I am associated with a Beagle Club in the Crowley area. When we host events, usually once or twice a month we will order food from the Crowley Burger King, Sometimes several orders. Today on December 31st. 2009, a friend and I stopped by the drive thru and waited about 20 minutes before it was our turn to give our orders. The cashier, or order taker told us to wait a minute and she would be with us, no problem so far. When she came to take our orders I told her we had two separate orders and she stated she would not take separate orders, she could only take one order. Reason for the separate orders was because of payment method. We drove off since we were refused our orders. At this time I do not plan on ever eating at a Burger King. In the past we have enjoyed eating there or buying carry out, but when I am told I cannot give two orders because they are to busy to prepare two orders it doesn't ring the bell right in my head. What happened to customer is always right and the slogan have it your way?

unpleasant situation
8/2/08 around 2pm I went to the Burger King located on New Haven Blvd that I have been going to twice a week for the better part of 4 years. I was in the drive-thru with my two kids. I ordered my two meals(Chicken Tender Big Kids meal w/ Sprite and a Chicken Fingers Meal w/ Sprite) and proceeded to the window. When I got to the window, I had to explain what the drinks were again. Then I was questioned as to what I had ordered. I explained that I did not order 2 double whopper meals and was looked at and smirked at like I changed my order from the time I ordered at the speaker to the time I got to the window. I had given the girl a $20 and received a $5 bill and some coins for change for an order that was $8.58. When the manager came to straighten out the situation she told me I owed them the $8.58. I still had the $5 and change in my hand hanging outside my truck window. The manager asked me what this money was, I told her this was my change I received for my order from a $20. She then snatched the money from my hand and was huffing under her breath. I did not appreciate the attitude I received since I did not do a damn thing wrong! When I asked why I was getting attitude she said something I couldn't understand. When I told her I come here all the time and I would not be back, she just snickered again and said something else I couldn't make out. What a P.O.S. company. No complaint tab on their website? Lucky for me a new Firehouse Subs just opened up closer to my house than the Burger [censored]!

I am really disappointed that they have chosen to discontinue the cheesy-tots. My entire family likes them, and it was the deciding factor that made us choose Burger King over McDonalds for breakfast every couple days.. Please, reconsider, guys, and make a large family with demanding toddlers happy!

I went to the Burger King on Broadway and Transit Road in the town of Lancaster NY and ordered a taco when they came out a few months ago. I had seen the commercials with crisp golden corn tortillias and crumbled beef and cheeze and tomatoes. What I received was a deep fried over cooked taco that had a pasty meat with sause in it. The tortilla was not what was pictured in the commercials. It had more flour in the tortilla. There was very little cheeze and no tomatoes. It was disgusting. I found out that that the tacos are pre-made and sent to the Burger king outlets who then deep fry them with the meat inside. Nothing like they are represented in the commercials. I then saw the cheezy tater tot commercial and that looked yummy. Cheeze was oozing from between chunks of potatoe in the commercial. Well I got suckered again! I got the order and there were only 4 tots in the bag. I thought that was very small for one order. When I ate them I couldn't even taste cheeze let alone see it. Again, not at all the way the commercial looks. If they had not told me they were cheezy, I would have thought they were plain tater tots. I sent an e-mail from Burger King's web site but then saw this site. I thought I would complain here also. I am not a whiner, I am a customer who expects the commercial to be truthfully depicting the product. The CEO of Burger King bragged about their taco when it came out. I truthfully don't know how he could have if he had tasted it. What every happened to honesty and integrity when it comes to doing business.
Your employees are [censor] stupid and don't listen. I clearly said "I'll have the 2 for 4 sausage biscuits" and got the [censor] 79 cent one's which have no egg or cheese. Sedro Woolley burger king is [censor]and only hires people who are [censor] stupid. Burger King's commercials are crossing the line of decency. They are sexually suggestive in nature and
gross .Very inappropriate commercials and posters are being put out there especially where children have access. I have joined a large growning group of people who are boycotting burger king restuarants and food. They don't need to be so sexual in nature-change your advertising or you will continue to lose customers.
I visted Banbury Burger king today. I was absolutely disgusted by the service I received. First of all we saw it was quite busy there was six cars in front of us but four had already been served. We had our weekly food shop and thought it might just be easier to grab and go. But this was not the case We got in to order our meal at 13.40 We were told to wait at 14.10 was when our order was taken. We then got our meal at 14.30. I find it disgusting that we pay for a meal that was nearly cold and the chips did not taste very nice at all. I would have thought that with Mcdonalds customers two minutes down the road and cheaper you would do anything to keep business as you lost alot when that got opened. I worked at Burger King when I was younger I know your policies and I know how high your customer policies and standards are what is expected in staff. Have your pratices changed 45 minutes per customer on drive thru is appalling Fast food it certainly was not

