My fiancee a third party and I where asked to leave because my fiancee was to intoxicated. Not one of us in our party had a drink there. Security stopped her in the middle of a roulette game. No fault of hers she lost 50 dollars or so. Not sure exact amount. They wouldn't let us take chips that we did get back to cash in. I don't appreciate being embarrassed by your casino security. Made it seem like we were in a altercation with each other. We were kicked out for no reason.
Desired outcome: Lawsuit/ security leader should be reprimanded

I have stayed at ameristar casino kansas city plenty of times before trouble started happening with the staff and management. I feel like I am being discriminated and targeted on because I am asian. First of all I have never had any problems with checking out an paying my bill. Second I have never had my credit card ran until I checked out. But for some reason a male checked me in I asked if I could charge kids quest to the room. He said yes. So I did. I put my credit card down for deposit. An I usually maybe use a different card to check out with if not I know at times I get direct deposits in before I check out an I always cover my bills. For some reason that guy decided to run my card after he saw that I charged to my room my son play child care. It declined! So they stopped me from charging anything else on there. I was furious because I had never had anyone charge my card until I was ready to check out and take care of my bill! Ever since that day I tried to talk to management about why they charged my card already when I was staying one more day? And the manager said "I wont kick you out" I will let you stay another day...? Really? Kick me out cause me card declined? She didnt even ask me if I had another card to put on file or anything! I already knew that my card wont decline on the day I was gonna check out becausse of my direct deposit that was gonna be on there that evening! I have never complained when I saw cockroaches 2 times in my room on separate occassions. It was gross but they acted like they didnt care at the desk when I told them! So after arguing with managmernt about my charges ant that it got paid with no problem when I checked out. I stayed there again on 01/3/2018. When I left I got an email with charges that the hotel charged me for 65.00 for they said a missing makeup mirror that was mounted to the bathroom wall.. That has a light switch? Why all a sudden almost a month latter they want to bring this up? Why havent they told me about it when I checked in? Or when I was emailing the manager back an fouth? For one... The mirror wasnt there when I checked in, there were wires there hanging out of the wall. I didnt make a big deal out of it. Second I wouldnt even know how to dissemble a mirror from the wall! An take the risk of electrocuting myself? I am gonna fight this charge an dispute it! I wont pay for something I did take. And the night I stayed there on jan 3rd 2018 I was put in a crappy room! There was furniture missing and everything! That same red headed guy that ran my card was checking me in! I feel like that I am really being discriminated against because I am asian an thinking of file charges against ameristar hotel staff and management! And I got a charge for.99 and I kept on asking manager what it was for she would never tell me what it was for! I have her email an mine where I kept asking her an she would not tell me. They tried to charge me again last month for the same charge for my child care that was already posted on my account as paid the lady swore up an down an yelled at me said it was declined.. When I told her no it was paid already I have the proof from my bank she said well you talk to manager about it. I have been talked to in the worst manners that I have ever seen or heard of from who suppose to be nice and customer service people? I have never felt like this before! Management using "kick you out"? How rude is that? I was trying to explain to her what happende but she still dont understand that the day I was talking about was not the day she thought it was! She was going on about me owing.20 cent for the noodle bar!.20 cents? I finally had it after I got the charge today for a mirror I did not even steal! I will take my money an play to another casino where I am vip card holder and gets treated like one not like the way im treated at ameristar! I will make sure I tell my friends and family and public about all this and the roaches that I took pictures of! I didnt make a big deal about it but now I will... Thinking of getting a lawyer to file discrimination on them too. This is the worst ever!
unethical behavior
On Saturday July 29, 2017 @ approximately 2:00pm, I was in Ameristar Casino looking for a machine I wanted to play. I saw an unattended penny machine (don't know what type it was). I went over and sat down only to have a woman, sitting at the machine beside me, tell me that the machine I was on belonged to someone else. I said, "I don't see anyone's name on the seat." This woman told the girl on the other side of her to save her machine for her and she left. In just a few minutes, this huge black man weighing approximately 350 pounds walked up to me and told me that the machine I was sitting at was his machine and that he had gotten up to go get some more money to play on the machine with. I got up and my husband and I left. I was very upset over this incident and my husband and I discussed it on the way to the parking garage. My husband encouraged me to report the incident. I drove to the front of the casino, left my husband in the vehicle and went in. I talked to the man at the front desk who called security for me. I informed security of what had happened at the penny machine and why I got up and left. Security told me that I should have called them when it happened. I told security that I did not know that I could call them. I also told security that I was so mad and upset about the incident that I was not thinking and did not know what to do except to just get up and leave. I did know my husband though. He was ready to "call" the man out on it but it would have started an altercation. Since we are both 86 years old and the black man looked to be about 40 and was huge, I did not want my husband or myself to get into any type of altercation with this man. If I see him there again, I will certainly report him. Thank you!
