I live near this Jewel, and I go there very often. Cashiers and customer service is not properly trained. Especially when it comes to WIC, there's only one Cashier who actually knows how to process WIC checks, it's and older Asian lady, sorry to be specific but I don't know her name, and second person to know WIC is Randy from Customer Service. All the rest of the cashiers are just clueless on what to do with WIC, and eleven some customer service supervisors and managers upfront. If jewel is listed as one of the stores that accepts WIC then why there's no cashiers in this store that know how to process them. As I will go to my Wic office I will bring it up to them. Also many things that are Jewel brand as they claim should be accepted are not accepted on WIC when you get to the register. They should have some marking or WIC item listed by the product, if it's a WIC item. It's totally disorganized and cashiers are clueless. I can record and add a Video for reference.