I went to Bk today to get my usual 2 whopper jrs with extra pickles and an apple pie and med drink.. When I ordered the girl said they had no pickles... i was thinking to myself u gotta be kidding me! A burger joint with no pickles? It’s a Saturday evening! I thought she was just kidding... well I ordered and got my food and sat there for 5 min... She looked at me finally and was like yes sir? Was like drink? And she was like oooh I forgot... then got me my drink... I got home and proceeded to open up my food...the burgers were SOAKED in mayo... tons of lettuce and 1 tomato in each... looked like day old tomato not even remotely close to fresh... and yes sir no pickles... I was starving so i ate them anyways... I opened up my pie to find it was partially uncooked or rotten, one of those I dunno. I took a picture of it.. I’m never going there again! This was in Houston, the burger king off of cross timbers and I45 Don’t go there ever!
Today I went into a Burger King for lunch, ordered a #9 meal and went to the end of the counter to wait for it. My order was #34. The customers after me were getting there food so i started thinking mine might be cooking, not a big deal. After about 5 minutes or so, I moved a little closer to the counter to see if my food might be up, it wasn't. Then I saw a chicken sandwich on the heat shoot but it was handed out to someone else. The cashier came over and told the girl handing out the orders that I'd been waiting for awhile and the girl didn't seem to care. I told her I just wanted my money back. The cashier gave me my money back and I left.
I have now spent about half an hour trying to find a way to email Burger King directly but there doesn't seem to be one. I might have considered going back to Burger King in the future but after the frustration of trying to get through to Burger King, I have decided I will NEVER visit a Burger King again. In there orientation videos, they talk about how word of mouth is a powerful tool. Believe me when I say I will be telling people about the poor service at Burger King.
I do not want free coupons or the like. I just want some kind of confirmation that someone at Burger King has received this complaint.

Drive thru horrible - can't understand a word the drive thru worker is saying both because the speaker is aweful and the person's English is aweful. There's no screen to ensure that order is correct. It's a total crapshoot as to whether or not you'll get a correct order. Most of the time you don't get what you ordered - but you still are charged for it. And Burger King corporation has no place on their corporate website for complaints or suggestions. I'm not paying more to call and complain than I would for the fries or burger I (or worse, my kids) didn't get. No wonder there's hardly anyone at this Burger King. I won't be going back.
A Burger King cashier told me that the price on a 6pk Burger King slots was $2.84. After paying her I looked at the receipt, it was $3.99 + 7% tax. I asked her but she said, oh, that's the price! Yeah what a price on 6 mini burgers that don't even tase like their ordinary burger. Were flat, no condiments, & the ground beef was very thin, almost a piece of cardboard. Even the other kind of burgers, the meat patties were also thin, cutting down, & the lettuce & other condiments are cut down too; but the price is still the same!
*First we had to wait a long time in line because the system was down.
*The order was ready before the cashier charged us.
*The order was messed up and some was missing.
*The manager language. She was very rude and used bad words to the cashier in front of the customers.
*The ticket numbers were all doubled and they were giving the wrong orders to the wrong people.

* The manager was on the phone while taking orders.
I just returned from the Burger King here in Salem, while i was there there was only 1 clerk on duty at the counter while the manager wandered about doing absoultely nothing, Well a man came in with his child which he had no control over and obviously didnt care while his child proceeds to crawl up on the counter yell into the register mikes and while running up and down the counter several times with dog feces on the bottom of his shoes. The manager after about 5 minutes finally gets off of her butt and pats him on the head smiles, laughs and walks back off and quietly out of the childs hearing range softly says "you need to get down now" and smiles haveing supposedly done her managerial duty. I then tell the clerk on duty about the dog crap on the bottom of the kids shoes and he then tell me well you do know your food is on a tray. I then started to tell him about cross contamination, if its on the counter then its on the bottom of my tray, when i put it on my table its then on my table. I my wife and 2 kids are not eating off of 1 tray because there to sorry to get out some disinfectent to wipe the counter down. another 10 minutes later our food is finally ready and the manager wanders by and actually hands us our food then began to give me lip when I said your not putting that on the counter.
this fast food establishment has really really gone down hill over the past few years, I have had large groups of managers actually block the doors and refuse to move because they didnt want to put out there smoke, wrong orders are the norm here. rude and uncaring employees and management. Its truly sad, Burger King used to be one of my favorite places to stop now in only stop in one out of neccesity when forced to.

