I only recently began using bodybuliding.com and let me tell you something. They have the fastest shipping and quickest acting customer service of any online shopping site I've ever used. Not only did I receive my purchase ahead of the planned delivery date but even when I made a mistake in my order they were willing to respond to my questions individually and address each issue as presented. I will be using this site exclusively for all my supplement needs from now on.
I had an order shipment price and processing error
I had an order shipment price and processing error online. Called the customer service line, wasn't on hold long at all I was shocked. The guy was super helpful I explained, he fixed and everything was fast simple and smooth, as the way we dream we could get customer service. I would continue using this site just because they get their job done and done right and it will keep me away from websites who do not know how to do their job or be honest with their customers or even just helpful.
Fast shipping and great service
I placed an order and the site had crashed. Thinking it didn't go through, I went back and tried again. Turns out both my orders went through separately, so not only did I pay for two orders when I only wanted one, I paid separate shipping. I immediately emailed service, but didn't get a response. I got my products the very next day, which I wasn't expecting and still hadn't received an email. The next day I was going to call but finally received an email back saying it was their mistake and they refunded me the entire second order and shipping and told me to keep the product. They surpassed my expectations and were extremely friendly.
THE place to go for supplements
I tried other sites, but this site is WITHOUT A DOUBT the website to use to get supplements and things for working out. I have ordered from this site on numerous occasions and have never had any issues. I get extremely fast shipping without having to pay extra, and it gets put out for delivery right away. Just recently I placed an order around 4:00 p.m., and it was already out and to the next destination the very next day. You get the product you order and right away. I have also used the forums here to gain a lot of good knowledge about things. It is very helpful. I have not used anything else on this website to rate, but the store and forums are top notch, unlike other supplement sites out there. As a cheap alternative to the expensive GNC and other 2nd rate supplement sites with shady shipping and refunds, I now do all my business on bodybuilding.com. Great site.

Company is ignoring client requests and pushing non-existant products
I've had some products purchased form them and then canceled my subscription. After this, the company has been non-stop emailing me about a subcription that I have and is currently out of stock. For a whole year.
I've contacted them multiple times only for them to tell me what I already know - I have no account with them and I have no subscriotions with them. Still, for a whole year and currently, they continue to email me with "Your Subscribe & Gain Item is Out of Stock" offering other products.
Every single time, I contact their support. By now, they simply close my tickets without even replying and... yes, continue to email me that spam. I've requested for them to delete my data, which they seem to ignore too as they continue to email me again and again.
Thus the 1 star, for a completely horrible view of their clients or ex-clients (they seem to be confused as to whether I have an account) and mishandling of user data, unsolicited spam, and GDPR breaches. Sadly, they are US-based so they don't seem to care about user-data legislation present in Europe.

