Burger King - Drive thru operator

Sunday, September 24th approximately 6:15 pm.

I was trying to place an order on the app. I was having trouble with it so I decided to go thru the drive thru. I asked the man at the window if he could help me and he said, no. He said I needed to do it myself. He was very arrogant and rude. I asked him his name, he said he did not have to tell me. I thought maybe there was a language barrier so I asked for a manager in Spanish. He said there wasn't one the proceeded to tell me to move along and then gave me the middle finger, I have a picture of him! He told me to [censored] off and get the [censored] away all in Spanish.

Desired outcome: I would like someone to call me.

Like all blacks and Mexicans he probably has a criminal record and cannot graduate high school because he used crack to kill his brain cells. He needs to be departed. You all need to go home.

I bet he has a huge criminal record. Most blacks and Mexicans do. That is why he can only work in fast food, or retail instead of a real job. NO background check

I hate all Spanish and black people. You may call me a Karen, but they are lazy, they commit crimes and hurt innocent people. They do drugs. he was probably hi when he was at work.

Sadly this incident made me so upset that I took my anger on my granny. She is having me charged. I ended up really hurting her because of them.

Also, there is obviously a language barrier, you asked for his name, and he told you he did not need to tell you, and you did not understand what he was saying. There was a language barrier because you yourself cannot comprehend simple English. Not only that you seem to mistake no for rude.

Burger King - Employee

To whom it may concern:

I was at the drive-thru at the Burger King at 7133 W. Dempster in Niles, Il 60714. The cashier at the drive-thru window was so rude and disrespectful and wasn't willing to help in any kind of way when I was asking her about the coupon I had on the app. She also stated to me that I should be ready and don't be holding up the line because other people are behind me. I felt very disrespected by her attitude and the way she was treating me and my wife. Her attitude was really bad and she also lied to my wife stating that she didn't have croutons for the salad and it was in the bag. Please will you look into this matter and give me a response back.