In Salida we stopped a week before Xmas of 2009 and the manager there was yelling at her employee in front of all the clients there and was negatively putting her down that she was no good and it was so bad I wanted to cry for the employee that was only trying to do her best. Carol is the manager and she needs to be fired I saw her yell at her twice while I was there and no manager no any person should ever been spoken to in that matter never! She was treating her as if she was a dog! In this economy there should be much qualified people knocking at that door who would love that job in a heartbeat who would treat their employees with due respect. ridiculous appalling place
We were pulling through a smallish town called East Wenatchee in Washington state during a road trip to the Gorge for a show. Stopped at the Grant's Road Burger King on a Saturday a.m. at around 7 a.m.
I walked in and the mats for the floor were up on the railings inside, there was NO ONE at the counter and the woman I could see in back who was pulling out boxes of food didn't even acknowledge me. I asked her if they were open yet and she said yes and called something out in Spanish to a guy I could not see who responded with only a GRUNT and did NOT come out to take my order. The place was COLD and clearly not open yet.
The breakfast menu wasn't up on the boards either. I stood for at least two more minutes with money in my hand and everyone in the car waiting for me and NO ONE came to take my order. I called into the back again to ask if someone would take my order or not and the jerk in back grunted again but did not make a move to come to the front.
What a RIDICULOUS appalling place this was! Shame on you!
We went to McDonald's where we paid twice as much for food that is half as good as Burger King but I had my order taken within one minute and my food (even with a few special orders of breakfast sandwiches minus the meat) were in my hands within three minutes tops.

disgusting place
My children and I have frequented the Burger King on Mt. Rose Ave. in York, Pa for some time. However, after today, it will never happen again. This establishment is well known for its slow service, and I was even spoken to very rudely in the drive-thru one time, but I still seem to give it the benefit of the doubt. That will never happen again.
Today, April 19, 2007, at approximately 6:00 pm, my children and I ordered our dinner. We were in line behind four other customers. As we all waited (which is common), we were treated to a show by the employees. The girl running the drive-thru window thought it would be appropriate to yell "SHUT UP" at an employee in the back. She also decided to dance around and tell everyone that she had only one more hour of work.
A male employee in the back (but in full sight of every customer)cozied up to a female employee placing his hands on her waist/hips and his face very close to hers (kissing?).
Another male employee in the back felt the need to yell that he wanted to go home. And finally, on the way out, one of the female employees was sitting ON TOP OF THE COUNTER WHERE FOOD IS SERVED. I was disgusted!
This place employs the biggest bunch of whiners I have ever seen in my life. There is no semblance of professionalism or customer service at any time. The employee who took our order was very nice and appeared to be one of two people actually working. Unfortunately, this is not enough to keep me coming back.
And now I find out that its like pulling teeth to actually make a complaint to this place. I think I have been turned off Burger King permanently.

this is always the problem with employing kids. they are immature and treat fast food jobs as some sort of extended yoof club. however, it's entirely the fault of the lax, pathetic management that this particular store was so out of hand and they should all be fired immediately.
kids need work ethic and respect battered into their brains as soon as they start, otherwise not only will they make life miserable for everyone else there, but they'll probably become deadbeats later in life.
sad thing is, a lot of customers actually have the nerve to complain about heavy-handed managers...

My son and grandsons purchased 3 of the Star Trek glasses from a promotion that burger King had. Two of the glasses broke while I was washing them. The first one cut my hand and did not require stitches. The second one I washed broke in my hand requiring me to go the the emergency room to get 6 stitches in my left hand. Where these cheaply made glasses? I have been doing dishes for over 30 years and have never injured myself. And to be injured twice both time on these glasses makes me wonder?

I am very uhappy with not being able to purchase the "Star Trek Glasses" because I don't purchase a value meal. 1). I don't eat fast food...due to the content of fat and calories. I still wish to purchase the Star Trek Glasses. And I have already purchased 2 without purchasing a value meal. Today, I went through the drive through and they refused my purchase of the last 2 glasses.
I understand your promotion. I still would like to purchase the glasses. My thought is, "if I have already been able to purchases 2 without the value meal, I should and I want the other 2 glasses." I am a single woman, so, there isn't anyone to eat the value meal for me. I should have options and there aren't any according to the manager on duty today.
This is unfair and not right (in ). Poor customer service. There should be exceptions to the rule. For those of us that choose to eat healthy. YES! I want the last 2 glasses...right now I have "kirk" and "Uhura."

