't have to worry about that anymore. They are so comfortable and stretch out nicely if the leg holes feel too tight. Plus, they are breathable which is a huge plus.

The Because sample I received was also horrible and it leaked. I have found that Poise is much better. I do not recommend anyone do business with this shady company. Beware because they also do not send a return label and expect you to pay to send it back. If I had not refused, I would have been stuck with at least $40-50 to return the big box!

I was very pleased with how the product looked, the time it took to arrive, and the information they sent regarding this transaction. On October 12, 2022, at 9:38 a.m., I received a text from ***545, telling me that my next shipment of Because products would be sent in three days. They also offered me the chance to add their No Rinse Cleanser and Flushable Wipes for $10.98 and save an extra 10% off by subscribing. I declined this offer, as I didn't need those additional products.
However, on October 15, 2022, I received another text from Because, informing me that they had tried to charge my credit card for my next order, but it had failed. I immediately checked my bank account and saw that the amount was more than enough for what was needed for this transaction. To my surprise, the page that Because's link sent me to would not bring up any of my account information. Instead, in order to proceed, they wanted a second credit card number! My husband and I both decided to immediately cancel my account, which would cancel all future orders. However, there was no button anywhere to click on in order to do this. In order to proceed, a second credit card number was required, which was definitely something that neither of us was willing to do.
We eventually found a way to cancel my account by clicking on the Because logo at the upper left-hand side of the screen. The page changed, and we were able to cancel my Because account immediately. A minute or so later, we received an email from Because, telling us that my account had been canceled.
While I have no proof of this, and this is just my opinion based on the massive "dissatisfied" reviews given by others, I'm betting that if I had added their No Rinse Cleanser and Flushable Wipes for $10.98, my credit card would have worked just fine, or I would have found unordered items on my second order, as others have reported.
Despite the credit card issue, I did like the pads because they were a little bit thinner and firmer than what I've used in the past. The narrowest part of the pad kept its form a bit better. However, they were only equal to, not better than, the Equate Overnight Pads that Walmart sells for less when it comes to how much liquid is held. For overnight sleeping, one-and-a-half pads were still needed to prevent leakage even with well-fitting underpants. One pad in place and half of another pad, scissor-cut the long way, placed on top of one side of the first pad worked very well.
Overall, I had a mixed experience with The Because Market. While the product was good, the credit card issue was a major problem. I would recommend being cautious when dealing with this company and reading reviews before making a purchase.

I ordered a free sample that's it, but free really isn't free because I had to pay a small shipping fee. I never received the sample and didn't think no more about it until they tried to get $60.18 out of my cash app account which I gave them no authorization to do so.

I called them to dispute, cancel my subscription and told them it was unfair to charge anyone for something you haven't given them a chance to try. They sent products anyway and still charged me $40. I was told my complaint was submitted and that I would be sent an email regarding my refund. I was not sent an email, nor was my money given back as I was told. I was told I had to receive the item and return it at my expense .i could not refuse delivery.the only way to get my refund was to return it sealed . They say easy canceling but they lied. I never got any documents or any notice of this.old people are being coned out of money they may not even afford.as I said *** care pays for medical or any supplies we need.

I placed an order with this company to be billed and shipped on May 20th. Instead of shipping on the assigned date, this company shipped and billed me on April 14th causing my rent payment to reject. This has caused me to have to pay a $100 late fee. On top of shipping product I did not authorize, this company wants me to pay shipping and handling even if I refuse to accept the order. I don't see why I should have to pay for their error. I would like my entire payment of $38.75 returned.
Although I notified them I do not want automatic delivery: 4/18/2022 Received email time stamped 4 am my order was being processed for shipment. Immediately called customer service to stop shipment; was notified already had shipped. Rep unable to solve problem, but pushed me to buy additional items. Paypal notified me account had already been charged.I see many similar complaints. Is it time to initiate action about what amounts to deceptive marketing?

Letisha's first order was processed on 10/25, and we did not hear from *** within the trial period. The refund request was escalated improperly which is why we did not provide an answer at the time, and we apologize for any miscommunication.

On July 31st, I saw an *** for a free 3 pack of Adult Diapers. I filled out the information for these and was asked for my debt card information but was under the impression I was not going to be charged unless i decide i liked them. the samples came in and I did not like the quality of the product so I didnt order any. On Aug 3rd my bank account was debited $155.93. I called the company to tell them I didnt want this product and they said I had to return the box and pay for shipping and $9.00 restocking fee. I was not informed of this and all i want is my money back. I went to ship them back and it was going to cost $63.00 to mail them back

I keep receiving packages from Beacuse Market for someone who no longer lives at my address and has not lived here for years. Ive called many times and even asked for a supervisor but they say that their supervisor is unavailable and that they will call me back after. They also keep saying that they will call the person whos packages are being delivered here but never took action to stop the shipments. My landlord has also called them and they keep sending packages anyway.
Because Market has repeatedly charged my mother for undergarments she only requested monthly. We have tried more than 3 times to call ( phone number is either disconnected or they just hang up) and the email to ask for assistance comes back as a returned email (mailer-***). We can't reach them and they keep debiting my mothers credit card.

We also send reminders via text and email before the first order is processed. We did not hear from *** during the trial period and their first order was processed on 7/31. *** called August 1st and we cancelled future orders, as well as provided our return policy. *** did not want to follow the return policy.
In these cases we do not normally refund, but as of today was have refunded $155.93. We do not cover the cost of shipping the product back. We encourage *** to donate the product they received.

