I was in an accident with one of American Alliance’s insured on 8/24/2023 at 9 am. She crossed blindly and illegally three lanes of traffic to enter a McDonald’s parking lot. I was approaching the green light to turn right and she crossed in front of my car. I slammed my brakes but still collided with her vehicle. She was shady about giving me her insurance and she folded her papers back but I was able to confirm her policy and her as the policy holder, but American Alliance is the most awful company possible. Every time I’ve called I’ve waited anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes or more waiting to even talk to a person to file a claim and get updates on my claim. She has not reached out to her insurance at all and I know she won’t, because she was at fault for the accident. This company is truly pathetic and a scam, I feel bad to anyone insured by them or is hit by one of their drivers. This company is garbage! I just want to close my claim because it’s not worth getting no where and going in circles, calling, leaving a voicemail, getting NO CALL BACK! Just close my damn claim, I don’t want it with you guys anymore, you’re not going to do anything about it. You won’t even reach out to the person who caused the accident who you insure!
Desired outcome: Closing of claim with American Alliance Casualty Group, immediately!