I apologize in advance if I become a bit unprofessional due to my frustration with this company. Bodybuilding.com and FedEx have been very dishonest with me, especially Bodybuilding.com. On October 8th, 2020, I ordered supplements worth $431.90 from Bodybuilding.com. I chose the fastest shipping option through FedEx, which was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days, and I paid around $76 at the time of purchase. Now, let me explain the real issue I discovered after speaking with Bodybuilding.com customer service. It has been two weeks and I still haven't received my shipment. When I contacted customer service about the delay, they informed me that it was due to the weight of the package. My first question is, why didn't they provide a disclaimer about potential delivery issues if the package exceeds a certain weight? I trusted Bodybuilding.com and ordered two months' worth of supplements at once. Now, their customer service representative is essentially saying, "Surprise, you idiot, we scammed you!" If exceeding a certain weight can cause significant delays, they should have mentioned it beforehand. If the customer service representative knows about this issue, then the warehouse team or shipping department must know even more. I would have ordered separately for each month if I had known. And please don't try to use excuses like "policies" or "terms and conditions." There are plenty of companies like yours. Specifically, there's a company called *** that not only collects taxes and duties in advance for a better customer experience but also provides information on weight limits to avoid package delays. Shady companies like yours only care about collecting credit card details and nothing else. Your job is done once you receive payment from the customer. I also own a business, and I can assure you that terrible customer service will not lead your company to success in the long term. The problem I am currently facing is that FedEx has the worst customer service in the world, in my opinion. I don't know of any shipping company that hangs up on its customers 20 times. They are not helping me at all and constantly hang up on me when I inquire about my shipment. Since October 15th, 2020, my shipment has been stuck, and there have been no tracking updates whatsoever, despite both FedEx and Bodybuilding.com stating a delivery time of 2-3 days. I either want a refund or for my order to be delivered. As the shipper, Bodybuilding.com should be able to contact FedEx and take the necessary action regarding my shipment. It would be somewhat understandable if there was at least some progress, but that is not the case. All that happens is I contact FedEx, and they hang up on me. When I email them, I receive a generic response after 7 days. What kind of company takes 7 days to reply? The same goes for Bodybuilding.com. I emailed them over a week ago and haven't heard back. If you cannot provide customer service, then you should consider closing your business. I have been a customer of Bodybuilding.com for around 7-8 years, and I can say that the customer service has gotten worse over the years compared to the friendly and helpful staff they used to have. I'm not just saying that; I mean it, and I can prove it. I even remember the name of one of Bodybuilding.com's customer service representatives - "***." I'm sure he is no longer with the customer service team. That's the level of customer service Bodybuilding.com used to have, where an average customer like me would remember a representative's name who provided tremendous help with everything. Now, Bodybuilding.com doesn't even respond to emails. Anyway, I want my shipment delivered. If you cannot deliver it, then I demand a full refund. If you try to use legal terms to avoid taking action, let me make it clear that if I don't see a satisfactory resolution to this delay, I will involve my attorney. I don't mind losing $500 worth of my shipment, and I am willing to pay $5,000 or even $50,000 to my attorney to teach both of these companies a lesson so that future customers don't have to go through this. Now, please don't even think about replying to this complaint saying that you can't help with customs. I already know that you can't. I also know what you can do. Since you are the shipper, can you at least ask FedEx to take the necessary action to release my shipment? For over a week now, I have no idea what has happened to my shipment. Is it lost, stolen, or destroyed? If nobody tells me, I won't know, right? Therefore, I request that you deliver my shipment as soon as possible or take the necessary action that needs to be taken. I don't care about your policies. If no one helps me, I will proceed with a lawsuit based on how my money was taken from my credit card and the complete lack of customer service from both you and FedEx regarding the whereabouts of my shipment. Here are my three options: 1) Deliver my order. 2) Refund my order via store credit (since my credit card has been permanently closed). Even MasterCard considers your company to be fraudulent, suspicious, or high risk. My bank shut down my credit card on the same day I paid your shady company. 3) Tell me the exact date when my shipment will be delivered.
No commercial invoice for the product purchased
I placed an order from India for a protein supplement from bodybuilding.com.
First, they emailed that product not available and if I can't wait then they would refund me back the money. I requested for the refund and then all of a sudden got another email that the product has been shipped.
Their shipping partner FedEx asked me for the commercial invoice for clearance from the customs station in India.
When I wrote to their service centre they provided me with a bill from some other entity without the product details and incorrect bill amount.
The customs station in India for the obvious reason has not yet released the product.
When I am writing to them repeatedly there's no response from their end.
Horrible experience. First they take the entire money upfront alongwith the shipping fee and then they don't provide a proper commercial invoice. Now I tend to loose my entire money which was around USD200 and not getting the product or any response.

Order not delivered — customer service nonexistent
I placed an order for some products on November 27, 2022, and they have yet to be shipped. I was provided a tracking number but since December 2, 2022, there has been no change on the UPS website ("Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet). There are theoretically three different ways to contact Bodybuilding.com's customer support: 1) email, 2) phone, 3) live chat, and I have tried all three without any success. My emails go unanswered; the voicemail message directs me to the live chat option, and the virtual assistant on the live chat tells me there are no agents available and asks me to send an email.
Desired outcome: I would like to resolve the issue with my order. My card was already charged. I would also like Bodybuilding.com to offer at the very least acceptable customer service. This is just pathetic.
Non Delivery of a recent order
I recently purchase some supplements from Bodybuilding.com (12/07/2022). They charged my credit right away but have not delivered anything at this point.
This is normally not the case.
Calling them leads nowhere, you are on hold for 10 minutes then an automated voice comes back and says no one is available and to try live chat, then hangs up.
Live chat is impossible to find, I had to ask the bot for live chat. Which promptly tells me no one is available and to email them.
I have sent several emails and have not gotten any response.
Feels like I have been ripped off.

