I have spent thousands of dollars in the casino to get no comp to get no free play to get threatened to be banned because of complained about it it's the worst casino I've ever been to In My Life I would not refer nobody to Ameristar actually I would take him direct them to somewhere else but I feel that I deserve some kind of compensation some kind of free play something for all the money I spent in that casino I'm up there 2 3 4 times a day sometimes spending 20 50 bucks to get what nothing in return nothing

I am disabled and I have a service/support dog and was kicked out of your Ameristar Casino in Council Bluffs, Iowa
I have written to gaming commission twice and have not got any reply as of yet. I also wrote to corporate in Nevada and still no response! I was at Ameristar Casino in Council Bluffs, Iowa and it was December 7th,2022 playing a slot with my dog on my lap which he has a dog stroller and have taken both my dog and stroller for over a year and never had any problems...when I was approached by security and asked if I had a baby in the stroller and asked me to take out the blanket and let her check and I had absolutely no problem with showing her, then she asked about the dog and I showed her his ID card that he was legal, she walked away. The next thing I knew was I was approached by a very large man from security and he got right in my face and told mm that me and my dog had to leave NOW! I asked why and what did I do but he proceeded to yell at me to leave! He told me that the dog had a stroller so it wasn't a service/support dog and I tried explaining that I had document showing that he was but he would not let me explain anything and got into my face and said get your money out of the machine and get out Now...mind you I only weigh 97 pounds and this big intimidating man is in my face yelling and using his size terrified me. As I was leaving him and another security man watched and made sure I was gone. I have never been so humiliated or embarrassed! I did absolutely nothing wrong and to be treated in this manner is unacceptable! I sure do look forward to hearing from you on this matter!

Saturday may 13, I was approached by 5 security guards I was scared for my life an so was my cousin I asked what the problem was an I was told they have had complaints about me verbally abusing someone an there giving me a warning I asked why do you have 5 people surrounding me like i'm a criminal I felt embarrassed, humiliated, an scared i've never been in any situation like this ive been called a black [censored] by one of your waitress, i've had a pair of diamond earrings lost or stolen out my hotel by house keeping, i've gotten told my room would be comped an was charged, an now I feel like discrimination an racial profile is coming in to play i'm african american i'm a big woman I have a deep voice an the way I talk some people may not understand it's not being disrespectful i've been playing at ameristar since it opened an I stop playing there for over 7 years due to some of the similar things I have 17 people that play at ameristar of all different types of race an are are card holders that would write letters stating they have never ever seen me verbally abused anyone at that casino they are assassinating my character due to me being african-american and by the way that I talk an my size an this is unacceptable

Stealing
To whom it may concern I was on the casino 03/04/23 and this lady came to me and said had stole a phone. Well at first I was playing at this machine! And I got up to go get me some more money. I came back to the machine and then I realized someone phone was there, l looked around to see if anyone was there so I took the phone with me to see if anyone would call it.. the lady ask me my name I gave it to her and my driving license
How long it took to cash out
I was on wild goose slot machine downstairs and when I went to cash out the printer disconnected the light went off and I even hit the call attendant button on the two machines next to me. This happened about 115. I waited for at least 30 minutes then I called the casino where they transferred me to security. Security told me that it would show up on an attendants arm. And I tried to explain to security that I had been waiting a long time but he just said it would show up on the standard arm. Well at 215 my boyfriend found an attendant who came downstairs to give me my ticket. He stated it did not come across his arm band. But he was very nice. But security was not. No one should have to wait almost a hour to get a ticket.
Desired outcome: I should have not had to wait almost for 6 dollars.
Hotel service
Honestly I use to like going to ameristar to stay. But after booking a night away to just relax was the complete opposite of that. I had booked a king bed and got two queens which that isn’t a big deal. But when we decide that it was time to call it a night around 10:00, we maybe got 2 hours of sleep before the rooms all around us got back from the casino. Blaring music, punching the adjoining wall, screaming, slamming doors etc up until 4:45 this morning. Then we have our wonderful toilet that was broken wouldn’t flush and would constantly be running loud water. The shower did not get above Luke warm but the sink did get hot so maybe I should have showered using that. Didn’t know I booked a room to be a unpaid Plummer. You’ve got the rooms on the other side of us that clearly were hot boxing the room as you could smell weed all the way to the elevator. When we addressed the issue with the front desk at check out that gal seemed unphased. I was told ya well there was a birthday party. I get birthday parties but guests do also stay there to not party like Tommy Lee and the Montly Crew. It’s just shrugged off to spend $280 a night to “relax” but to be told that the other guest and their party it was fine. But you can be welcomed with drunk half naked ladies being kicked out by security on your way out as a form of entertainment. Ridiculous. Would stay away unless you a big partying maybe try Monarch.

