I didn, t want to write a review with 1 or zero or 1 star, coz there are a lot of employees do their best to make this store the best in the neiborhood. Yesterday around six pm I had a terrible experience, well mistakes happened. The cashier over charged me for shrimp even if I used the app, what bothered me when I went to front desk, there was a girl named tyler hanging out with an other young new guy, I explained to her what happened, she didn, t even looked at me, and she didn, tell me why there was a mistake, she told me to insert my credit card, which I did, sha gave me a receipt, then she disappeared inside, I was standing for few minutes, she didn, t talk to me she just diapeared, in fact she was very rude. Plz watch the camera if you have a chance. Why you don, y keep good people like adrian, tony and.. Why you bring this kind. You have a good general manager, that lady is very helpful. Managers are good like juan, mike, mike security. Other nice employee like mac, jack mesika and. So on.. I called the bank they told me nothing is pending so far. The girl am comlaining about has no respect to the customers, I ve been shopping here for almost 20 years.. I dont think salvation army would hire her with this scary look and attitude. Jewel-Osco definitely has some fantastic staff and some losers as well. The only thing you should be bothered about is clarifying a scope of the problem for the management considering the time you have been a client. Personal attacks would be best avoided as they only serve to water down a valid grievance. Request for precise action about the overcharge situation and state that employees who have poor customer service should be retrained or moved to other departments. Tell them you want more for your twenty years of loyalty.
