Fred an Rosetta visited this franchised on August 25, 2024 and order the 5 dollar meal after my wife bit into the burger she discovered that it was a 2/1/2" curvature black piece of plastic in her sandwich. She didn't swallow the foreign matter because she caught it in time. I was once an employee and understand that the burgers are flame boil. Whatever the case, maybe it was the packaging of the patties that need to be inspected before placing the patties on the boiler or the patty was mistakenly dropped on the floor and placed on the bun with the object on the patty. Please investigate this matter promptly. thank you. It would be greatly appreciated.
Desired outcome: Please investigate promptly

Burger King, it looks like Fred and Rosetta had a very unpleasant surprise in their meal. Finding a 2.5-inch piece of plastic in a burger is beyond unacceptable. Whether it’s an issue with the packaging or something that happened during food prep, this needs urgent investigation. Catching it in time avoided something worse, but this is a serious matter that demands immediate action to prevent it from happening again.
