Our leveling system stopped working and we took Our 2019 Forester class C rv in for service on July 5th. Rodent damage was found in the electrical motherboard. New parts were ordered. It is October and our RV is still not road ready. Our insurance company said it would take 8 man hors to complete the work. The technicians do not know what they are doing and have been on the phone with multiple company costumer service dept. Trying to put our RV together again. We have missed the entire camping season and do not get any updates from camping world unless we call them.
They seem annoyed that we are calling and always have another new reason why our RV Is not ready.
Desired outcome: I wanted my RV road ready.
Camping World - 2021 Forrest River 37FLH
My wife and I purchased a 5th wheel trailer in June 2022 in Oakwood, Georgia. Camping World pulled the trailer to the lot we rented and first rattle out of the box the Bedroom AC did not work. It took 4 1/2 weeks to get an AC. My wife and I had to stay in a Hotel during that time due to it being Summer. That was extra $ 4,200 we didn't count on. After the AC was fixed there were issues with the Black and Grey Tank Sensor. Camping World of Georgia sent a a Technician out to fix it which he did but when he made the repairs he duct tape the bottom under belly and when we pulled it back home Louisiana we had wires hanging down for God knows how long and damaged all the wiring. Duct Tape should have never been used. When we got the Trailer back to Louisiana the closest Camping World to us was in Jackson, MS. I took the Trailer there in October of 2022 to get Warranty work done. Camping World said I had to get the roof conditioned to keep up the Warranty so my Wife and I did that. They also Winterized the Trailer which I never asked for. Camping World of Jackson, MS. called me on a Saturday and asked for us to come and pick our Trailer up I said I will be there tomorrow (Sunday) when we got there there was no one to go on the walkthrough with us. but they wanted the Trailer gone or we would have to pay daily rental storage. I pulled the Trailer to Illinois after setting it up we found out that when the Jackson, MS. Camping World performed the Winterization on our Trailer they blew all the seals out of both Toilets, the kitchen sink and the outside shower. In Illinois the Camping World did not have a Service Technician to come out. I told them the issues and they did not offer to cover anything. Now our Refridgortor Compressor Circuit Board has gone out and Camping World of Braidwood, IL. has strung me along with dates on replacing it. They have given me 3 different dates and did not honor any of those dates. They are telling me mid-September now
Desired outcome: I need Camping World to Honor their commitment in a timely manner with Satisfactory Craftsmanship or I have no other choice but to seek legal.Regards,Michael W. Little
