My husband and visited your Pizza hut in Centerville Iowa on Nov. 14, 2019. The place was pretty empty only 2 other people and us. The hostess seated us right away and said the waitress would be with us shortly. The hostess returned 20 minutes later and the waitress had still not arrived. The hostess then took our drink order but would not take our pizza order. She kept saying the waitress would be coming. In about 10 more minutes the hostess returned with our drinks, and still no waitress. The hostess finally took our order. By this time we were not very happy. It was another 20 minutes our cheese bread sticks arrived. They did not have alot of cheese on them but they were very hot. As soon as the waitress delivered the bread sticks she delivered the pizza. We had ordered a large BBQ pan pizza. This is our all time favorite pizza. We have been coming to this pizza hut for 30 years or more. The BBQ pizza was the worst pizza I have ever seen. There was about 3 inches of crust around very little toppings and sauce. On the whole pizza there was maybe 10 small pieces of BBQ meat, and not very much cheese. The taste was even off. We finally just paid our bill and left. out bill was $32.32. We will never go to this pizza hut again and probably not any other one either as this one is the closest to us.
