Working for this location is horrible. The management is lacking customer service and lacking communication with employees. When an employee ask for their review, to make sure they are properly performing and so they will excel in their positions, they are denied. Ironically the employee was permanently taken off the schedule and assumed to been terminated with NO reason. Oddly no one officially terminated the employee, it was assumed. Only reason that would make any sense is because employee was displeased with manager and directed to someone above him. The issue with that is, that person was bias because she is in the same inner circle as the manager and protects his actions. Work environment is hostile and very bias. Manager does not take responsibility for his actions, when management is tardy, employees do not get credit for the time that they have to wait, even though they were punctual. Manager also belittles both employees and customers.Several people have been forced out due to their practice. This location does not care about their employees.
