Circle K - Refund/def fluid/impossible store manager

On July 15th, 2023 I visited store# 4701445 on 220 S. Murray Rd. Rantoul, IL I wanted to top off my def tank while I was near a location that has it. I went in to prepay I knew I only needed a few gallons so I told the cashier I just wanted to prepay $12. He couldn’t initially get the prepay to work so he walked out to the pump and came back went back to the computer started typing again then told me to run my card so I did. He gave me a receipt I went out to pump it the hose was stuck up inside the pump as I was trying to get it out I hit the lever the pump goes on to and thought it cleared the pump like I had hung up the nozzle so I went back in asked he said he didn’t see the prepay any more so I’d have to redo it. Ran my card for $12 again I went back out this time the pump wouldn’t let me pump it at all. It was saying pump 2 prohibited. So I went back in told the cashier. He told me to move to a different pump so I did. And again for the third time my card was ran for $12. And again but on a different pump it was saying pump two prohibited. The cashier throws his hands up in the air says “I don’t know anything about these pumps I guess we are out of whatever you’re trying to get” I then ask when the money will go back on my card and again he doesn’t know this information either he says “ I dunno like maybe a day or two” so on Monday I checked my account and all three transactions are completed there’s nothing pending. the $12 has now turned into $36 they took out of my account from running my card 3x. And I never even got my def fluid. So I call the store manager try to explain it to her. She basically calls me a liar and tells me as soon as I hung up that pump the money went back on my card. Im trying to explain to her all that happened that day she keeps trying to talk over me and tell me I’m wrong about everything. I try to explain to her my receipts are all saying 1 gal @ $12.00/gal. She keeps trying to talk over me. I ask if there’s another manager I can speak to at which this time she becomes irate and tells me I can now deal with corporate because she’s done talking to me. She rambled off the phone number for corporate and hung up the phone. I’ve called corporate several times you have to leave a message and someone is supposed to call you back. It’s now Wednesday July 19th I still haven’t received a call back from corporate and there’s still no money pending to come back to me. I believe the cashier typed something into the computer wrong and all three of my receipts reflect it.

Desired outcome: I just want them to respond right their wrong and refund me.
