I have always ordered from Personalization mall - it has always been my GO TO place for personalized items for gifts.
This time - they dropped the ball.
I placed an order December 28, 2023 (after the xmas rush) and was told on January 8 the item was shipped. I monitored the tracking label for weeks and normally within 2-3 weeks I usually get my item. This tme it was February 2 and no update to the tracking info. So I contacted customer service and they sent me an auto generated response that it was shipped so I contacted their SERVICE department directly and they advised me "something may have happened that they were having issues with large items being delivered to Canada" so they cancelled my order and refunded me my money. I went back on Feb 8 to reorder the same item - only one size smaller so that there wouldnt be any delivery issues - and here we are February 28 and no update to the shipping status from Feb 8 - i'm assuming that I have to go over this scenario all over again so thats a 2 for me and i'm officially done with this company. Too bad - they had a good thing going but whatever happened in upper management or with their shipping companies - its not worth the headache or anxiety. Both of these items were a housewarming for someone who just moved into new home - and now they've been in the home for over 2 months I look ridiculous that I still havent gone to visit them because my "gift" to them hadnt arrived. LOCAL shopping will always still be the best. Hope you all have better luck than I did

Personalization Mall: Disappointing Service and Late Delivery of Christmas Ornaments
I recently made a purchase from Personalization Mall and unfortunately, I am experiencing the same issues that other reviewers have mentioned. I placed an order on December 2nd and it was supposed to be shipped out shortly after. However, it has been 21 days and I have yet to receive my order. I have tried emailing their customer service team, but sometimes I receive a response that seems automated.
I ordered four keepsake ornaments for my pastor's wife, her sisters, and her mom to commemorate the loss of their grandfather and father. It is now almost Christmas and I still have not received my order. I feel like I have been ripped off and it's very disappointing. I even sent an email threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General, but they blocked me from checking the status of my order.
I wrote a review expressing my frustration and then I was able to check the status of my order again. According to the updated shipping information, my order arrived in St. Louis on December 16th at 4:46 am and departed from Des Moines, Iowa on the same day at 4:51 am. However, the last update on December 20th says that it is "in transit, arriving late."
I sent another email this morning, but the automated response said not to expect a reply for a few days due to the high volume of emails they are receiving. I am now out over $50 and I still have nothing to show for it. My order number is *** Personalized Mall, in case anyone cares.
I think the least they could do is apologize and reship my order. This was supposed to be a very special gift and I feel like I have been taken advantage of. It's a very sad situation and I hope they can make it right.

Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from Personalization Mall
I've bought stuff from Personalization Mall a bunch of times and it's always been pretty good. They do a real nice job and the quality is top-notch. So, I figured I'd get some more of those whiskey glasses I got before - I ordered 8 of them this time. But when they showed up, they didn't look as good as the ones I got before. They weren't tinted and they didn't feel as heavy in your hand. When I looked at the glass type from my last order, I saw it was a different kind of glass. I tried to talk to Customer Service, but they weren't any help. The guy told me to send pictures to their QA department. QA got back to me and said "This has been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and they have determined the item was made according to the design parameters created by our Design Department." They said they couldn't give me a refund or a new one because I asked for it to be personalized. But I didn't complain about the personalization - I complained that it wasn't the same glass. They didn't even listen to me and just offered me a 20% discount. I told them to keep their discount and that I'm never buying from them again. They made a few bucks today, but they're gonna lose out on hundreds - maybe even thousands - of future orders.
If you're thinking about buying from them, just get one thing at a time. Don't waste almost 200 bucks like I did on something that's not even that good.

I recently made a purchase from Personalization Mall for a retirement throw that I wanted to have engraved. This was not my first time ordering from them, as I had previously ordered the same item a few years ago without any issues. However, this time around, I encountered a problem with the engraving.
I had included an exclamation point at the end of the first line of text, and when I previewed the item online before placing my order, everything looked fine. However, when I received the item in the mail, I realized that the exclamation point was on top of the word and appeared to be part of it. This was clearly unacceptable, so I contacted Customer Service to see if they could help me.
The representative who answered the phone, Sharon, was extremely curt and rude. She talked over me and told me that the preview clearly showed how the engraving would look, and that it was my fault for not including a space. She offered no assistance and told me that I would have to order another item if I wanted it fixed. I was shocked and disappointed by her lack of compassion and willingness to help.
I had spent over $60 on this gift, and I was hoping that I could send it back and have them find a way to fix it. However, I was left with no other option but to take my loss and never use this company again. I will also be sure to spread the word about my negative experience with them.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the way that Personalization Mall handled my issue. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I believe that their customer service could have been much better. If they had been more compassionate and willing to help, I may have considered using them again in the future. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to others.

