I placed online order at this Bodybuilding online store which I thought credible and SCAM free. My payment was done through international money transfer since we don't use credit card/pay pal here in China in ordering online because of the SCAMS and FRAUDS we have encountered. We tried Western Union as one of they're payment options but here in China they wont process transfer with Bodybuilding.com since they're not a registered company?. So Bodybuilding.com customer service advised me to make payments by International Money Transfer from my bank to their US Bank account. I made payment last August 28. I had to follow many times with them regarding my order but until now they haven't shipped my order. Both my bank and their bank have confirmed that the money went through, but this company would confirmed and acknowledge it.

I subscribed in bodyfit annual membership on 25 November 2022 using my credit card to access the workouts , the Money was deducted from my bank account , currently when i login to bodyfit , i find the workouts are not accessible and needs to subscribe again to watch it ,
I made an order online from bodybuilding.com & the following day they cancelled my order and charged my debit card. I tried getting through their customer support but no response. How can we take action to get our money back?
I older over $100 worth of product on November 10. I payed for 2 day shipping an have only received half my order. It has been 5 days.

I replaced the order and the payment via wire transfer but after 2 weeks they always said when/once the payment received we will shipped out you should be waiting the email notice. It's bull ###. I never buy from this shop. NEVER, NEVER
I order my supplements 18.02.2015 and now is 21.03.2015 and still nothing. Location qatar Doha
Placed my order on 1st July 09, mid August and no sign of my order. Cancelled order in August 09 and to date no refund! Keep receiving email confirmations promising a refund will be made within the next 3-5 days... same promise repeated by different reps from the company.
An absolute headache! I placed the order with these guys as their website come across really impressive and they seem to be very successful but if this company operated this way in UK, I’m sure Trading Standards would be on them like a ton of bricks! I would never order with this company again, and warn all my friends and family too.
Now I’m out of pocket and well stressed out because of their poor customer service. Had I known these guys were going to turn out like this, I would have paid more and placed my order with a UK seller. Now I know it is crucial to check out reviews on any international seller before placing an order, had I done that in the first place, would have saved me hours that its taking to get a refund from bodybuilding.com
I paid for an international service to Mexico, and they said they shipped September 25th, and on November 27th they did the refund just for the prodcuts, not for the shipment, cause i didn't get my products, they say it was because of Customs, but i have asked them more than 11 times for a bill of lading or an invoice showing they sent the package and they don't want to refund me the carrier (60 usd), and i don't have any proof they sent the package, how can i be sure they did send it. Maybe it is a fraud with the shipping charge, they keep it and never send the package, refund the products and they keep the money for the shipping costs without sending it and those ar (60 usd) for doing nothing.
Please help!