Why did you was the second pair in similar manner as first, after the first cut you. Fool you once, is bad, but twice being fooled is you.
If you want the glasses really, really bad then just buy the meals. Otherwise try another BK and/or at different hours.
Maybe you'd feel better about eating fat and calories if you did some actual exercise during the day.
Sorry to hear about your problems with this. Try again with different people working or a different Burger King. This morning on my way to work, I stopped and paid $2.14 for a coffee and ham sandwich off the $1.00 menu from the drive thru. I had been previously tossing around the idea of buying the glasses because they look great, so after they gave me my food, I asked if they still had the glasses. "Yes" the woman said. I asked which ones were available, and she said "I got them all." I asked if I could purchase one of each, and she told me yes, but that I would have to come inside to do that. So, I parked, walked inside, and somehow only paid $6.99 for the whole set. No value meal purchase, not even $1.99 per glass somehow. In any case, this was a very lonely BK (as in, not a lot of business most days) so maybe they just didn't care who bought the glasses and how.

terrible food service
i had ordered my food like normal! Ordered a #2(double whooper) w/cheese no mayo! also ordered a #6(dont know the actual name of it, but its a chicken sandwich shaped like a sub sorta) that one as it came! the #2 i recieved had mayo on it, although i wanted no mayo! recieved the cheese, but it could have been an allergy to mayo is what concerns me, along with the fact the food service was no good! the #6 chicken sandwich had a very tiny amount of lettuce, almost none at all, not to mention every bit of lettuce on any of my sandwiches was wilted! chicken sandwich also had very little mayo, but looked like it was old due to the thick amount of mayo! i didnt even recieve my reciept for what i purchased although i know what i did purchase! i ordered

everything bad..
This is the only location of BK that i have gone to in several years mainly because it is so close to my home. Over the past 10 years, service has been AWFUL at this (Levittown, PA) location. Of course its mainly teenagers that work there during the hours that i usually went there. I am an understanding person and know they have other things on their mind. But hey cmon, if your going to work why not make an attempt to do it correctly? i've been shortchanged money and food on many occasions. A few times i went through the drive through but EVERY single time i did that, something was missing from my order. I would get home and not have enough food and my children being little would start crying. Of course i'd have to pack them all up in their carseats and return to the store, go inside and get what they left out. So i learned my lesson and started going INSIDE to get my order instead of the drive through hoping if i did that, my food order would be correct. As it turns out, it didnt matter. i still had to check my bags before leaving. Then with 3 kids in tow, i'd be lucky to make it to the car with my drink carrier and two bags which was no easy feat!
So, i stopped going to BK. As the kids grew older, we frequented the fast food places very seldom. But when we did, I always drove the extra distance (out of my way) just to get to McDonalds. Then one day recently, i thought well its been several years now, maybe i'll try out BK again and give it a shot. BIG MISTAKE! I went inside paid for my food and checked my bags there at the counter. 2 items were missing. I told the girl and she went and got the items and then said, "$3.59 please". i said "EXCUSE ME?, I just paid you BEFORE and now i have to give you MORE money? for what?" you gotta be kidding me...i was so angry, i grabbed my stuff and left. NO MORE BK EVERRRR! they never have any ketchup anyway. if it wasnt for the place being a hangout for the high school kids next door, that place would have been out of business a long time ago i'm sure.

Hi my name is judy im disable I went to burger king resturant on friday I brought lunch for me and my son and a friend and the cashier rang in the wrong amount and she clear it then charge my card again so I didnt think about it until I got home so then call the resturant and the manager I talk that night didnt know what to do so she said she would ck into it would call me bk so I stay up waiting for the call so saturday morning I call I was talking to one woman then another woman came online didnt tell her name but she was very rude she claims that she didnt see a charge for what I told her so I look at my bank statement they let it go thru so I need to talk district manager for this store its on main st in oshkosh I would like to talk to him personal tell him how I felt very miss treated the whole time not one of the manager said they were sorry that this happen, , , so please have the district manager of this store call me please or leave a message on phone I have answer machine... why fast food chains do not offer single low sodium/salt item?
I have heart problems. With exercise and proper diet, I am doing fine. However, when we travel we can get nosalt/low sodium entrees at the good restaurants (particularly Fish and salads). But it is impossible to get any low sodium item in fast food restaurants such as BK, MacD, Wendy's, etc. How can contact these people to start a movement to have AT LEAST ONE NON-BEEF LOW SODIUM ITEM ON THEIR MENU?

