Very disappointed in Red Lobster in Orland Park, IL
My husband ordered our meal in Orland Park, IL on May 10th. He went at designated time for pick up. They were not prepared for the onslaught of people that would be ordering out on Mother's Day. My husband called when he arrived and a worker read his order back to him and said ok, someone will be bringing it out to you. After waiting for 45 minutes he figured out they lost the order. He called the number again and the person on the other end told him she couldn't find his order and he would not be getting any food. Besides being very rude, the worker told him there was nothing she could do and to call corporate to get his refund! I tweeted on RLs site, no response, I emailed corporate, not response. I am trying to get my $147.85 refunded.
