Woodforest National Bank - Regional management in indiana

I worked for Woodforest National Bank in Indiana for 4 years. It has gone from bad to absolutely terrible. Branch managers now live in fear of the "shark toothed dictator" and Retail Bankers feel the trickle down effects of her micromanagement, threats, nepotism, and worse. Morale is at an all time low, employees are dropping like flies. There's no coverage for sick days and even people with COVID19 symptoms are guilt tripped into not taking sick days or time off with an underlying threat of termination if they do leave the branches short handed. You cannot work here and not develop or exacerbate anxiety. The favoritism is real with this woman also, there's an entire branch in the region that is filled with known drug addicts that boast all over social media about their drug and alcohol use, partying etc and how they just take time off whenever they want and the Market Manager in question, because this use to be her home branch, sweeps it all under the rug and lets them rub it in everyone else's faces. There's plenty of photos and stories of this Market Manager getting drunk at a Christmas Party with her employees in a public place and one employees will happily tell anyone who listens that he was made the Assistant Manager of this branch because he was "the best lay that little lady has ever had". Woodforest, at least in this area, is a total joke. Before her it was bad and they fired him for much the same behavior of micromanagement and favoritism, but this chick is a whole new level of classless. The company is quickly losing good employees and great customers because of her and her lact of tact, empathy, and class.