1. ) accuracy of orders
I really love burger king food... When it is correct. I usually order a whopper with cheese, with ketchup and mayo only. The last several times in a row when I have ordered this from the burger king in vincennes, indiana, I have not received what I wanted.
I usually order from the drive-thru, so I don't want to hold up the line by opening up the bag of food, opening up the sandwhich, and examining it. I would want to think that I am getting what appears on the screen when I order.
Also, one evening after work, I stopped to pick up a tendercrisp value meal for a friend. I got a strawberry shake (Very similar sounding words?) , and when I returned it, I was told to pull forward, and it would be delivered to me in about 5.5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had to park the car and go in to find out where my food was. After waiting for several more minutes for someone to come to the counter, I asked them for my order, and the employee said, "oh, you're still waiting on that? I thought we brought it out to you. " the girl who had taken the order at the drive thru looked at me and said, "oh, no, " like she forgot to put my order in at all.
Today, at the washington, indiana, burger king, I ordered my usual meal, and I received an incorrect sandwhich once again. The smell of it made me so sick I couldn't eat it once I took off all the additional, unwanted toppings.

I can expect at least a 10 minute or longer wait every time I go to the burger king in vincennes. I can be the only one in the line, and somehow, it still takes that long. When I get the food, it is not hot, so they cannot say the wait was for the food to cook.
3. ) cleanliness of employees
When a cook takes off his hat, scratches his head, little flakes fly out everywhere, and he then resumes his job, you have to wonder what gets into the food.
I can go to a sit-down, mexican restaurant, order from people who do not speak english well, and get a better tasting/correct order in less time than at burger king, a fast-food restaurant, where the people who take my orders speak perfect english! Don't expect any more of my business, burger king. I've wasted enough money.

Sunday 25/10/09 I took my fiance and 3 daughters to the seaside for a drive, at around tea time we took the girls, aged 8 and 7 years, and 3weeks old, to the burgerking fast food outlet on the sea front, the 2 older girls had kids meals to which we sat down to eat, I returned to the counter a little later as my 3 week old daughter had woken up needing a feed, I asked the woman behind the counter if it was possible for her to warm the baby's bottle up for me, to which she refused in a very sharp and uncourteous way to do, I then requested for a second time if she could supply me with a cup of warm water so I could warm my daughters feed up, to which the refusal came in the very same way. I find it absolutely disgusting that we had purchased food from this takeaway to eat in but was refused point blank to get a baby's bottle warmed up, eventually, we got up and left, went next door to a shop that sells seaside gifts and the lady there very graciously warmed the feed up for me. Why couldnt burgerking have done this when other establishments provide this service? Including mcdonalds! Today I went to a burger king at least 20 miles away from my house. My son had a football game in that area and afterwards we went to Burger King to eat. I placed my order from the drive-thru window and I ordered 2 hershey's pies for my kids. I got about 10 minutes down the road and realized that my pies were not in my bag. I tried to call to this burger king store 7 times before i was actually able to speak to someone. They told me that i needed to come back to that particular store and redeem my pies. I asked the person who i spoke to the phone if they could call the BK restaurant closer to my house and arrange for me to get my pies there. He informed me he couldn't (without even checking) and they were part of a different franchise or something. He told me that I needed to come back to that particular restaurant to get my pies. I went to the BK restaurant near my house and they basically told me the same thing. I am still not satisfied with the service I received. My complaint is: My pies were $2.78. It would have cost me more in gas to go back to that restaurant than to just pick up my pies at the BK restaurant that is 2 minutes from my house. The lack of customer service that I had, it was unacceptable. Had these two restaurants been communicating with each other I could have possibly received my pies and been a satisfied customer. I am quite sure that it would not have hurt these two stores financially to have given me two pies, I had already paid at another restaurant!

I agree with Dianami. The BK closest to your house would be out money if they gave you the pies.
Sorry but I have to agree with the way BK handled it. Every BK is owned and operated by different people so how is the BK closer to your house going to get their 6 bucks back and why should they go out of their way to reimburse you for something that had nothing to do with them.
Lesson learned...always check your bags before you leave.

I used a coupon for buy a Whopper get a free Whopper. I used it on a value meal, and they charged it as a single. So they got me on the soda and fries. A value meal is $5.39 plus 80 cents to make it a large. The way they did it they charged me extra on fries and soda. I explained that I always bought the value meal and got the free Whopper. It really not the money as much as the treatment I received.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If you read the terms and conditions, it clearly specifies a whopper sandwich, you can't use it against a meal as offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

They didn't refuse to take your order. I work at a Burger King and we are not allowed to take two seperate orders in the drive thru either. Drive thru is supposed to be like an express lane at a store, you don't go through it if you are planning on ordering a ton of things. If you needed to place two seperate orders, get your lazy ### out of your car and walk the 12 feet to the door.