I recently made a purchase from Personalization Mall for Mother's Day. I ordered an item 14 days before the big day, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the experience. While there was a banner over the item that initially said it was not available for delivery before Mother's Day, I saw another banner with a coupon code that said if I used the code I'd be guaranteed free shipping before Mother's Day. So, I decided to proceed with the order. After I entered the code, it said I was guaranteed to have it before Mother's Day! I was thrilled and went ahead with the order, and the confirmation message popped up again.
However, about an hour later, someone actually called me on the phone and said they needed to verify my billing address. I found this weird because it was already on the order. She casually asked me if I had noticed that the item was not eligible to be received prior to Mother's Day. I was confused because after entering the code it said otherwise. She said I probably didn't see all the disclaimers because I ordered it using my iPhone! I was a bit frustrated, but I decided to go ahead with the order anyway.
The little pendant I ordered was really sweet, and I'm hoping it will look as good as in the picture. I'll just have to have an awkward moment on Mother's Day when I have to tell her "your gift is on the way!" Despite the issues I had with the ordering process, I'm still excited to give my mom this special gift. Don't even think about ordering from Personalization Mall. If you have any problems with your order, you're out of luck because their customer service is non-existent. They take forever to respond to emails and when they finally do, they don't seem to care about your situation. My grandma passed away recently and I wanted to order an ornament for my family members. But when I got my confirmation email, I noticed that there was an error. I tried calling customer service, but all I got was a voicemail saying that no one was available to take my call. And when I finally got an email response, they told me that they couldn't fix my order, but they had already charged my card and sent it to production. This was supposed to be a sentimental ornament for my family, but Personalization Mall didn't care about that. They didn't even try to empathize with my situation or help me fix the issue. Instead, they suggested that I buy the item again for full price. What a rip-off! It's like they're taking advantage of people during an epidemic. They claim to send your order to production immediately, but they don't have any immediate customer service to help you with any issues. If you want to save your money and get great customer service, go to Shutterfly instead. They're amazing! They gave me a 100% refund on a previous order and fixed my issue right away. I will never go back to Personalization Mall again. They even left a comment below, trying to make it seem like they would help me, but they didn't. Don't fall for it! Save your money and go to Shutterfly!
Personalization Mall Review: Late Shipping, Lost Package, and Extra Charges During Holidays
I placed an order on December 5th from Personalization Mall and it was shipped on December 7th. However, I haven't received any updates from the carrier since December 14th and Christmas is just around the corner. To make matters worse, they charged me extra for shipping during the holiday season. I also placed another order on the same day and although it took longer than the 1-2 business day turnaround they promised, the recipient received their gift just three days after it was shipped. I'm starting to think that my gift is lost somewhere out there with my children's faces on them. Needless to say, I'm not happy at all.
Update - I'm happy to report that I emailed customer service on the same day I wrote my complaint and they responded quickly. They informed me that the third-party shipper had lost my package and they expedited another one which arrived on Christmas Eve. I was so relieved to finally have my gifts! However, I'm still not pleased that photos of my kids were out there somewhere on multiple items along with my address. The person who responded to my complaint on here was not helpful at all. They claimed that my original order had arrived before Christmas, which was not true. They also said that I didn't pay a shipping surcharge, even though it was clearly stated on every order email during the holidays. I placed a few orders and I know for a fact that I paid extra for shipping. They also said that the 1-2 day turnaround was for processing only, but my items were processed, made, and shipped within two days as promised. They just got lost somewhere along the way. So, while I'm grateful for the help I received via email, I'm still not sure if I'll order from Personalization Mall again. Out of all my orders, this was the only one that didn't make it.