Parking
On Monday February 13th I was parked where I always park my truck and walk across the street to talk to someone I do work for and come back and my truck was gone every one I talked to gave me the run around when I did talk to some rank he didn't even review the video footage I made him aware that I had just went to Walmart no more than an hour before they had it towed and it was correctly parked and further more no warning came across the p.a. and they always give a warning I've done nothing to anyone in this casino and the director responded I guess it just got towed now I have no ride for work and the tow bill is 500$ right now I've missed all kinds of work but I'd been happy if they just get my true out of impound but zero attempts have been made to make this right I don't spend an extravagant amount of money here but I've spent more than enough to pay for a new ride I just want my truck or any vehicle so I can go to work and seems as if a lawyer is gonna be my only chance
Desired outcome: I'd like a truck that I can use to work out of that's not much to ask
Slot machines
This is by far the worst casino I've ever played in walked in with 900 bucks and walked out with.35 all I played was penny slots. Machines would never hit for more than 1.20 cents. Every customer was walking around talking about how breath taking it was too walk in play and not hit for a dime. Don't come here too win. If you wanna just give money away take it too a charity
An employee that works in sports betting
The black lady that wear glasses in the sport bet area is watching my husband of 25years like they are sleeping together, she was with a customer and couldn't do her job because she was watching my man and I stood there watching her while she watching him this was January 2,2023 about 5:30 or 6pm if you roll the camera back you would see it too. I also caught her watching as we were leaving the day before, that's why I'm saying something about this situation.
Desired outcome: Talk to her and if I see again I will be asking for her to be terminated.
Security and casino staff profiling
Me, my significant other, and a close family friend were greeted with blatant disrespect, impartial and circumstantial rules were brought to my knowledge that have never been addressed or brought to my attention any previous time in the 6 years I've been a loyal and respectable Ameristar member and I was harassed and publicly humiliated and talked down to because I might not have presented my appearance to be that of financially significance, or present myself as that of an individual with a high intellectual level and treated less than while a good friend was racially discriminated again and was told to leave
Desired outcome: I would like acknowledgement on wrong doin on you're guys end and good faith and loyalty shows of good faith compensation
Ameristar Front desk check in over charged us twice for over $600.00 & ruined my vacation!
My boyfriend, Anthony D. Baker, called in ahead to Booking.com, made reservations on Oct. 1, 2022 and check out for Oct. 2, 2022 at Ameristar in Blackhawk, Colorado. He paid by his credit card when making the reservations with Booking.com so we headed up to Blackhawk for a surprise overnight vacation for me. When we arrived at Ameristar front desk to check in, we were checked in by the manager herself, (we found out the next day that she was the manager of the front desk check in). She asked if we had reservations but still asked for Anthony's card he used. She then charged his card not once but twice for a total of over $600.00 when we already paid Booking.com for our stay. So now we are looking at a total of $900.00 Charged on Anthony's card that he carefully calculated what we were going to gamble with. That night he had trouble sleeping because his balance he allowed for gambling had vanished and we didn't find this out till we called Booking.com. He then went down to the front desk and asked the manager about this and was rudely treated. I then went back down with him because of the treatment he was getting, was even denied a late check out as we dealt with this all morning! Finally Booking.com got it through this managers head on what happened and she said it would be credited back to Anthony's credit card. Well we didn't know that she charged us twice for one night and that took all our gambling money because it wasn't going to be back on his card until Monday or Tuesday. This totally ruined my surprise vacation, runed both our trip as he was worried on what was going on. The way we were treated was inexcusable, was a vacation turned nightmare and I think we should be compensated for our suffering and disappointment! Ameristar Kansas
My husband was placed in a handicap room. When he requested another room they said he could not change. He ask for the manager and the situation got worst. Keisha came out and spoke to him in a harsh and condescending tone. It was horrible. I was on the phone the entire time and could not believe it. I called the hotel and had a similar experience. She basically said he can take it oh leave. I'm not sure why she would represent your brand in this manner, but this person acts as if she owned the chain. She even told me she could give me her manager phone number as if she was unstoppable. I hate I suggested he stay there now. It was a terrible evening.
Desired outcome: I would like for her to have some training and disciplined. She is on a power trip and its not very becoming.
Ameristar Customer Service
I felt sick after eating at the restaurant in Ameristar and went to the restroom. Upon leaving the restroom, I was met by Raymond saying I showed “signs of intoxication” despite only having food at the restaurant. I was then kicked out of the casino, despite trying to explain the situation. Raymond left no room for me to explain, and forced me to leave the casino floor. I asked if I was able to tell my mother, and he followed me to the table to tell her, at which point she tried to explain the situation, and he forced us to leave. He followed me to the elevators to ensure I left and was overall incredibly rude.
Desired outcome: Compensation. I was attempting to validate the rewards I had accrued on my players card that I was then unable to use

I have played so much money at this casino I'm a blue card, only been playing since end of aug. I've been rewarded 2 nights free and get told today all my efforts of trying to get a room are for nothing. I was told they took them away from me because my current stay at the gambling floor are not long enough. Little do they know how much I play without my card. Sometimes I forget to use it. But how you going to give me something I earned and then take it away and not even say anything. This is wrong .