Avoid at all costs
First thing I would like to say is that what they do is unfair. I know that many companies follow the same scheme, but it doesn't make it better.
I was charged right after my purchase. And then I had to wait for over 2 months to receive my order. To be honest, I already lost hope, but all of a sudden it arrived.
The matter is that I paid the money for my order and an expedited shipping, I don't want to wait forever. Don't want to be charged without any guarantees...
And an express shipping is a synonym for "fast", if the bodybuilder.com team doesn't know it...
Really poor unprofessional customer service
For around 2 weeks my shipment is late and missing but the customer service keep advising me that i have to wait 20 business days first but when i called DHL they confirmed that it looks missing and the company must call them and make a claim about the shipment so that they can investigate about where is it now
No one from bodybuilding.com was willing to do this step and try to go the extra mile and understand what is happeneing and assure me as a customer
Highly unprofessional
I have purchased vitamins from www.bodybuilding.com website and it took a long time to get my order. Their delivery service is the worst ever! First of all delivery took forever and they did not give me a tracking number. Customer service wasn't able to locate my order and had no tracking number.
Later I was charged extra $40 for customs! I will never buy anything from Bodybuilding, they are highly unprofessional and unreliable.
Beware of this company
I've placed an order #[protected] on 27th April 2016 after so many attempt of checkout. Item was shipped on time and was expecting an delivery on second of week of May.
The Courier service in India is Aramex and will never ever use there service in my life, tried once to deliver and afterward they haven't tried to reach me.
As the Custom process is not clear with courier, they randomly inform that you need to pay 5000/-Rs etc and when we ask for the Custom Receipt they show there generated document.
Last week when I went to there office and after inquiring about my courier, finally they traced it.
But to my surprise the package was damaged, So I cant accept the damaged piece.
So here comes the funny part, when I raise a complaint with Bodybuilding.com, they are saying me

What I can do for you today is I can offer a 20% refund as in-store credit for the product price of the order.

Partial refund issue
Ordered many items from www.bodybuilding.com and decided to return everything in order to get a refund. Before I sent everything back I contacted Bodybuilding team and asked if it was possible and they said sure and told that I'll be given a full refund. They received the items and refunded only one! I contacted them immediately again and asked why didn't they refund all the items and they said that was probably a mistake and told me not to worry. One week later they refunded another item! I was super angry and called them asking for a FULL refund and they said ok again! Well, these guys still owe me and their service is a total joke. I wasted so many time arguing with them and after all these months they still cannot give all my money back! Beyond ridiculous!
The company sent a defective item and didn't want to replace it
I have ordered some stuff from www.bodybuilding.com, but the order arrived already defective, so I informed the seller and asked to replace it or provide new one. Worst Service ever/ No valid tracking number

Never ever buy anything from bodybuilding.com if you're outside the US. I ordered some pre and they gave me a tracking number (which DHL doesn't track in SA apparently or so they say). It's been almost three months and I still haven't got anything. I even spoke to DHL South Africa/ Customs and the Post office and they say that the tracking number provided is invalid. Every time I mail bodybuilding.com or contact them, they take no responsibility and give me the same response that seems like a template and that I'm not actually addressing a person. They just give me a response giving me my tracking number(that isn't valid) and a link that goes to their site stating they are not responsibIe for shipping.t's like nobody at that company actually does anything. Customs say the package hasn't even entered SA. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I advise you never buy anything from them if you're outside the US

Late delivery
My package has never come. I have accomplished my duties, but Body Building has never delivered my order.
As feedback, they offer me a credit on their store. But the credit doesn’t include the shipping tax. Oh! So I have to pay for the shipping tax once again, not even sure if my package is going to be properly shipped?
They reassure me it is the costume agency problem. But I ask them: did I make business with Costume Agency? Did I pay to Costume Agency?
They have the responsibility to guarantee I am having my order. And they don’t.

On 29th Oct I had placed an order (2 Smart Shaking cups). It was mention on the web site that delievery may take from 8 to 20 business days, which means what by today I should have received my order. I have contacted your online chatting service to follow up the delievery and 4 times I was giver different information like: order is on the way / its in UAE custom / its will be delievered in few days. I have also contacted Global mail to track the order and they requested me another code (UN number) which is related to Emirates Post.
DHL Global Mail advised me that this code should be provided by you, and when I asked live chat person Anna today, she told me that you don't have it and advised me to wait although she does not now for how long.
I'm very disappointed with your service and although I'm a big fan of bodybuilding.com this problem leaves a bitter taste.
I would like to request you to provide me correct UN number as well as inform me where is my order and when I'm supposed to receive it.
