That. I was at the reservations and I had a room and I called the reservation department on a Saturday and Sunday and they told me to hear register me as a rewards person six times then when I finally spoke to a supervisor the following Monday he told me he know I didn't come there to waste my time trying to complain about someone and he did apologize for their behavior five representative enter me into loyalty program and he didn't do that so customer care they put me on hold for 17 minutes were laughing our they were rude and hung up on me and I tried to get corporates phone number someone refuse to give it to me told me they don't have Curtiss number hung up on me as a customer relations department was very rude and I was lied to about that if I entered into the royalty program that I won't give money or points they said it's either or how do you say this point and I went to tennis camp and I call for 3 hours straight the Monday of my stay just to get their information correct and certain role and to see if I get some money to compensate full free roam cuz I was treated terribly I was lied to again a supervisor told me you know I didn't come there just to complain and I told him I was at the restaurant so I'm not just sitting around he said well enjoy your dinner I know you don't want to waste your time or my time he didn't even apologize for how I was treated from the customer care Department in the reservation Department lying to me and I stayed their two Mondays ago my name is Felicia Carter and I would like to be compensated and I would like a call back in an apology and all I did was hang up on me they kept lying to me said they enrolled and they took all my information and they'd never enrolled me until the supervisor did it and I went to the seven times and the phone calls can be tracked by my phone number please give me a call back bye bye, I want EXPECT RHIS ROOM QAS BEAUTIFUL BUT RESERVATIONS PEOPLE AND CR TERRIBLE RUDE AND LIES, KEPT ME HOLD 37,17 MINS, THAT U PROFESSIONAL!
Desired outcome: Free stAY!!! AS QELL AS APOLOGY ,A LADY SaiD SHE IS THE ACCOUNT EXEC AND takes care of onky in bad STAY AT HITEL everything I adk for corporate number they refused ,lied said WE DT HAVE IT AND THE CUSTOMER RELATION WERE RUDE!!!