Parking violation.
On November 7, 2021, A warning Parking Violation (3A) was put on the windshield of my vehicle for parking in 2 spaces. (it was written by Ski). After noticing the parking Violation paper I took a picture of my vehicle and it was not parked in 2 space Parking Violation #4640. I know there is no fee for the violation it's the principle of the situation. After I called the security office([protected]), I said I would like to speak to the security and why I was issued a Parking Violation.
Security officer James came to check it out. after James arrived I showed him my vehicle and he said you are not parked in 2 spaces. I told James I would like to speak to the Security that wrote the warning Parking Violation. James radio the Dispatch that I like to speak to officer Ski. This was when a voice came over the walkie-talkie and told Ski to ignore me and to continue doing what he was doing. I am very good at people using walkie-talkies since I have 60 in my office. James tried to lower the volume but it was too late I had heard the conversation. I asked who was that on the radio. he responds by supervisor Sam. Player # A5051058266.

Sol was rude to her other coworkers sitting around while others worked and she was bossy to her coworkers while she sat around.
Regarding bed and pillows
We had a complimentary room on October 16th at Ameristar in Council Bluffs IA1. We have stayed there before and no complaints. But this time All of our pillows were Lumpy like someone had stuffed them with blankets. they were pillows but Come on. Talk about uncomfortable. Also the bed was lumpy also.
We didn't feel like the casino was that clean either. We always enjoyed going there. very disappointed.
You probably think I should not complain it was complimentary. I just thought we should let you know.
Escalators
I spent the night at your casino on Friday, 8/13/21. First, let me congratulate you on keeping your reputation as the tightest slot machines in Blackhawk. Second, out of 4 escalators, only 1 was in operation. This has been going on for some time. It is obvious that you have little concern for the elderly when you are asking them to either walk up the stairs or walk all the way around the casino to the only working escalator. I will be sure to tell my elderly friends that want to play slots about this.
Hotel
We stayed in a suite last night at the Ameristar Casino in Council Bluffs IA. We pay $320 for the room with a jacuzzi. It was far from glamorous. When you would drain the jacuZZI, the water came up through the sink and made the loudest noise every the entire time it drained. When you washed your hands or used the toilet, there was a very loud noise to be heard from the bed of water bubbling through the jacuzzi. This was late at night and I wasn't able to call for maintenance. The room smelled like smoke (in a non smoking room) and the pillows and bed were extremely uncomfortable. I was aggressively handcuffed by two state troopers on the ameristar casino
On Sunday 7-18-21. I was gambling at crap table there were some chips next to me which no one else was standing there but me as I was shooting I realize the chips and wondered why I sit my chips down but I have done that before to shoot in a different direction. However this lady walked up to her husband and asked where was her chips hearing her I told the lady I may have picked up her chips. She said an amount that I didn't have in my hand so I explained to her that was impossible. So her husband gave her more chips and the startled gambling. I was waiting on sit at poker table when it became available I went there. 5 min later security come ask can they talk to me I said sure no problem. They asked did I pick up some chips I said I believe so but the amount the lady say it was. Was incorrect he said I would be locked up for theft. I said theft. How when I just explained what happened and the fact that I mentioned to the lady on my own I may have her chips. So I asked if they could show me on camera how much the chips were and I would give them back to her. They showed me at the table nothing else and told me I'm being arrested for theft as I'm walking out of the camera room. The trooper graves my arm it startled me so I did snatch my arm back and ask what are you doing why are you handcuffing me I'm telling you I will give her the chips when you show me how much they are. The other trooper grabs me by my hair and neck tells me to stop resisting I'm screaming I'm not resisting he grabbed my arms and tripped me and the other the trooper cuffed me. Then he said. He just going to fingerprint me and give me a trespass and let me go. They fractured my wrist and bruised both my arms which clearly shows the force they were using for one I'm a woman it never took both men to put their hands on me I was never resisting just asking questions and the other officer was going through my purses I asked him why are you in my purse the lost my id as well. I will be getting in touch with cnn ch4 and whomever else I need to because this type of action is clearly prejudice. I tried to cooperate with the misunderstanding but they didn't try to diffuse this situation at all and your security watched them abuse me. Yes I'm filing a complaint against them as well. This type of stuff has to stop somewhere. I am family of officers as well I have the up most respect for the good cops but these type I have no type of respect for any more my first time ever experience racist towards me and clearly this what this was
