I ordered tires online Nov. 9, 2019, tires was suppose to arrive in 3 to 4 days.I did not receive a E- Mail until 2 weeks later. Went and made an appointment to have tires installed. Appointment was for Dec. 9, 2019.When I got there for the installation appointment at first they could not find the tires, after about 30 min. they found 3 of the 4 tires. They had to order another tire.The counter person told me it would be in 3 to 4 days and Sam's Club would send me a E-Mail. The counter person also told me that I would not have to make another appointment, that they would install the tires right away since it was Sam's Club fault that all the tires was not there.No E- Mail, I called Sam's Club Dec. 19, 2019 at 4:14 was put on hold for 29 min. and nobody picked up.went to Sam's Club Dec. 21, 2019 at 12:30 they told me the tire was in, but I had to wait about 6 1/2 hours to have them installed.That is unaceptable it should not take 1 1/2 months to get a set of tires.I am very unhappy with this service.