I received from Because Market 9 bundles of pull *** from which I have used two bundles. At least one third of them have been faulty, in that they separate at the tear away seams on the sides with the slightest tug making them impossible to put on. Others are thread bare and others have already started to separate. By using duct take I was able to use a few. I have complied with their directions to return them but they have failed to send a return address and/or refund of $120.99 which was requested by me Aug 22, 2021. I noticed on Complaintsboard.com's report they get an F. Oh how I should have checked with Complaintsboard.com before I did business with Because. I want a refund of $120.99 and warn others of Because being a corrupt business.

11/29 I ordered their product to trial and did not sign up for auto renewal of my shipment. I feel the product was not as shown in their ad and was not useful because of that. I did call and ask to return the unopened product. I could at my expense, but that would cost alot to do. The day I called them I got notice that they had shipped another package that I did not authorize. Now I have over $100 of product I cannot use. I can pay shipping of half that much to get part of my money back. Very unhappy with their fraudulent business practice.
Deceptive online practices. I tried to place a onetime order on the site I never followed through with the purchase by clicking the place order button yet an order was place for a previous product I ordered. The site will not allow you to remove orders from your cart or remove my credit card from the site. This site is so extremely difficult to navigate that you wind up being sent and charged for things you did not order or want.
I ordered 1 shipment of their product. The website asked me to update my info which resulted in another order & refill shipment. They have let me return product but wont reimburse postage even though 1 *** were not requested.
On january 24th I was charged $40.25 by Best Market after I cancelled my subscription on january 19th 2022. So I'm not sure why they charged me for something I cancelled prior. Also their products absolutely *** I want my money back because this ***.

They sent 3 packs of incontinence underwear without authorization and charged my credit card without my permission. They employ delaying tactics to keep from giving refund. They act as if they don't understand I want a refund and to return their product, They sent two packs of L size and one pack of XL They act like they don't know what I am talking about when I call. I reach out to them via text messages and their response doesn't make sense. I don't want their product. It is ill fitting and they were so told. Oh, they have just now charged another $26.00 for what I have no idea. .

Our records show that on January 10th, *** emailed us asking to not ship the product. We responded to the email on January 12th, however the order had already been processed. We advise our customers to contact us 3 days prior to any shipment date to make changes. He explained that the size was wrong, so we tried to process a replacement for the correct size, which is why there was confusion over the charges.

I came across the offer for a free sample of these products. I signed up for it not knowing it would instantly turn into a monthly subscription. I received the box and sent a text to cancel. I canceled on August 3rd. The person I was texting with KEPT asking questions as to why I was canceling. I was very specific. The medical issue I had that caused me to need incontinence products was no longer so I didn't need them any longer. This went on until August 7th when I was informed it was too late to cancel. Truly Truly deceptive. I disputed the charges with my bank. This place is a scam!I have asked probably four times for the return address via email. All they keep sending me is what their return policy is! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY!

Ordered some items with the prerogative to adjust or cancel before shipment.I reached out to Because Market via text message on 09/17 and requested that my order be adjusted in advance of shipment. They did not respond or make any adjustments.Then on 09/18 they texted me that they were sending out the order that I'd initially asked to be modified.I texted them again with displeasure that they'd ignored my previous message and not followed my instructions. They tried to offer me some type of discount good for 30 days or so as a remedy to their blunder. I did not accept it.I asked that my money be refunded to me and that I'd send their shipment back to them unopened. I heard from them once again on 09/20 that they had closed my account per my request.

This is about Because Market. I did order a starter package and was charged a shippinf fee. Order nothing else. And less then a month they send me a box costing *** that I did not order. It was just left by my front door no time to refuse it. It was fast at sending the *** to my bank card. Sometimes it appeared on the statement sometimes it was gone . Called the company and was Told I was responsible for returning it if I wanted a refund . I also was going be charged for returning something I did not order. Had to get an authorized number before I returned to FEDX. Package would be inspected before I got a refund. Ill gladly donate the box of what the sent me to a nursing home. All I want is my refund on what they sent me that I did not order. What a scam. Their making money off of seniors.

Because Market did fraud to me. My credit card co. US BANK caught them and they took action. I told them to not send me any more products and not charge my credit card I was having problems with the rep they harassed me I immediately thought to call my bank and they had made a 99cent charge to see if my card was still active and US Bank caught them in the act. I never believed that they would do this to me. I was a regular customer. Our records show that *** had two open account with us. One had shipments from 1/02 to 2/25. This account was closed on 3/12. The second account had shipments sent out from 3/05 to 2/23/22. The second account was closed on 3/01/22. On 2/23/22 *** contacted us to cancel and we offered a starter pack of a new product for your to try. The trial period for this product was two weeks, but we extended it to two months as a courtesy. You did not contact us to cancel before the first order was processed for the new product. You disputed six charges from us from us from past orders extending back to 9 which were delivered, and we refunded you for all of them.

Again on October 26 they took out another $57.61 with my new card and with no order from me. I called the bank and they said with reoccurring orders they can call the bank and get my new number. Which I find disturbing because I had to close my card due to Because Market. I never ordered and I cancelled in a timely manner! This fraud! They ship an order that I never purchase and called to get my new debit information for the shipment. I called my bank to alert them and they are disputing the charge! This is down right FRAUD!
