I was terminated while off from a injury on the job (Fell in the parking lot) which resulted in a concussion, only to return to work and be handed a letter dated for 12.09.08 that my job was terminated effective on 12.30.08, I had a doctors excuse from work for this day and returned to work on the 31st.
I also had recieved a letter on 12.10.08 about a "final warning" of my behavior and this was actually my first written or any warning of any kind I emailed the legal rep who sent it to me asking for a explanation of detail so I could correct my actions in resulting in this letter and no reply was ever given.
I am looking into a employmnent lawyer I am seeking any sort of advice I can obtain to make what was done wrongfully to me on my absent days to a injury at work
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Yes I used to work there AND be a customer. Christana Alonzo a worker in Lubbock Texas is very rude, sits and not work, pushes workers, gives them her work, has sex in same room with a guy with employee in room and does meth.
I booked a hotel room through their website getaroom after registering.
They removed kshs 119,000 from my account and did not send me the confirmation details of the hotel that I booked as shown below.
I complained to them via my email address and they did not get back to me

I was suppose to get a smoke free room and it smelt like smoke and musty bed was broken ice machine did not work when it was 90 outside.also pool wasn't open when it should of been
We stayed at the Baymont in Hazelwood, MO in April. I complained to Wyndham and they said they had no control over the individual hotels, but said they would let management know, but it would be up to them if they wanted to contact me. Of course they never did. I left handwritten notes at the hotel for the manger, but never heard back from them.
Stayed at Baymont located at 5400 Beckley Road it was dirty rude staff strong smell of weed through out the entire hotel workers were nowhere to be found when we needed help with our tv no working phone in room horrible stay breakfast woman was annoying and bossy food was cold biscuits were hard as a rock garbage in elevator

We stayed at Baymont in Dalton GA. on 9/28/2018. Our card keeps being charged to the tune of $524.00. We were charged again on 11/15/18 two charges, 11/17/18, and 5 times on 11/21/18. We called and instead of a credit we were charged 6 more times. Please resolve this asap. We cannot afford to keep having thiese charges taken from our bank account.
I checked into one room is was dirty never had even been cleaned the sheets and pillows was dirty the sinks dirty desk dirty phone was out of order I couldn't even call front desk they gave me a second room and the hot water never came on the man at the desk told me that it would be on In 10/15 mins because they had just cut the heat on
The morning of our check out day we had planned to go swimming(the reason we rented a room for a night)
We planned to swim from 9 am until checkout at 12 noon.unfortunately the pool is closed until 11 am.first they said for an our at 9:15 called at 10:25 they said another 30 minutes cause the person was just now getting out to change a lightbulb
