Yes but that is the problem I need to talk to someone higher up. 4 months ago they said I needed to be added to my girlfriends lease for me to be able to stay there, Informed them I was going to so when my lease was up at the end of September. I moved out of my apartment and into my girlfriends full time. I filled out all the paperwork and under went the background check. I didn't hear another word from them... fast forward 3 months later they called and said my background did not pass that I had to leave immediately. I've been living here for 3 months no issue and now I'm just basically homeless.. I find it extremely inappropriate that they waited this long knowing I was ending a lease elsewhere now essentially making me homeless. I have never experienced a background check that took over 3 months. I have express my concern to resident relations and my issue was escalated yet I have not heard from anyone

Sun Communities - Pebble creek mobile homes greenwood indiana
Unintentionally paid january $109 to short and payment wasn't returned nor were we notified except through eviction. They kept payment and claim that we owe for that month the full amount. That is stilling even if it was thrown in the trash! Included my name when I am not responsible for that payment because my name isn't on their agreement. I need answers.
