My husband purchased a sweater for me for Christmas online on November 20th, 2021. It did not fit well and the color was different than it looked online. I attempted to return it on December 31st (6 days after Christmas) and I was told it was out of the 30 day return window and I would have to spend the credit right while in the store that day. They couldn't issue me a store credit so I could come back and shop when I had time. So basically I would have had to return it before I even received it. Please consider changing your return policy so it is more customer friendly. I have been a loyal J Crew customer.
Desired outcome: Change your return policy for the holidays, at least offer a store credit that can be used at a later date.