Customer service
I was visiting a friend who is a dealer at Ameristar's Vicksburg property, as I do often, I set talking with her for a little close to an hour and wasn't playing any money. My friend went on break and shortly after we both return to her table and continued to talk, still I'm not playing any money. A few minutes later a guy walked up to play and so that I wouldn't distract my friend I prepared to leave, a table supervisor told me to leave since I wasn't playing, I responded that I didn't know that was policy to my friend and once again in a rude manner and loud so that others around could hear, that same supervisor said yeah you have to leave the table if you aren't playing. I was so embarrassed and shocked. If that's how staff talks to guest I will never play at any Ameristar! I'm disgusted.
Accused of Stealing
PLEASE DON'T EVER PICK UP A SLOT TICKET IF YOU FIND ONE LAYING AROUND IN THIS CASINO OR STICKING OUT OF A SLOT MACHINE (WITH NO ONE PLAYING THE MACHINE). I WAS SITED FOR DOING JUST THIS. I SAT DOWN AT A SLOT MACHINE TO PLAY AND AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES NOTICED THAT THIS MACHINE HAD A MONEY TICKET STICKING OUT OF IT THAT THE PRIOR PLAYER MUST HAVE LEFT. I PULLED THE TICKET OUT AND LOOKED FOR ANYONE THAT MIGHT BE AROUND THAT HAD LEFT IT BEHIND. BECASUE I COULD SEE NO ONE, I USED THIS TICKET FOR PLAY IN THE MACHINE. ABOUT A HALF HOUR LATER AND AFTER SWITCHING TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT MACHINES, I WAS APPROACHED AND ASKED TO COME THE THE CASINO'S OFFICE WHERE I WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING, READ MY RIGHTS, FINGER PRINTED, AND HAD MUG SHOT PICTURES TAKEN. I WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT I COULD NEVER RETURN TO THE CASINO AGAIN. WHEN DISPUTING THE ALLEGATION OF STEALING, I WAS CALLED A LIAR. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER STOLEN FROM ANYONE AND THE FACT THAT I WAS CALLED A LIAR WAS EVEN MORE UPSETTING TO ME. I MUST NOW AWAIT A COURT DATE AND ATTORNEYS FEES. I STILL CANNOT BELEIVE THIS HAS HAPPENED AS IT SEEMS LIKE A BIG NIGHTMARE. SO I AM WARNING ALL TO PLEASE NOT EVER, EVER PICK UP A MONEY TICKET AT AMERISTAR - THAT IS IF YOU STILL CHOOSE TO PLAY THERE. I KNOW I NEVER WILL!
I'm also going thru a Nightmare with AmeriStar casino. My situation was I was playing a Slot machine and Won (doesn't happen often no matter what they say) $1200.00
After being paid out and continuing to play the machine minutes later my wife noticed 5-$100 bills laying by my machine- thinking I dropped it - picked it up and continued to play. Two days later the casino called me and asked if I picked up money from the floor at the casino, I said yes I picked up money I dropped - they said someone else dropped the money. I wanted them to show me proof the money was someone Else's. They said they did not have to - I returned the money to the casino the next time up there and the Gaming commission issued me a ticket for 3rd degree theft. Still in the process of defending myself.

I would have not used the ticket I might have called an attendent, and perhaps an attendent would have kept it for themselves, who knows what happens to money that has been turned in. I do know for a fact that I will never go back to Ameristar again. I don't drink but was there for my 50th birthday and my freinds and I just got there and what the heck, we were staying there so why not they sold us a drink at the bar, and then they said we looked intoxicated and we would have to leave. I am still wondering why they go around wanting you to drink and you have one and because someone was jealous we were having fun and they had to work, found out all one has to do is to say they think your acting intoxicated and they will have you leave. Did not make sense to us that they ask four people to leave that would have spent enough money in the gaming to pay wages for the evening of the 5 security guards that was not even needed! THEY WILL SET YOU UP!
I understand your experience at Ameristar Casino with ticket. From past experience I have had the samething occur to me, but found that in some states, like Colorado where I reside in, that it is illegal for ANYONE to claim unattended money. I partially agree with this but I have always wondered where the money actually goes? I was released and given a warning due to my cooperation. I just now AVOID the money and usually call for security to come retieve it, so responsibility is theirs and not mine. So I simply just don't take whats not mine.
Harassment & Retaliation
As an employee with the company, I was constantly being harassed by my supervisor. I reported 3 separate incidents to my manager, only to have the supervisor get worse after each complaint because he knew that I was complaining about him.
