There should be a senior citizen account version for elderly people who do not have devices or understanding to use digital versions for which we are egregiously paying without benefit. We have also not had one iota of benefit from the premium issues which are utterly irrelevant to old people. We used to be able to receive credit for being out of town (which family illness requires a lot of these days). All of these extra charges without any benefit hit us very hard on our limited retirement income. We have been long-standing customers.

Chicago Tribune - Still waiting for refund check for 221.00 since June
billing statement and my ex-husband name removed. There was no change of address. I have been paying the subscription out of my own checking account for over 30 years. I should have known that this was not going to be easy. The young lady I talked to (who didn't have a good grasp of the English Language) kept telling me how sorry she was. I later found out that she mark the account as deceased not divorced.I found this out on the third call to the company. I was told that they couldn't transfer money from the old account [protected] to my new account [protected]. Each time I call, I get apology and promise that it will be escalated to a supervisor. Today when I called couldn't get thru, due to a high call volume. I am tired of waiting and calling. I just want my refund. Kathlleen McManus
