Today is 1 May 2023. I tried to make a withdrawal two weeks ago and after a couple of days saw that the money was back in my account. I had to send my documents but no one told me. Up until now nothing I have sent is right. I have sent my I'd three times as well as other documents. I can not send them in a better state. They were photos, not scanned. Not blurry. I am feeling powerless and fed up.
Deposit made
I made a deposit of R400 into Casino Tropez account on 21/11/22 at 23h29 and until now they have not allocated the payment into my casino account. I have been asking them everyday and they keep on telling me their technical team is looking into this. It is now 6 days since I made the deposit the money went off my bank account immediately. I have sent them the proof of payment and have been sending emails and contacted the customer service dept. everyday and they keep on telling me i must be patient and they are searching for the problem.
I paid for a service and now I don't get the service I paid for.
Desired outcome: I want my money allocated to my casino account or refunded to me
Scam
Casino Tropez took the players money when they tried to withdraw. Basically, they never paid the players that won and kept the money of the players who lost. The statistics of all Casino Tropez games is unfairly skewed to benefit Casino Tropez.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Delayed acceptance of ID and POA by over two
Weeks so far - so unable to withdraw my winnings.
