They froze my accoun dying my license was expired. It is not. Several messages, phone calls ect. Went to branch with id again. Dispute being there and someone making 7 or more phone calls nothing was done. I've not had access to my money for 3 weeks. No fault of my own. Lady told me friday my account would unfrozen. It's still not. The hardship this has put on me is ridiculous.
Desired outcome: my account unfrozen apology and compensated for hardship that they have caused me
everytime i send email its undeliverable. this is terrible

these folks approached me to open an account here then no fault of my own someone didn't file something right . they freeze my account . give me the run around . won't let me have access to my money. then even after they know it's a mistake on their end proceed to tell me my account will be closed. they can't give me my money i have to wait until the process closes the account and then they will mail me a check . i probably won't even be able to cash it. and if i can il be charged. who knows how much longer until i get it. i've already been denied my money for 3 weeks. i cannot even put gas in my car. the work i've lost, possibly lost my job, late fees on bills, cannot even buy groceries. totally ridiculous. so i've been told they messed up, and still won't give me my money, close my account anyways even though it wasn't my fault and wait until who knows when to get a check from them. but sorry. try take it up with branch manager. this is not how you run a bank. i'm livid. if i don't get better results than this i'm going to an attorney. my rights have been violated over and over.
i just called again. and they admitt that the error is of no fault of mine. someone didn't do something right and they are closing my account and won't release my money to me saud i have to wait until it comes in the mail.

my account got froze and is still frozen when it shouldn't have been. i've not been able to access my money dispite three weeks of employees emailing and doing exceptions stating not to freeze the account that my ID is not expired. someone messed up somewhere and someone apperently isn't doing their job. i even spent 3 hours at the bank trying to get my money and got told try again monday? the hardship this has put on my bothering able to get to my money for two weeks. i have late fees. couldn't get groceries to feed my kid. could t put gas in my car. this has caused me great burden. think about it. you get paid, put your money in the bank then the just freeze it for no reason and you try to fix it but no one can seem five able to do it. despite employees working o it for more than 3 weeks. you can't feed your kid you can't pay your bills and eventually when you do there will be late fees . or you could get turned off even or repossed in that amount of time. i've spoken with an attorney who feels so strongly we would win a suite against you that he's agreed to take my case at no upfront fee, only pay if i win. if that's how i chose to handle this. that'll be up to you. i should defiantly be compensated for the hardship that rid has ben to no fault of my own. this shouldn't be happening . and i still can't get my money. i'm so upset. bad business.
