I placed an order with ftd.com on the 14th of april. The flowers were sent to my daughter for her birthday on the 16th of april. The delivery person handed his phone to her to sign and then told her to swipe to accept the delivery! What the heck! We don't know who touched the phone before her! The manner in which this delivery was handled was unprofessional and unnecessary particularly with the current environment we are living with! This needs to stop!
Your website {ftd.com} specifically states that "no signature" is required! I am so upset right now that I could spit! I sent an e-mail to [protected]@ftd.com on the 16th, I filed a complaint on the 16th and followed up "again" on the 20th of april!
I have not received a response and feel totally and completed disrespected and disregarded. I spent $122.23 for this order! I can assure you that I will never use ftd again and will let anyone and everyone that I know hear about it!
