Ameristar Casino

On June 6th 2020 I left my truck at the gas station where I met my friend and we rode together to Ameristar in council bluffs Iowa when pulling into the third floor parking garage I noticed trash all over in front of the door so I do the friendly thing and pick up all the trash and throw it away we proceed to go in to the casino which we played for a while then she asked me if I would go out to her car and grab a pack of cigarettes I was not ID the first time on the way past the security desk I told security I'm running out to his cigarettes I'll be right back when I walk back in that same guard asked me for ID which I did not have on me I'm 40 years old let them procedure to tell me that I was banned in barred and then I was trespassing was totally threw me for a loop I walked over to the Holiday inn Express to use the phone to call her and say they were escorting me off the property the security guards followed me all the way to the interstate off ramp and called the police on me which I was not standing on the Ameristar property I was on public property they then proceeded to tell the officer that I was trespassing Ameristar was my favorite casino to go to in 2014 I played over 297,000 through their system before I was put in the nursing home I have never felt so betrayed I spent 10 days in jail with no way to get a hold of anybody to give me out my truck was impounded is it still in the impound lot what's happened really appreciate getting my truck back animal like my owners club membership reinstated my week stay at the Holiday inn Express reimburse because I was in jail at the time because of a Ameristar security I called and spoke with the head Lady of security who was very rude and didn't even seem to care what I was trying to tell her I now have trespassing charges on my record $300 fine $7,000 to get my truck out of the impound lot which I cannot afford right now I I was a high roller at Ameristar for three to four years before I became disabled and was put in the nursing home and I am not allowed back in the casino this needs to be fixed my email address is [protected]@gmail.com