I gotta say, my experience with Personalization Mall (personalizationmall.com) was not the best. I mean, I was excited to order some Christmas gifts for my family members, but boy did things go south real quick.
So, I spent $67 on my order and was given a delivery date of December 21. But when I checked the tracking numbers they gave me, I noticed that the items never moved! Like, they were just stuck there forever. I called up USPS and they said they never even received the package! I tried contacting the company's customer support, but no one seemed to be responding to me. I was getting pretty frustrated, especially since it was getting closer and closer to Christmas.
But then, I decided to complain on their website and finally got a response from someone named Jeff Chun. He said that he thinks my orders have been lost by carriers and entered a replacement for me. I was relieved, but still pretty skeptical. I mean, would the replacement even arrive on time for Christmas?
Well, Jeff Chun promised that it would and even gave me a new order number and FedEx tracking number. I checked the status and it said that the delivery date was December 24 by 0800 pm. But when I called up FedEx, they said they haven't even received the package yet! How is it possible that they would deliver it to me on December 24 then?
Honestly, I'm not sure what to think. I appreciate Jeff Chun's efforts to solve the issues, but I'm still pretty frustrated that my original order got lost in the first place. I hope that the replacement arrives on time, but I'm not holding my breath.
Personalization Mall: A Total Rip-Off - Don't Waste Your Money Here!
I got a bowl from Personalization Mall and it was a total disaster. The graphics and personalization were so small that I could barely see them. It was nothing like the picture they had on their website or the same bowl I had bought before. I was so disappointed that I sent pictures of the defects to their Quality Assurance Department, but they were no help at all. They just said that the item was made according to the design parameters created by their Design Department. What a load of baloney!
I had to talk to a customer service supervisor to get a refund, and even then they only did it as a "one time courtesy." They wouldn't even admit that they made a mistake. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. They don't even try to make sure that the pictures on their website match the products they sell. It's a total rip-off.
I attached a photo of the new defective large bowl (with skinny printing of design) next to the previous small bowl that I bought and designed properly (which matched their ad). You can see that the design barely covered half of the bowl's circumference. It's a total scam.
I'm never buying from Personalization Mall again. They have no integrity and they don't care about their customers. If you want to save yourself some time and disappointment, shop somewhere else. Don't waste your money on this company.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Personalization Mall: Unhelpful and Rude Representative
I gotta say, my experience with Personalization Mall has been a real bummer. I was hoping to snag an item that was on backorder, so I put my email on the notification list. A few days later, I pulled up the item on my computer to show my sis what I was planning to order once it was back in stock. But lo and behold, it was already available again and I never got an email about it! So I tried to order it, but it was already sold out. Ugh.
I called up customer service to see what was up, and let me tell you, it was not a good time. The lady I talked to, Sharon, was just plain miserable. She could barely speak English and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain what had happened. She didn't seem to care at all about actually listening to me, and just kept insisting that it was my fault for not getting the notification. But what she didn't seem to understand was that I was talking about a different color that was backordered before, and now it was sold out altogether. She kept talking about a different color, even though she could see that I had requested the white one. It was so frustrating!
After like 10 minutes of this, I finally told her that she wasn't getting it and that she was being rude and ignorant. And then she hung up on me! Can you believe it? I was just trying to give them my money and explain my situation, but she was so unhelpful and unpleasant. I'm definitely going to tell everyone I know about this terrible experience and leave a review wherever I can. No one deserves to be treated like that when they're just trying to buy something.

Coffee Mug customization was poorly done. Lack of proper choices for color and lettering. Looked good on the web site, in person - cheap. Writing Pens also looked cheap and lackluster. Bought for a management team, threw them away.
Products use to be nice in quality and clarity, but in time they have slid off into the a biff. I will now use caution when buying again.
Brocken ornaments!
Hi James D Black here sI received via mail on the date of dec 17th 3 ornaments two of them were broken and one was fine, that's all I wanted was (1) when I ordered so I do have one good one that's all I need. One of them is broken really bad the other one antler is broken off. It seems there was not enough packing in the box. I'm ok just haven the one that is not broken! Delivery Issue
Ordered some Christmas and bereavement gifts on November 28, 2020 (order number - [protected]). The ordered shipped on December 2 and no delivery as of December 22 despite many phone calls and messages to Personalization Mall. I was told by a customer service representative on Tuesday, December 16 that they were having trouble with Pitney Bowes and they can reorder the gifts, but they would not be delivered in time before Thursday, December 17 for my son's Christmas gifts and I was also giving the option to get a refund and received my gift with a late delivery by Sunday, December 21. The customer service representative and I were disconnected before completing the call to process the refund. I called back on Friday, December 18 and another customer service representative stated that she could not offer anything since we had a schedule delivery date but a manger would call me back in two days. The customer service representative was rude to me on Friday, December 18 until I shared some reality with her and my past purchases. A manager was supposed to called me be back on Sunday, December 20 after a verbal promise on Friday, December 18 (I still have not received the phone call as of 12/23 at midnight) and I called earlier today during business hours and they closed early. They have made several inaccurate statements...I have no patience and zero expectations from them. It is waste of time and money to keep reaching out to them.

Anyways, all of a sudden Spam . I was advised that the customer asked them to block me from dealing with Click Better. I was just getting the runaround and then someone asked to rate Clickbetter. What do you think I would do? One day I was having difficulty paying for an invoice . The payment option was by Clickbetter or Pay pal. I did not have a credit card, so I sent you guys an email. A very nice superior, answered me back to fax it and they will take care. So that what I have been doing. The Spam happened on August 25/2019. I was not made aware of it until the customer asked to block me. I found the hard way. I faxed a request and payment was Pay pal I saw this message saying you are blocked. I was shocked.
I asked them to give the customer's name and company's name so that I can send a letter of apology. No one would give me an answer. The amount was for $9.00. I would really appreciate if a higher authority would look into this for me. Now I am stuck and cannot do any dealing with Click better. In the US practically all dealings are with Click better. My last email said I am not getting an answer I shall speak to someone higher.Joebel S sent me an email back saying that support already closed

They have one of the worst customer services in the world. At least, I have never experienced anything worse than this.
I placed an order, paid it, but several minutes later I changed my mind due to some reasons. Didn't know how to cancel it, so I called them to get their assistance. They said that it was impossible to do as the items were already shipped. What? Right after I placed it? What a nonsense!

Not only do they take your money, they won't notify you until its too late when there's an issue with your package delivery. Then you'll either never see it or it'll come months later and not what you asked for. This business also REFUSES refunds after you haven't received your product!
