I ordered a steak tip sandwhich to go and specified no onions on it. The waitress even wrote it down on the order paper stating no onions. When I went to eat the sandwhich low and behold it was loaded with onions. I am a truck driver so I couldn't go back and get it fixed. I tried calling several times and even called the Flying J store it is in to see if I could get a hold of them that way with no luck. It is a shame if this is a representation of your establishment. I will call my bank and dispute the charge for half that bill.
Huddle House - service
I have complained a few times. Doesn't seem to bother you.
My friends were sitting in the resturant for 15 minutes waiting for us. We arrived and they were telling me, there was 8 tables of people that just got up and left. Was told it would be 45-60 minutes before they would get there food. While we sat and ordered our food. Took 30 minutes. I agree that was okay. But, we watched 3 other tables leave.
The store was dirty. Sub way was dirty. Pilot s floor was dirty. What does it take for mangement to get this stop cleaned up.
We are going to eat else where. I have given you guys way to many chances.
The help is not happy. Conplaining all the time. I go out to eat for relaxation. Not to be serviced right, plus see unhappy
Customers. People walking out and telling you not to go in.
How do you make any money. Guess you don't care.
Just well another unhappy customer.
